Oh, and in case no one noticed, Rhema put the tournament standings on the front page, just in case. I think it needs to be edited to add Gin instead of the "????"
Ally sat in the living room she shared with two other people and wrote on her laptop. Her fingers flew across the keyboard as she expressed her feelings about the last robbery she stopped. She was still new at this hero game, only starting when she moved out of her father's house at the age of 18, but it wasn't hard to get the hang of. Smile for pictures and act like you have unlimited energy even though all you want to do is go home and fall asleep, or get back to work so you can earn enough money not to starve. Just as she was finishing up the final paragraph, a roommate stepped in and turned to the news.
"Ugh, high-speed pursuit," the man, Juan, said, "This city is madness! Don't step outside, you might get shot, or you might get your car stolen!"
"Calm down, it's better than a lot of other cities," Ally replied and stood.
"Going somewhere?"
"Yeah, I need to go pick up something."
"Sure. Have fun." He stood up, seemingly annoyed by the news, and went into the bathroom.
"Whatever, nerd, I'll see you later," she chuckled and shut the door to her room behind her. The woman reached into her closet and pulled out her utility belt. Then she took a shoe box out and opened it up, revealing her wine red and black costume. It took her less than thirty seconds to get it on and the belt wrapped around her hips. "Juan doesn't suspect anything," she murmured, adjusting the mask. Then, the woman opened up the window and stepped out onto the metal stairwell. She was high above Treaft, looking down at the city she protected. After climbing up a couple more flights to the top, she stretched a bit and ran towards the edge of the roof. Her boot heels hit the edge and she was flying through the air. The woman landed hard on the next roof, but felt amazing. "Nothing like an impossible jump to get the blood flowing," Agent chuckled and raced roof-to-roof towards the direction the car pursuit was heading in.

Adam Prince was busy showing a small family, a mother and two kids, one of their younger, quieter dogs. "She's a sweetheart," Adam said, "You can pet her, if you like. She doesn't bite and is all vaccinated." The young boy quickly rushed over to the medium-sized terrier. The dog shied away a bit, but as the boy pet him it began to play.
"Don't be afraid," Adam coaxed the young girl.
She looked at the friendly man, to the dog, to her mother, and back at the dog. "Go on," her mother encouraged. The woman held out her hand and the dog waddled over to smell it. The girl did the same and the dog sniffed her fingers too. It then got into a playful stance and waited.
"I haven't seen her play so much ever. Looks like a perfect match, don't you think?" Adam asked the woman, who nodded.
"Yes, I think you're right. We'll take it."
Adam cringed a bit as he corrected a bit harshly, "Her. It's a her, not it."
"Oh, yes, we'll take her."
"Alright, I'll bring out the paperwork."

Diane sat back in her small mansion, watching the news from her TV that wasn't supposed to be released until next year. The pursuit she set up was going well and doing its job of distracting the cops and citizens. Not only that, but she set up a few small robberies at liquor stores to add some confusion while she conducted her own business. A crime lord from a couple cities over was coming and they were negotiating sharing a load of opiods, which gangs hardly ever did. The payoff, or possibly consequences, had to be huge. She knew this man was going to offer a partnership and then throw her under the bus. So, Diane was going to get him first. She would take the shipment, giving him none, and would plant evidence of his hang members around the area. He was the one who asked for it to be delivered and she had no ties to him, the police knew this. Within no time she would have the drugs and the competition in her clutches. She leaned back in the luxury leather couch and sniffed in the cool, metallic scent of the room.
Any Alliances?: Not sure. XD EDIT- Currently Gadget
Enemies?: Diane
Hero, Villain, Citizen?: Hero
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Race (Human/Alien): Human
Powers(Up to five): So, basically superior strength and speed. She can probably bench about a ton, but that's as far as it goes. Maybe she could exercise to get it stronger, but... eh, that can be explored later on. Super speed is nowhere near Flash, and is mainly just she can... well, the fastest mile time recorded for a woman was 4 minutes 12 seconds. She could do it in about 2 minutes at her max speed. Her final power is just overall heightened senses, like sight and smell. Also she has some pain resistance, so a punch from the average person would probably sting, but that would also mean she has trouble feeling touches. If you can't feel a mega punch how could you expect to feel a tap?
Weapons: She relies on several gadgets, like smoke bombs and flashbangs you get on the 4th of July, two grappling hooks, and some pretty strong nets. Sometimes she uses three laser lights, a blue, green, and red one, when teaming up with other heroes. Each has a meaning, but I'll get to that another time.
