life at ritman high Having a successful brother and sister graduate for Ritman High, Lucas faced pressure for teachers and the principal. His parents had expected that their youngest son was also going to be prosperous. Even the students of Ritman kept an eye on him. However, he failed one AP class in tenth grade. As a result, everyone looked down at him. He knew that everyone was talking about him behind his back. And with problems with his family, he became depressed and anxious for his remaining time in Ritman. In his remaining high school years, Lucas became increasingly unconcerned at school. His parents grew angrier towards him, especially his father. Then the rumors of his sexuality started spreading. Some students thought they saw his profile on a popular dating app, showing to be interested in only guys. Being a religious man, his father dealt with the rumors by sending him to a religious camp for the summer. When summer break was over, Lucas looked more depressed and worried than ever. He started wearing long sleeves and jackets to school every day. It made him the target of another terrible rumor which spread like wildfire. Students thought that Lucas was going to become a school shooter. It caused the school to react immediately by offering Lucas free counseling for his remaining senior year. Despite his parent's protest, he accepted their offer and it helped. Once graduation was over and done, most of the students thought Lucas was going to remain in town with his family. But to the surprise of everyone, he was last seen at the bus station with a suitcase and tears in his eyes. He departed for Massachusetts and nobody heard from him until his sudden arrival in town years later. ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔

▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ power Lucas' power was metamorph, meaning that he was able to alter the formation of his biological cells. In order to use his powers, he needed to focus on someone and wait until the transformation happened. It was usually done in a matter of seconds, making it useful to take someone's place. He still didn't know how or why he was granted this power, but it didn't matter. The ability to become someone else was amazing to him. Even though it could seriously mess his mind up. Of course, he didn't know that until it was too late.

▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ [+] ▼ s t r e n g t h s ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ ► Lucas' powers made him impersonate someone near perfection after cogitating on the target. He was able to look and sound like an exact duplicate of any human being of either sex, wearing any kind of clothing. ▼ w e a k n e s s e s ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ ► Lucas' power had its limitations. For example, he wasn't able to copy a person's powers. His powers don't last longer than a week. And his form disappeared whenever he was knocked out, turning back to his original self. It was able to overwhelm him if he concentrated on multiple people. Also, his skin slowly changed into a bluish color, making him stand out. ►With all of that, the greatest weakness of Lucas' power was that his mind slowly declined. Each use of his shapeshifting powers cost him a little piece of his own mind. -

Rumors spread that Lucas was suppose to be running the business but his father prevented that from happening. Instead, his father decided that his oldest granddaughter was going to run it instead once she finished school. -

psyche Despite being a target of horrible rumors, Lucas liked people and wanted to have plenty of friends. He knew a few of the students at Ritman High, but none of them became his friend. That made him lonely during high school. And with the depression and anxiety, he was dealing with a lot. Moving out of town into the big city made them worse. Being homesick and alone in Boston didn't do any good for his mental health. Of course, it improved once he found a stable job and a big enough apartment. Yet, he wasn't able to move on with his life. That was when he decided to confront it by visiting his hometown for the last time. Lucas' Myers-Briggs scale was INFJ. His archetypes were lover, everyman, and explorer. As for their personality, they cost him a lot of potential friends in high school. The main issue was that he seemed clingy and had too much baggage for a proper friendship. Since graduating from Ritman and leaving town, his personality slightly changed since he didn't want to be seen as a clingy person. Plus, he dealt with a lot of his emotional baggage; but, some of them remained unresolved. And in order to solve them, he had to go back to his hometown. ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔

History

Quskoenia-Weshia Union was founded directly after the Great War ended with the signing of the Treaty of Detente. Fearful that Hizuno was going to be the next target, Quskoenia and Weshia met to discuss the possibility of uniting the world. Both of them were the remaining nations left on the planet. Quskoenia was stronger than Weshia but lacked the tech necessary to maintain security upon the visitors. In addition, their existence became known to the rest of the galaxy when refugees from the Great War accidentally found Hizuno. Life across the galaxy began flooding the system in the hopes of starting anew or the war ended. The planet managed to survive by investing heavily on defenses for its planet and the fleet. Eventually, it was strong enough to survive a couple of battles. And while that was going, their augmentations began gaining popularity and the attention of those empires.

With all of those things, some of the empires paid close attention to the planet. And that got both Quskoenia and Weshia worried. That was they decided to form a union. The talks lasted for four months before an agreement was created and approved by the governments. The Cyril Agreements established the Quskoenia-Weshia Union while the governments were restructured. It also set up boundaries on what each nation could and couldn't do. Generally, the people were pleased with peace on the planet. Some didn't favor the union. Regardless, it resulted in a growth spurt. However, as the years went by, the signs of another Great War were getting clearer. Especially when The Message was received. Quskoenia-Weshia Union was one of the first nations to offer aid and shelter to the citizens in the Ashtar.

