@Jig - That's a decision you have to make, my friend. I usually only kick people out for serious reasons. Though you have been gone a while, I too have suffered my own slight disappearance due to work business so I can't say much on that front. You can catch if you'd like to and post again (I like your character and he can be plenty useful) or you can choose to move on if that's what you feel you'd like to do. I'd be a bit bummed about it, but that's the nature of RP after all. If you do decide to leave, I'll wish you good luck in your endeavors.

@Jig The disparate nature of the opening means that there's plenty of ways for anyone who's currently faded out to rejoin the goings-on without so much as a hiccup, and at this stage especially, characters can account for a gap in time more or less any way they please. Personally, I think the more the merrier, so if you're feeling it again, plunge back in. That goes for anyone else who's interested in reappearing, too!

I tried to write some bits and pieces for this but, while it was fun, it still didn't connect me back into this. If I'm still welcome, something will, err, turn up or it won't. I'm not gonna put anything half-arsed out there, though. Everybody deserves better than a half-arsed effort. If anybody has anything for me to go on (I have read the IC, natch, but I haven't ploughed the OoC), that might make it a bit easier to reconnect.

Similarly, this is all just Mamushi trying to logic-brain himself about shit. If there are other plans in motion people are hoping to go with, plot hooks or opportunities you'd like him to throw out, or other alterations y'all'd like me to make, by all means.

Less usefully, I'm not sure there's much that Mamushi has to offer @Jig's charrie unless he's into chopsticks.
