Alien: Fall of Earth
Introduction:
Ever sense man looked up at the stars, he has dreamed about exploring the sky above. In the space age of the 20th century that had finally become a dream as man took its first steps on the moon. From there on forth man has sent probes to discover the new regions of space, within our solar system and beyond it. However, all we could send were machines to take pictures in our place. For the amount of years it would take to get from one planet to another would be too taxing on astronauts. In the year 2020 Wayland and Yutani corporations combined to form one major company. Together they used their resources to develop cryogenics. With this technology man himself was able to leap across galaxies without aging a single bit. With this followed other technologies such as terraforming to create better safer worlds for mankind. During the companies travels they came across a planet that had a species of creature none had ever seen before. It was perfect and uncorrupted. The creature was what we call a Xenomorph. After past failed attempts to obtain a live one they were finally able to do so. Wayland then commissioned one such specimen be brought back. By the year 2080 they arrived to earth with ten such specimens. One was bigger then the other, it was identified as the dominant matriarch of the species. The Xenomorph Queen. Many marines died in its retrieving and it finally made it. The lesser Xenomorphs were just brought for study. When they arrived Wayland Yutani corporation began to experiment right away. Testing to see if what came out of the chests of hosts differed depending on the animal. Humans brought about the same results every time. A warrior class specimen would emerge every time. Their strengths and weaknesses studied thoroughly. Their resistances to cold and heat were astonishing. They were still vulnerable to the heat and burning of direct fire from a flamethrower ,but the species could survive in any environment no matter what it's temperature. They adapted and they were highly intelligent. The location of most of these experiments were under the very streets of New York City. Manhattan Island to be exact. Upon it's surface the building looked like a corporate conglomerate advertising its marketing logo, claiming they were building safer worlds. Little did the people know that the company made their own world far more dangerous then they know. For if just one of these Xenomorphs got loose, it could mean the fall of the planet if now found in time. Wayland Yutani knew the risks it would bring and felt that the rewards outweighed them. However, unknown to them, their key specimen the Xenomorph Queen awaited the perfect moment for her escape. She was very patient and under went the experiments and remembering each face she saw. She would extract her revenge upon these lowly creatures and make a new hive upon this wretched planet. For the planet was full of resources and hosts to rebuild her nest.
Present Day, 2090
Lead Scientist Kusinagi stared through the glass window to the other side, where one specimen was held. Held in place by thick steel refraining movements of the head and arms. The Xeno was named Nine, and was represented as such with the number imprinted on her forehead. This specific Xeno was rather intelligent. It even took up initiative when it came to the others. A dangerous mix when left to their own devices. She marveled at its black beauty as it stared right back at her. It was almost as if Nine was trying to read her thoughts. Kusinagi looked to her assistant and asked, "How is Nine doing today?"
"She is doing fine as usual, doctor. She is less agitated then the past couple days however which is odd." The assistant answered.
"Odd indeed,.... perhaps some tests should be done to see the cause." She inquired, suddenly the lights of the room flickered. She looked up and to her assistant and sighed. "Never mind, with the storm overhead we should not risk too much. We do not want to risk them get out." She added. The Assistant nodded, Kusinagi then gestured for her to follow as she exited the room. The lights continued to flicker as they moved to the elevator and then suddenly the power went off. Every light and machine shut off for a several minutes until it finally came back on. The doctor looked around and blinked her eyes to try and re-orientate herself. Then her eyes widened as she noticed something within Nine's chamber, she was gone. The power outage must have knocked out the restraints keeping her locked in. Kusinagi ran to the window and peered inside. She then noticed the vent had its covering ripped open. She cursed and activated the door and went inside, her assistant following after her. They holstered their side arms. These were not your usual side arm. These were mostly tranquilizers with enough dosage to put down a Xenomorph. When they entered and investigated the air duct they saw the spit and sticky substance know to the race. Then the unexpected happened. The door behind them closed. When they turned to see the cause, they saw Nine on the other side of it. Her hand placed upon the door lock. Kusinagi felt heavy breathing within her chest as she stared at her. Nine then walked over to the console looking at the buttons and switches. It had remembered exactly what the doctor pushed on it.
"Don't do it Nine,... you were my favorite of your kind. I took special care with you. Do not..." She was caught off by Nine's pressing of a certain button that released a freezing spray cold enough to subdue a Xenomorph of her size but deadly to humans. Kusinagi's words were replaced with screams as Nine looked on in bitter hatred for the doctor.
Once the screaming stopped and their bodies laid lifeless on the cold steel floor. Nine proceeded to the other doors that held her kin on the other side. One by one she let them out, and one by one they escaped into the air ducts. Their first objective was to reach the Queen and kill anyone that got in their way....... Underneath the city of New York people were fighting for their lives. Unknown to the people on top living out their lives to the best they could. Not knowing the end would soon come to their wonderful world. Alarms already went off within the labs and the military was contacted. Containment orders were given. the first was evacuating as many people on the island as possible. Next would be to seal it off, and then after that,..... extermination.
New York City (Surface):
Erika, a Lieutenant in the marines, was city in the recreation room of the base enjoy a nice beer while watching the news when suddenly two officers approached her. "Major Miles requests your presence." Was all they said. She nodded and finished the can off and threw it in the pale. She was dressed in a white tank top and camouflaged pants. Her hair was short and blonde with violet colored eyes. She sighed and proceeded to leave the recreation room and took a right. She wondered what was so important that she be summoned like this. She shrugged and figured it was nothing to worry about. She gave nods to other marines and soldiers stationed there as she passed them by. Some of them returned the nod with one of their own or with a voiced one. Saying something under the lines of. "Good day Lieutenant" Typical stuff that lower ranking soldiers say to their superiors. She thought nothing of it though and accepted them for what they were. She likely did the same when she was in their position. Then she game to the Major's office and when she entered she found she wasn't the only one summoned. Every Lieutenant and high ranking officer was also in the room. Now she was beginning to wonder about what the hell was going on.
"Thanks, for joining us Lieutenant Brauns" Came the voice of Miles. He then nodded and gestured for the officers to close the door. Once that was done he took a deep breathe and stood up straight. "Alright Ladies and Gents, what you are about to hear is classified and is to not leave this room. Do you read me?" She nodded as well as the other officers. "Good,..." He then pressed the button on the phone. "Tell them what you just told me General,..." He continued.
"Thank you Major Miles,.. You have all been summoned here for one reason, there is a infestation occurring on the island of Manhattan. Your job to secure and aid in it's extermination. Your first order and job is to aid in its evacuation with the utmost importance. You and your squads will be given scanners to which you will be ordered to scan each citizen that passes through each evacuation point. The area of searching is below the chest and above the pelvic region. Think of this mission as another bug hunt. All you need to know that it is happening right now on our very soil and it must be stopped and contained. Any other information is a need to know basis. Do you read me?"
"Yes, Sir!" The room spoke in unison. A bug hunt huh? How did one of those things get here on earth. Wayland Yutani must have made some sort of mess that we marines must clean up. Ain't the first time ,and I bet my miserable salary that it won't be the last. Erika thought. She looked around the room and then to the Major. "Alright whats our duties then? I doubt all of us will be at the bridges scanning people.." She said. Miles looked up to her and nodded. He pointed to one half of the room, "You will be in charge of regulation the bridges and helicopter evacuations....as for the rest of you. You will be conducting a building to building search with your platoons and get everyone you can to the evacuation points. With your orders clear, dismissed." He replied. Erika nodded and turned to leave as did the others.