Their official stance was to remain neutral even known some government officials have suggested sending in a relief force. Privately, they were interested in obtaining the Ashtar tech but lacked a proper military to attack. Basically, they weren't interested in Agdemar.

A region of star systems recently claimed by the Quskoenia-Weshia Union. These star systems were selected for mining and habitation operations. Some of them were even brought out by companies to be used for their own purposes. But, they had to meet government requirements before they officially owned the planet.

Demographics

𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗦

Population

About sixty percent of the population was made up of Usnoi and Izien. Then, there was the remaining forty percent that came from other planets and systems. Population growth occurred during the Great War as refugees fled to Hizuno. After the war ended, some of them left while most stayed behind and started rebuilding.

Society

With a diverse population, there are thousands of different cultures and values throughout the Quskoenia-Weshia Union. Anyone is allowed to become a citizen given they fit the requirements. One wasn't granted if they had a criminal record that could jeopardize safety within Quskoenia-Weshia, for example. Of course, the process is different for refugees of conflict. Everyone within a conflict region is welcome to seek shelter in Quskoenia-Weshia controlled areas. After a certain period, they will be examined to see if they were being upstanding citizens. If someone wasn't, then they were sent back and declined refuge. If someone was, then they were offered a chance to become citizens or given enough money to rebuild back home once the conflict ended.

Economy

The economy was diverse and filled with corporations, industries, and everything else. It also had an extensive trade network and valuable banking. And it was one of the galaxy's financial centers since stockbrokers kept track of the economy during the Great War. Especially in Hizuno, which was also considered the capital of augmentations and cyberwares. It produced both citizen and military use, securing their place as an economic powerhouse. With that in mind, there were tons of companies that dealt in the field and some of them grained galactic attentions. Some of them even had factories and test sites off-planet.

Government

Quskoenia-Weshia Union was a representative democracy. There were multi-party elections, a constitution, and constitutional court.

Technological

𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Major Techs

Quskoenia-Weshia mainly focused on advancing and improving planetary and space defenses to deter invasions. For example, their orbital defense system and planetary defenses were considered to be one of the best in the galaxy. In addition, they were also considered to be advanced in augmentations and cyberwares. From exoskeletons to artificial hearts, Quskoenia-Weshia had some of the best augmentations in the galaxy. And it was adopted into civilian life and soon became popular with everyone. Yet, it also was used for military purposes and often sold to other empires. Of course, they kept something classified to have the upper hand.

Military

𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Military Overview

Overall, their military was primarily defensive and wouldn't have been able to go on the offensive. Both the fleet and army had defense operations and protocol in place of offensive. They were focused on defending citizens and important assets in the case of war. Then, there was cyber warfare ran by the Defense Intelligence Agency with some hackers in the background. Quskoenia-Weshia was thought to be one of the more skilled in the warfare due to their lack of assault force. The government considered it to be an important tactic and often taught to intelligence officials. Meanwhile, the ground forces contained standard firearms and armors with an understand defense doctrines.

There was only one area within the army that was considered offensive: Orbital Drop Force. In the case that the enemy managed to take over an area or a planet, the ODF were deployed with the intent to recapture the area.

Military service wasn't forced upon its citizens and refugees. Instead, people that joined were rewarded greatly especially when they managed to join the OPF.

Hyperdread

𝗤𝗪𝗨 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗥𝗔

QWU Pandora was considered to be the pride ship of the entire fleet. Most standard hyperdreadnought would have been designed for offensive purpose. Instead, Pandora was outfitted to be mistaken as a floating fortress. And it was also designed to house almost the entire Orbital Drop Force. Those brave men and women had another ship, which acted more as a civilian station than a spaceship. Its main weakness was that it lacked the capability to charge into battle. After all, it was designed to protect valuable planets from any enemies.

A long time ago, the world used to be simple for everyone. It wasn't perfect, but there was a sense of comfort. Then, she appeared in trenches and led the charge against German forces. She was the one that abruptly changed everything we had learned about ourselves. The one that made everybody, even her allies, terrified. The one that forever changed the history of humanity. The world's first superhero, Wonder Woman. You know the rest. Fought in the Second World War with other superheroes, labeled as a Communist sympathizer during the Cold War, married and watched her lover die in his sleep, and retired.

However, the world kept on going without her until September eleven. Wonder Woman appeared out of the horizon and started helping the firefighters during the search. It was when she vowed to protect humanity once more and be there for them. Yet, she barely knew how much the world changed in thirty years. She didn't realize that until it was too late. Until Transia. In the town of Velinsky, Wonder Woman was tricked by resistance leader, Yuri Petrovich, and his mysterious partner, Aladdin. A fake suit of iron was more than enough for the legendary hero to be consumed by vengeance.

