Creating GM and Co-GM titles and stuff

How do you create the GM and Co-GM titles for IC, OOC and Interest checks?

GM is the one that's automatically generated when someone posts a thread, co-GMs are created through the 'Edit Topic' button on the top left of the screen, then about halfway down that page is an option to add co-GMs.

You can't attach the CoGM tag to players in IntCk threads, though. Only for RP threads (OoC, IC, Char).