Prologue:
It is the year 2090, the world was finally united together to fight the insurrections in the middle east. The great super powers however, put all their technological advances in the hands of Wayland and Yutani industries. This marking the first year both companies have combined together to form Wayland Yutani Corporation. Both branches handling different sides of the globe. Wayland covering what is now the United States, which in its advances had to claim more land. In the year 2050 the United States annexed Canada and Mexico to make more room for it's ever growing population. Wayland became the cosmopolitan corporation of it's territories. Yutani performed its services and took root in China and eventually expanded across the Asian countries of Japan, Korea, and the outlying countries. They are currently working on forming branches in Russia and it's break away countries and most of the United Kingdom. Africa and South America remain untouched because of the civil unrest that takes place in these countries. It is there were fighting always seems to occur.
The story will take place in the city of New York where Wayland Yutani share a large building. Above the surface for the eyes to see. The building looks like the typical monument of Capitalism with advertisements involving clothing, prosthetics, cosmetics, and it's pharmaceutical products. These are however, all fronts for a funding that is kept secret. Only select few people of the military and the government know of what goes on underneath its feet. A underground network of research facilities for the futuristic weapons of today. These weapons consist of the M1 (As seen in the Aliens movie). These research facilities dot the country sides of not just the United states but also the Yutani controlled lands across the ocean. Their biggest study now is bio weaponry. This was started after Wayland Yutani Corporation came across something in space. A unique organism that was perfect in every way. It resisted heat and cold environments and had acid for blood giving the ultimate defense. Each solder and worker of this organism had no trace of individuality. Making them loyal to one creature in the hive. The Xenomorph Queen which controlled the hive. They live, serve, and die for her. Their will was hers. This intrigued the corporation to the point they eradicated most of the nest they found except a few eggs. They took these eggs to earth for further study and tests.
Nobody on earth knew just how dangerous this was. The corporation felt there was no need to release any information nor did they care to. They believed in their ignorance that the specimens they brought could be controlled. However, the Xenomorph species could not be tamed. The Xenos that laid underneath the concrete jungle only waited for the moment they would rise against their captures and create themselves a new hive to rival all hives.
Your Story as stated above takes place in New York city. New York looks more advanced then it does with trains above the surface as well as above to handle the transportation of its citizens. With cars that no longer require gas and are completely electric.
Your Choices:
You only get to be one race, Human. That is my final and only decision. What your character does in New York City is up to you.

You will not know about what the corporation actually does unless I say otherwise. If I do let you know a bit of it you will be ordered to keep it all secret from the other characters.

*Unless I say it happened it hasn't happened. I am the GM I will be in charge how the story flows.
* Do not Godmod. Remember what you know is different from what your characters know. What is one characters thoughts is his own.
* Auto killing of the Xenomorphs are allowed as well as certain npcs. The npcs allowed will be unnamed and able to be controlled by you or the others.
* Be respectful of the others, if you have a problem with the roleplay or someone let me know through a pm. Do not create drama in the occ.
* I am the GM what I say goes no matter what. I get final say in everything.
* This rule follows under with the no godmodding rule, your character is not invincible. If your character continues to go through the story without even so much a scratch I will gmod and cause your character injury.
* Everything happens for a reason, I will not write something for fluff so pay attention. Everything that gets posted will be important and react able to the character(s) so there is always a reason to post.
* Inactive players, unless notified otherwise will get controlled by me and their owners kicked if the inactivity persists.
* I give 1 warning, if you break my rules and cause me to pm you and you repeat the offense. I will kick you. If you continue a moderator will be notified.
*I do not kill off player characters, I leave your deaths your own choices. You decide when your character dies or not.