Thanks to Aladdin's powers, he filmed every second and released it to the entire planet. Everybody watched the brutality of Wonder Woman coming out on that day. Meanwhile, in the hill of the people, senators gathered around and smiled at this new evidence that finally will contain the rouge hero. She came to realize, with help from her old friend Steve Rogers, that with great power came responsibility. It was when she vowed to do better while standing up to the committee. That was until Stryfe began his attack.

Just like Aladdin, he managed to play Wonder Woman into destroying the Empire State Building. And in an instant, she went back to her own self. She killed dozens of hired men and would have murdered Stryfe if it wasn't for Captain America's intervention. Before his death, however, he managed to falsely claim that she was the co-collaborator of Metahuman Supremacy Front. It resulted in an ongoing investigation for the American government into the matter. Additionally, with the public slowly turning against her, Diana fell into a depressed state.

Even know her old friend helped a little, Wonder Woman still was a broken woman with no answers. In order to get them, she needed to find former associates before it's too late.

Season 1 marked a turning point for Wonder Woman. For the first time in a long time, she found herself fighting against the American government and possibly the world. And with that, she will have to meet some associates from the past and reunite with old friends and foes. I'm also planning on focusing on the politics and business side of this world. There will be actions and drama as always. It just feels right that I would expand upon this new world.

The CEO of Empire Enterprises, an American diversified multinational mass media, was born into a life of poverty in Detroit. Her mother, a stripper, encouraged her to be educated so she won't end up living the same life as she did. And during eight grade, she realized that she was incredibly smart compared to her classmates. It was around that time that her mother was diagnosed with brain cancer. So, Veronica confront her father who was a wealthy man in Dallas. She managed to convince him to give her a sizable amount of money in turn that his life never got tarnished.

Her mother died a year later forcing her to live with her mother's grandparents. At the age of seventeen, she used that money to get into Harvard University. And three years later, at the age of twenty-one, she had a degree in communications and a MBA in marketing and management. She became President of Propaganda Games, one of the assets from Empire Enterprises. Eventually, she became the first female CEO of the enterprise. She managed to save it from bankruptcy and successfully grew up into one of the most important mass media companies in the world.

Veronica privately detests Wonder Woman believing her message of peace to be naive and ineffective while jealous that she never had to work for her gifts. Now, after moving headquarters to Washington D.C., she is planning on a way of tarnishing Wonder Woman's reputation for good.

Mysterious individual.

Angle Man - #33A532

Angelo Bend, formerly known as Angle Man, became well known after a two year long robbing spree across Europe in the early 2000s. His device, the Angler, allowed him to teleport and alter reality with a simple thought. Thanks to Wonder Woman, he was successfully caught and placed inside a high security prison. Recently, he broke out of the prison and retrieved the Angler with help from Andre Le Blanc; however, their partnership didn't last long. Bend was betrayed and left to rot with Wonder Woman while Le Blanc escaped with the Angler.

His current location is at one of the hospitals, where his wounds are currently being treated.

Andre Le Blanc - #779ECB

A master thief that stole valuable items from paintings to jewerly across France. He managed to evade the authorities several times for years until he partnered up with Angelo Bend for one simple contract. They had to steal millions of dollars from four separate banks across Paris with a getaway van. When Wonder Woman caught up to them, he betrayed Bend and stole his Angler before he escaped with help from a portal. He got away from the law once more with a highly dangerous device and a van full of 50 million dollars.

Senate Special Committee on Metahuman Security

Senator Calvin Swanwick (R) - #45709B

A former Lieutenant General and participated in the Vietnam War. He was married for several years before his life passed away for breast cancer. Eventually, Swanwick retried after suffering a heart attack in the middle of watching football that took thirteen hours of surgery and a triple bypass. It made him announce his retirement in 2016 and then ran from Senator in his state of Virginia. During the campaign trail, cell phone footage was released that he took an anti-mutant stance.

On 2018, Swanwick suggested to Senator Finch in creating a committee to focus on Wonder Woman and other metahumans. And in a move that surprised Swanwick, Finch supported the committee and presented it to several of her colleagues with a CGI simulation of Wonder Woman attacking New York City. It managed to convince some of them but it was enough to win the majority in the committee.

And now in 2019, Senator Swanwick is currently the Ranking Member of the committee.

Senator June Finch (D) - #E4DACD

The first Democratic Senator from Kentucky that replaced Rand Paul during the 2016 election. She was one of the few liberal politicians that had a problem with Wonder Woman because she wasn't able to be held accountable for her actions. However, she still saw that Wonder Woman meant well. And as a result of her stance, she wasn't viewed favorable for her fellow colleagues. Three years passed before Senator Swanwick approached with the idea of forming a committee regarding Wonder Woman and other metahumans.

