Insurrection RP idea

This is an RP idea that Drakel(My brother and Co-Gm) and I had, we plan to create a comic out of this, so if you’d like to join you’ll be in the comic. Would you become a lend or mystery, hero or villain? It all depends on how you play it out. There are many heroes and villain, many worlds apart and different in their own ways. In this world the heroes and villains share unique traits and abilities that would rival many others. These beings may reside in the cyberpunk city of Insurrection or other cities. Trying to make their mark, both strive to make or break the city in whatever way they please so long as their morals will allow it.

They aren't that technologically advanced, it's a cyberpunk world, they haven't gotten there yet
