I'm in the United States--more specifically the 49th and coldest state, Alaska. We're a winter wonderland, an icebox, a friggin giant big-ass igloo. We're to the US what Siberia is to Russia xD

So I take it you are in Hong Kong Dioxide? I'd love to visit, I actually want to see both China and Japan. I respect a lot of the culture in the orient. Not to say I agree with every single thing or don't see some of their faults (like child labor, sweatshops, that sort of thing) but there are a lot of aspects of the Oriental culture that I admire and respect.

Filial piety I heard is one of the things many academics are looking into from the Asian region hahaha. :D

Really makes you think about how big the world really is. I always thought Hong Kong was big - then I look at Texas alone and I'm scared.

LOOL! Naaah, I've been to Texas it's not so bad. Traffic is a bitch though, and Dallas Airport was enough to make me want to shoot myself D:

I've never actually spent any time in another country, though I'd like to. The closest I've gotten is two or three days I think, driving through Canada. So didn't get to see too much other than the roads ><

I should say GREAT news. I found out that in a few months, I can visit my best friend who lives in another state! So I'm very excited for that :3