To Finch, this moment was the only chance to officially hold Wonder Woman responsible for her past and future actions. She went behind Swanwick's back and presented a CGI simulation of Wonder Woman attacking New York City with a full military presence. The simulations revealed that the United States military stood no chance against her. And it was enough that several democrats accepted her offer to join the committee.

In 2019, as the result of democrats being the majority, Senator Finch is the Head of the committee.

Senator Stern (R) -

A Republican Senator from Pennsylvania that had a heavily stance against vigilantes especially Wonder Woman. He held the position since 2012 and maintained a loyal voter base in the state. Senator Swanwick considered him to be a close ally of the anti-metahuman cause since Stern argued about Iron Man's intervention in the Middle East. When Swanwick approached him with the offer of joining the committee, he accepted without hesitation.

Senator Walter Reilly (D) -

The Democratic Senator from New York was the most difficult person for Senator Finch to convince to join the committee. Even after the CGI simulation, he still wasn't convinced to join Senator Finch and other colleagues. That was when Finch had a personal talk with Reilly and it lasted for two hours; however, he had finally joined her side. Rumors surfaced that Finch used his daughter in order to persuade him. Of course, both of them denied it.

James Pierce joined the military after his parents kicked him out at the age of eighteen. He was considered to be great among the rookies during boot camp. His superiors took note of his potential and enrolled him as a test subject in a classified medical experiment. There were rumors that the military was attempting to recreate the original super soldier serum while others said it was something completely different. Regardless, Pierce survived the experiment and became an important intel operator for several years. Then, he fell in love. Another man managed to get his attention and it caused him to retire for his previous life. Before he could leave for good, he had to do one final favor for the government: a hacking job.

It was a simple task and the government upheld their promise. Pierce was able to move forward with his life in the hope of starting a family. That was until a drive-by shooting in board daylight shattered that future. Pierce survived the attack while his lover died in the ambulance. He wanted payback. So with help from an old friend and using his hacker skills, that was when he saw the shooter. After digging around, Pierce found out that the killer was a hired hitman. With the determination to get revenge, James headed towards the murder's hangout.

Only one thing was in his mind: retaliation.

While Frank Castle is the Punisher, I wanted to do a semi-original take on the anti-hero. Based on several movies and a video game, I wanted to craft an interesting story about a former killer for the American government that tried to move beyond that. Unfortunately, his last job for the government was enough to piss off someone powerful. James thought that he had finally earned his freedom. Instead, a gunman shot him and his lover and left them to die. Learning that his lover died while he lived broke him. Now, he wants revenge and answers.

No matter the concept, I always wanted to do a year one Punisher. Take him and develop him into the anti-hero that everyone knows. Yet, add in my own favors. For example, I made him into a hacker. You might be wondering why. It was because I thought it would be a cool addition that made my version stand out for the others. I had several ideas of how that skill could be used before or during combat. It also gave me the chance of exploring hacking and hacker groups in this world of superheroes. Of course, it will be inspired by one of my favorite Ubisoft games Watch_Dogs. Other media that helped inspired me were John Wick, Kill Bill, and The Guest.

Hopefully, I'm given the chance to write the Punisher because he has been on mind since the start of this roleplay.

"I'm sorry, but he died on the way."

That was what the doctor told James Pierce after his surgery. The news left him feeling numb. He had thought that he was going to break down and start crying loudly. Just like in those sappy movies that Cole always watched. Then again, Pierce wasn't normal, unlike his lover. Cole never deserved to be gunned down in broad daylight. He worked hard to achieve a bachelor's degree in English while working. And his friends and family loved and cared about him. In fact, his entire family was at the hospital, grief-stricken over the news. Yet, they still took their time to visit Pierce.

He felt like he didn't deserve vistiors.

Only forty-eight hours since he woke up that the authorities planned on releasing footage of the shooting. Pierce was glued to the small screen waiting for something significant to be revealed. After a lengthy press conference, the footage was shown briefly of Pierce and Cole walking together in the downtown area. He remembered how Cole was so excited to be outside. Then, the murder appeared behind them with a pistol hidden behind him. That was when the fucker's face was shown. Just before he fired several shots at them. Before he killed... Without thinking, Pierce grabbed his phone and took a picture of that scumbag.

Then, he got out of the hospital and started getting undressed. Both the doctor and nurses protested the decision, but nobody was going to prevent him from leaving. Pierce left the hospital without trouble and immediately dialed a number.

