Breathe in, breathe out. You got this! Everything will be great. Annie followed her mental advise and took some deep breathes as she pushed open the doors to her new private school. She had been attending for about a week and the money she used to get in was from her job with her master. Lucky for her she made good money and was able to afford to attend such a prestige location!

Her march of the halls began. “Good morning President Annie.” A few voices rang to her as she walked. “Good morning!” She replied cheerfully back. Her smiling brightening up the halls and her eyes twinkling as she did so. She loved the idea of ‘being in charge’ considering where she worked she was a servant to her master. Don’t misunderstand this thought, her master is a wonderful man who took her and her brother in when they were in desperate need and she is a master of her craft but the idea of being a leader and helping those who needed it was something that always brought her hope that she could do more with her life.

Now she was studying politics, this was beneficial to her idea of becoming a leader to help people and she was passionate about it to begin with! Now, the newly elected president of the school board she was on cloud nine! The bell chimed loudly indicating it was time to head to class. The raven haired girl made one more round of patrolling the halls before she was due to arrive to her first class - - - that was until she spotted a figure in the distance. “Hey you; you should be heading to class.” She said as she approached the figure. What a way to start her day…

Drake hated mornings. And Monday mornings were always the worst. He'd been woken by the new butler his father had hired; it took some time for him to calm down after be realized the stranger wasn't going to kill him. Despite the gourmet breakfast that had been prepared, Drake hit a convenience store and gotten a bag of donuts and some coffee.

It was one week into the semester. Every day had been boring, since he always got his work done and handed in early. Computer games and comics could only hold his interest for so long before he got bored. Ah well, thought Drake. Boredom is the mark of genius. Who was the guy who said that again?

The young man's mind was snapped back to reality by an angry female voice. He leaned against the wall, took a swig of his coffee. He saw who it was and did a spit-take worthy of any film or cartoon in Hollywood.

"Good morning!" Annie said as she approached the young man leaning up against the wall. "The beginning class bell has rung. It's time to head to class." With that she made a gesture in the direction before her gaze turned to the floor. Her thin eyebrows rose up in surprise seeing the contents of his mouth spilled all over. Her sharp caramel gaze shot back up to the man, her face filled with disgust as she comprehended what had happened.

"Really? Most animals have better control over their gag reflex then you do. Maybe instead of coffee you should stick with tea." Placing her hands on her hips she let out a long disappointed sigh shaking her head from side to side, her raven colored hair flying around her face before settling down against her shoulders and back once more. "I'll call the janitors to clean this up but you shouldn't be so careless. Now get to class."

"O-Okay," said Drake. He hustled away in shock. He knew that girl. Father had hired her as the new maid! He'd heard she was working to pay for school, but to be at the same college as him?!

More than that, he remembered what a few friends had said over the college's social network site uBook. The person who had been elected president had been dubbed the "Demon Queen", and was said to patrol the hallways before class started. But all of a sudden, it felt funny. Drake chuckled aloud. She had gotten all of the female votes, or so someone said. But what if they found out she worked as a maid?

"Don't 'okay' me buddy. Standing around isn't exactly the best way to show you understand something." He pulled out small tablet from her book bag and brought it up to his level before snapping a photo of his face. There was some small noises that came from the device as it narrowed down who he was.

"Hans Drake. Ah, here's your class schedule." With a quick flash memory of it, she shut off the device and slid it back into her book bag before looking up at him. "Well?" Her eyebrows raised up at him in annoyance before she pointed in the direction of his first class of the day. "Are you going to start walking or do I have to take you there myself?" It wasn't common knowledge how quick, nimble and strong Annie actually was for a girl but she had no trouble taking her brother down and after her... incident, she took jujitsu and still practices today. Simply because once her brother was gone she needed to learn how to defend herself. And apparently, she needed to learn how to escort moronic male students to their classes.

"I'm goin', I'm goin'," Drake sighed in exasperation. He started for his class, but paused briefly. "Oh, when you get home from college, I'd like a sandwich. Cheese, ham, and crunchy peanut butter, with the crusts cut off." Before Annie could attack him he entered the class he was supposed to be in.

His comment caused her head to jerk back in surprise. What?! No way, how did he know she was a maid. Yeah right! To his comment she laughed, she laughed and laughed and laughed. Her laughter could be heard through the halls as she turned and went back to the hallways with one more patrol before heading to her classes.

The end of the day arrived and the manor was buzzing with the news. “Did you hear?” A maid gossiped to another maid. “The master’s son has returned home. Apparently he’s going to some private college and is living here while he’s attending.”

“Huh? Well that’s new, normally people prefer to be away from their parents and where they grew up.”

“Mister Wolfe wouldn’t be hard on his own son. I’m sure he’s just enjoying relaxing at home while he studies,”

The dark purple haired girl with hazel eyes rolled her eyes, Prissy little spoiled brat living off his father’s dime. Bet he’s some lazy good for nothing and actually isn’t going to school. She mentally rolled her eyes as the other maids went on about the master’s son returning home. Soon she was back to her duties before her brother appeared. “Take this to the library, the young master is in there and requested this sandwich.”

“Oh okay.” Annie said taking the tray from him that held a sandwich, some fruit and a cup of tea. At that she went along her journey before finding the library and knocking on the door. “Sir,” She called inside as she gently pushed open the door with her elbow and leg. “I brought your snack.”