<"Hey, I need a favor.">

<"Pierce? Is that you?">

<"Yes, it's me. Look, I need you to look up someone from me. Can you do that?">

<"I thought you were getting married to that fellow down south?">

<"I'm not in the mood, David. I will send you a picture of someone. And you will search for everything about him, got it?">

<"Sounds serious. Let me see how you are doing over there. I heard-">

<"David.">

<"-it's a great place to start a family. After all, it was rated number-">

<"... David?">

<"I didn't know... I'm sorry, James. I.. I will get on it now.">

<"Thanks.">

The call ended with silence for Pierce. David was a good person, but he didn't know when to shut up and listen. On the bright side, it meant that he was going to get his info quicker than usual. But, he had to wait back at home. Pierce spent fifteen minutes walking home alone with his thoughts. Of course, he was trying to make sense of Cole's death. Of all the people in the world, why did it have to be you, Cole? I should have died instead. Nobody would have missed me. Hell, my family never cared. But I will be there for your family, and I will kill your murder. That's a promise.

After walking for an extra few minutes, Pierce looked up and saw the home that Cole wanted to live in. It cost a fortune, but it was worth every cent. A front yard with the white picket fence and the perfect backyard for birthday parties and BBQs during holidays. Better than a cramped apartment. Now, it was a haunting reminder of the future that Pierce will never have. He unlocked the front door and slowly entered the house. The quietness felt out of place. Cole never was the one to enjoy the calm, always planning some kind of party or gathering. And he was good at it.

Pierce sat down on the couch and pulled out his phone. The lock screen was a photo of him and Cole at a friend's dinner party. He already missed him. Once the phone was unlocked, Pierce checked on new messages for friends that were filled with heartfelt condolences. He tried to read every single one of them. But then, David called. Pierce knew that he had found something on the killer and answered without hesitation. He heard some laughter coming from David. Next, he announced much needed good news.

Appearance Details

Jaden's green eyes caught most people's attention compared to the rest of his appearance (besides the jacket). Thankfully, everything else was average including the blonde hair. As for their lack of workout routine, it wasn't ideal but it was enough to pass physical ed. Regarding their attire, Jaden spent the cold winter months wearing long sleeves, jeans, and boots. And to complete the outfit, the iconic green jacket that they took from their mother years ago instead of buying one. Now, there was a bloodstain on it from the incident in the gym.

Characterization

Their life consisted of moving state to state due to the lack of stability in the family. A messy divorce and sudden unemployment caused their mother to take her only child and move to the nearest state. It was the reason why Jaden didn't interact with other classmates as often as a child should. However, Michigan was different compared to the other states. Their mother found love with her current boyfriend, a military contractor, and a stable job for the first time in years. Jaden was still cautious about making friends during middle school. Yet as weeks became months, they opened themselves up to fellow classmates.

In high school, Jaden fell in love with the Writers Ink Club at the start of the ninth grade. Writing was one of their favorite hobbies to do. But they didn't share their works with other members. They were secretive about it but offered help to other classmates struggling with their essays. It was quite easy to make them feel sympathetic toward others. That was one of Jaden's weaknesses besides grappling with their own sexuality.

They joined the GSA club in eleventh grade to find answers and feel accepted. Of course, there was still some self-hate and depression. But it was slowly being clipped away. Until the world came crashing down.

One, if not the only, thing that people will immediately notice is the armor set. Gil was gifted it by the elders before he was forced to leave Eerum. According to them, it once belonged to protectors of Khemrin before giving them up to join the Wardens. This one was placed inside of a cave by the Elders to safeguard it for the next generation. Sadly, it had been waiting for decades, and most of its original color was lost except for the blue. It was given a cleanup and new material shortly before Gil's exile. The helmet was inspired by desert birds that were once worshipped.

Gil had tribal paintings all over their body as a plead for the spirits to be watching over them. Loose clothing was essential to perform excellently in battle and to withstand the harsh heat of the Sychan.

Gil Totoun was born an orphan when his parents sacrificed parenthood for the life of a Warden. It wasn't ideal for children to be raised within the watchtowers and forts scattered throughout the Sychan Desert. But, life wasn't built to live beyond them. Throughout their youth, the Elders of Khemrin told their story to the other children. According to them, Khemrin remained undetected to the outside world for centuries. That was until Vassidia arrived with plans of their own for the natives. And soon enough, nearly all of the tribes within Eerum were successfully assimilated except for Khemrin.

That was when the killings began.

Because of their devotion towards life in Sychan, Khemrin revered specifically desert birds as sacred, and their worship included the modeling of armor and clothes and tribal paint to emulate the birds. Outsiders viewed them as savages and uncivilized as a result, which also started the murders. Men, women, and children had their lives taken, so the nearby settlement "had breathing room."

In a last-ditch effort, Khemrin's leaders fled further into the desert, believing nobody would dare follow them. That was until they encountered a wounded man. It turned out that he was a Warden that was attacked and left to die by the wildlife. The tribe decided to nurse him back to health and escort him back to civilization. However, the Warden needed to complete his exploration of Sychan. Given their knowledge of Sychan and its harsh conditions, the Khemrin hesitated but ultimately agreed to aid him with his mission. It took several months, but the tribe left enough of an impression with the Warden that an envoy sought them out.

The Wardens offered them protection and the chance to use their skills to protect their home. But only if they renounced Khemrin. It was the ultimate sacrifice, yet outsiders were getting closer as the years passed. The tribe survived the slaughter by letting their culture die instead. By doing so, they became the first generation of Wardens in the Sychan and soon expanded across the desert, protecting the people that once feared them. When the Elders finished the story of Khemrin, they found Gil to be the only child genuinely interested.

As the years went, Gil started to adopt customs from the Khemrin with help from the Elders. Of course, it angered the Wardens. They didn't do anything beyond the usual punishments that teenagers got. That was until Gil found himself to be exiled for his homeland. With only a bag of coin and bread, they made the most of it and tried to live life in the place that he despised the most. Then, they heard rumors of an unusual illness that turned the ill into stone spreading at an alarming rate. It got bad enough that the High Lord sought out anyone capable of finding the cure.

Gil understood that such illness could spread beyond its borders and into Eerum, infecting their friends and loved ones. So, they signed up and revealed themselves to the High Lord.

Gil doesn't care what happens to Vassidia and its people, but they aren't stupid either. Sooner or later, the Stone Blight will reach Eerum and infect everything it touches. That was why they answered the call. Even if their friends and loved ones hate them, Gil will do whatever to protect the Khemrin for a painful end.

//SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

◼ Khemrini Warden | As a Warden, Gil developed their swordplay and shield stances over the years with patience and practice. Also, they were heavily taught about the core values of the Wardens from impartiality to solitary. In addition, the Elders incorporated Khemrini knowledge in secret, which included how to handle a bow and spear. And, more importantly, how to blend with their surroundings no matter their location. With these lessons in hand, Gil was prepared for almost anything shown to them.

◼ Naturalist | Being a Warden meant training in naturalism, which meant someone that examines nature. But living in the Sychan Desert made the profession a requirement from all Wardens. Furthermore, the elders also taught Gil forgotten knowledge of the wildlife from the tribe. It wasn't entirely useless beyond Eerum, but the lessons taught them to operate in desert and warmer climates.

◼ Perception | As a former Warden, Gil was already perceptive compared to everyone else. It wasn't improved until they were forced to live in Vassidia. Being mindful of their surroundings and the types of individuals in the area was necessary for them since he was an outsider. It was key to surviving at this stage of their life.

//FEARS AND WEAKNESSES:

◼ Failure | Out of all the fears, there was one that got to Gil the most: failure. Failure to his tribe, friends, and himself. He would rather die than fail again.

◼ Obtruder | Besides being a foreigner in Vassidia, Gil was utterly different to everyone else. There were moments where people were clearly disgusted or distraught whenever they went out. Other moments involved being mistaken as a hybrid creature (which happened often) and openly insulted because he was from Eerum. As a result, Gil kept to themselves and only came out during the night to get the basics.

◼ Awkward | As a result, Gil became awkward around people due to a lack of social skills. And the fact that people avoided them because of their appearance. It made them anxious to be around folks since Gil couldn't anticipate their response to see someone wearing a helmet shaped like a bird. It also didn't help that they never took it off because it would have violated his beliefs and values from the Khemrin.

◼ Cooking | Out of everything that someone like Gil was talented at, nobody expected cooking to be one of them. If someone were to give them basic ingredients, they could turn it into a masterpiece worth taking time to eat. Kaijosh Frakjess knew how life was before the Clone Wars and the rise of the Galactic Empire. Being born four years before the start of the Clone Wars, Corellia never saw the brutal fighting between droids and clones since it was inside Republic territory. His father was an author and wrote many historical books about the politics and battles of past wars. His mother died after giving birth to Frakjess due to the amount of blood lost. At a young age, Frakjess was interested in becoming a writer like his father. His father allowed him to watch him write anytime that he felt like to watch.

When the Great Jedi Purge began, and the Republic became the Galactic Empire, his father was one of the first that spoke against Palpatine. The Empire spied on him for several months until they decided to arrest him for working against the newly established Empire. Frakjess, on the other hand, was busy studying to become a writer while his father was arrested. He was also spied on for a year until the Empire moved on with other cases. After the spying ended, he became tired of the Empire's presence in Corellia. However, he couldn't do anything about it besides writing about his thoughts.

Under an anonymous name, he began to publish his written works on the HoloNet. People thought that he was a part of the Corellian Resistance movement; however, Frakjess never originally planned on joining the movement. Once the Declaration of Rebellion was released to the entire galaxy, Frakjess decided to join the Rebel Alliance after reading the crimes against Emperor Palpatine. That was also when he became interested in politics and wanted to make a difference from his homeworld.

After the destruction of the first Death Star, the people of Corellia tired to stage an uprising against the Empire. It was crushed. During the year, Frakjess was nearly killed by a bounty hunter hired by the Empire after he published his famous work about the Emperor. Fearing for his life, Frakjess was taught how to use a blaster and the different types of combat moves with help from the Corellian rebel cell. Once news reached Corellia that the second Death and both Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine were destroyed, the rebel cell decided that it was time to rise up against the Empire now.

A couple of hours after the Battle of Yavin, the citizens in the major cities rebelled against the Empire. Frakjess joined in the fighting and then became its governor. However, when the Provisional Senate was formed, he resigned for the position and sworn to the Senate. He joined the other Senators on Yavin 4, where his work began.

Personality

Being a politician had helped Frakjess prove that he was more than able to assist the Rebel Alliance during its fight with the Galactic Empire. Thanks to his charismatic leadership, he was able to fight the Empire head-on at his homeworld of Corellia. With additional connections in the black markets for off-world and members of the former Senate (before the Empire shut it down), he had the technologic advantage over the Empire. And unlike many politicians, he got his hand dirty and joined in the Rebellion. Killing stormtroopers with a lot of fun for Frakjess, but it also made him into a good shooter. He wasn't a great public speaker but his written works had been successful among the Rebels. It made him focused on improving his writing skills to make more books and articles.

Razref remembered the first months of the Empire's rule over Lothal as being prosperous for them. Every Lothalites that weren't valuable were discarded and left to survive. Razref was one of them that the Empire forced into Tarkintown, one of many refugee settlements across the planet. Instead of admitting defeat, he became the settlement's unofficial leader and began several trade agreements with the other nearby settlements. Eventually, he got the attention of the Spectre cell (Lothal's only hope of defeating the Empire) and befriended its members. Razref provided assistance
and aid whenever possible in exchange for goods from the settlement.

But, it was a big risk of getting caught by the Empire. And that's what happened.

Without warning, the Empire raided the settlement and started massacring the locals. Luckily for Razref, the Spectre cell arrived in time to save the remaining survivors from death. That was how he unofficially joined the Rebellion. Eventually, Spectre joined up with the Phoenix Cell with Razref rising rank within the cell's command. It seemed like he found some form of peace until the Siege of Atollon, which was the nail in the coffin for Phoenix Cell. Razref joined the Massassi Group shortly after and achieved the rank of General.

Once the second Death Star was destroyed, Razref was ready to end the Empire for good. Instead, politics ended up in the way. Because of his time spent in the Lothal campaign, the general was well-known and respected within the New Republic.

Personality

Razref spent several recent years of his life struggling to survive one battle after another, almost getting killed a few times. As a result, he became paranoia to the point that rest often becomes a challenge to achieve. But with help and counsel (along with work keeping him busy), he was able to reduce it dramatically. Other than that, he truly cared for everyone and everybody that has a good cause. He especially treated soldiers under his rank with respect and care.

BRIEF SYNOPSIS

Nathan Bates (Call sign: Firefly) grew up in sunny South New Jersey in the heart of Camden with a crowded family. Forth child and third son of the family. Bates joined the military once he graduated from high school and spent two tours in the Middle East. Because of his leadership capabilities and checking all boxes within the set of criteria for Directive 51, the sergeant was trained at an undisclosed location and then allowed to live a normal life.

That was until the signal was activated.

Without any reason, Bates gathered his things and left his loved ones without reason (as instructed), heading out as an agent of The Division. Command appointed Nathan as leader of Wolverines, one of the dozens of squads being used for Operation Osiris.

BRIEF PSYCHE

Firefly had a reputation for playing loose with accepted strategy for military command. In several simulations, he gave up valuable fortifications and strategic locations to enemy forces. And when they were tried and weakened, Firefly attacked and won with few casualties than predicated. Cost him several promotions as a result before enrolling in Directive 51. That reputation meant that he had a problem with his emotions. Note that Firefly might disregard suggestions or advice for ISAC along with orders from Command.

Yet, Firefly is determined to the objective and willing to sacrifice everything to complete it. He's somewhat optimistic, even during these tough times.

The American Dream. The idea that anyone can achieve success through hard work and determination in the United States of America. No barriers. No restraints. However, somewhere along the way, it died and became a trap to lure the desperate. While they may still obtain their freedom, they are forever stuck in the bottom while those in the top remain untouched. In recent years, there had been movements and groups that tried to challenge the system and demand meaningful change. But like everything that tends to happen, they were either crushed or forgotten by the majority of the population.

That was until now.

Non-stop protests across racism, police brutality, and other problems plaguing America. While people are protesting for change, four individuals know what's going to happen next. There would be no meaningful change from the government unless they did something about it. They decide to stand their ground and force change as the American Dream is slowly decaying. They have been affected by both the dream and the system. Those working in government have forgotten them. Those in their ivory towers have forgotten them. They are Misfits.

Tremor: Being a second-generation Indian American, Roshanna Chatterji spent her life trying to achieve the dream. That was until a drunk driver forever changed her life. Her mother died on the scene while her father lost feeling on his legs. The driver turned out to be the offspring of a well-known businesswoman, who was able to sweep the incident under the table while the Chatterjis had to deal with the medical bills. Her father became addicted and overdosed on painkillers. Roshanna left shortly after the funeral.

Virtue: Holly Ann Fields witnessed her father getting beaten to death by police officers after being mistaken for a robbery suspect. The officers involved in the murder got away, but the police department was forced to pay the Ann-Fields in a settlement. That caused some in the department to start harassing them for years. Getting tired of it, Holly exposed them in a post that went viral and painted a massive target on her back. Being a small-town police department, they were able to send her a clear message. Fearing for her and her family's life, Holly fled to protect them.

Anarky: A Gothamite that grew up on the East Side of Gotham City, Lonnie Machin lived in an abusive household where his parents treated him like garbage. They were struggling to pay rent, so his father began working for the Beretti crime family. And his mother started stealing for the people that she was cleaning for. Eventually, both of them were caught and sent to prison for the crime of surviving in a fucked up place like Gotham. Lonnie was put in a statehouse and faced more abuse until he was kicked when he became eighteen.

Bunker: Miguel Barragan was unaware of being an undocumented citizen until he tried to apply for a driver's license. He tried to remain under the radar for most of his senior year until he came home to an empty house one day. His parents and baby sister were picked up by immigration agents. Fortunately, he was able to stay in a friend's house while he earned his high school diploma. Yet, the constant fear that someone was going to take him away caused him to leave. He had been on the move for a year now.

This is my backup, backup character. Anyway, like with Batman and Son of Zod, I still want to focus on and explore the real America. Not the one made up by propagandists and fantasized by older generations. And each of the four main characters has been affected by the flaws of the United States (Tremor: Healthcare and Big Pharma; Virtue: Police Brutality and Corruption; Anarky: Poverty and the System; and, Bunker: Undocumented and Immigration). If you're one of those people that hates politics in media (especially in video games and comics), you aren't going to enjoy this.

Yet, not every post is going to be political. I want to explain how these met up with each other and formed The Misfits. Explore how they go on with their lives in a post-Cold War/9-11 world. And I want to develop The Misfits into a respectable group that bow to neither the authorities nor the government. Hopefully, our characters can interact with each other and explore the fundamental differences between them.

And I should mention that this group is based on The Movement. I just changed the name (because it was too on the nose) and removed/added some characters. I hope that's fine.

For the first time in months, Lonnie Machin was able to rest properly without something awakening him in the dead of night. And it was dawn, which gave him time to prepare for the sun. Something that he wasn't used to. Living in Gotham City made him appropriate the cooler temperatures and the unnecessary amount of skyscrapers. But anywhere was better than Gotham. Hell, the Greyhound bus that Lonnie had been on for two days was the safest he had been in a long time. There were only a few other people on board and the driver was paying attention to the freeway. Still, being a Gothamite made him rightfully paranoid of strangers.

Otherwise, he would have been gunned down in an alley.

By the time that the sun was up, the bus had reached its destination: Coral City, California. Lonnie had no clue where he was going when bought that ticket. But again, anywhere was better than Gotham. When the bus stopped for the final time, he knew that it was time to depart. The passengers started doing the same thing and several noticed his attire. He didn't have to turn around to feel some of them making faces at him. One of them was brave enough to comment on the ACAB patch stitched on the vest. "Disgusting."

Lonnie was unfazed by it, grabbed his duffle bag, and left the bus. Inside the bus station, he took a free map of Coral City and started searching for a motel. There was still enough money to stay at a decent motel for a week. It should be enough time to find work and start earning some cash. On his way out, Lonnie felt someone bumping into him and reaching into his back pocket. He immediately turned around and saw that no one was behind him, but he checked his pockets to be safe. That was when he found a small piece of paper and something messy written on it:

Trying to run away from the system that threw you aside?
Go to Angel's Hand, if you want to take a stand.

Lonnie was more curious than afraid. So, he got the map and searched for the name. He eventually found out it was a bar located near the coast. He wanted answers and the only way to get them was head to the bar. And that's what he did, not knowing what the future was in store.