Skills: Brazillain Jiu Jitsu, Boxing *Cough*LikeARhema*Cough*, Muay Thai are her main fighting styles. I'm sure she knows something else here and there, but I'll figure that out later. XD
Weakness: I guess someone who has more "mystical" powers. It would be harder for her to fight someone who could telepathically lift her than it would be her fighting someone with a sword. She isn't bullet-proof either.
Personality: Probably someone a bit nerdy, but overall kind. Very stubborn, that's for sure, but she'll definitely grow more as the thread develops.
Occupation: I imagine her anonymously writing her stories as a hero for cash. Or maybe writing them into a book and publishing those.
Enemies?: Basically any of the heroes or anyone that opposes the Ouroboros
Hero, Villain, Citizen?: Villain
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Race (Human/Alien): Human
Powers(Up to five): He basically resembles a tiger's abilities. He has heightened senses, super strength, probably able to pick up a small car, super speed, not matching Flash's but faster than Agent. He also has super agility, so he can contort his body into some very outlandish positions. He has a healing factor, so if he sleeps his wounds heal a lot faster.
Weapons: He puts sharp fangs into his mouth when fighting and his gloves have sharp claw tips.
Skills: Doesn't know specific fighting styles but gets by fine.
Weakness: Since he doesn't know fighting styles, he relies a lot on his powers. Basically if someone is stronger and faster than him, he's screwed.
Personality: As a citizen he's very charming and nice, you'd never expect him to be a bad guy. Even then, as a villain, he tries his best to never murder.
Alias: She goes by many different names, depending on the client, but overall most people know her by "Miss Lan"
Any Alliances?: Depends. You never really know if you're on her good or bad side.
Enemies?: Also depends, no one can be completely sure where you side with the woman. Oh, wait, Agent is one of her "arch enemies."
Hero, Villain, Citizen?: "Villain"
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Race (Human/Alien): Human
Powers(Up to five): She has a type of hypnosis/telepathy power, but usually she doesn't use it to a high extent, but she uses it on tougher nuts to crack. If she's interrogating someone she'll usually use it, or when trying to recruit someone who seems a bit skeptical, but other than that, she doesn't use it a whole bunch. She actually doesn't know the limit to her telepathy since she never has to use it too much.
Weapons: Guns, basically any gun, but she is more of a handgun girl herself. She also uses pocket knives and brass knuckle variations. Overall, she doesn't need to get her hands dirty when she has a lackey who will do it.
Skills: She does know how to fight, but only in the sense of how to do basic punches and kicks, plus numerous dirty tricks. Other than that, she doesn't have very formal training.
Weakness: She's just human with her limits and mortality, so that's a big one.
Personality: I imagine her as a calculating person. She'll let you think you're two steps ahead of her, but in reality, she's the one who's a mile ahead. She's extremely smart and shrewd. On the streets she isn't the most social, but just speaking to her will put you into a charm, even if she isn't using hypnosis. She knows how to handle people, whether it be by giving them a soothing touch on the arm or completely avoiding eye contact. Diane is the master of social gathering and interactions.
Occupation: Well, she controls her own gang that mainly handles the black market, rather than just running around and killing, so she gains a majority of her money through that. She also has a few patented inventions that gave her a good chunk of the money she has, but not all.
Origin:
Not exactly sure where I want to go with this, but I imagine her starting out as a girl living in the poor, overall lower quality part of the city, never really knowing what it was to be a child. Her mother raised her, so she never had that father figure to keep her in check when it came to the streets. Her mother worked, so at an extremely young age, Diane was introduced to the streets. She quickly learned how dangerous and rewarding the work could be, and has been working around that ever since. One of the main gang leaders even taught her as his "prodigy," as the man knew some of his own men were going to backstab him and he didn't want to bring his own family into the life. He treated her like a daughter almost and taught her everything he knew. So, at fourteen she had more power than any of the other people in the gang, besides the leader. They got a delivery from out of the country of some new drug they thought was a simple narcotic. It was anything but. The drug was supposed to be a treat for the two, but as they took the couple pills, something happened. The man doubled over and croaked nearly instantly, whereas Diane suffered from a seizure. When she was up, she had no idea what happened, besides they took the pills. It was hours after he died, and there was nothing she could do. She notified one of the high-ranking guys of what happened. It was obvious that the leader trusted her more than any of the other guys, and Diane knew she was going to be murdered. That was how it worked. The man and several others came at her, figuring they wouldn't need guns for a little girl like her, plus they could have their way with her before ending it. So, Diane did what she was taught and shot. Then another man came in, and Diane, in her head, pleaded and pleaded for him to not kill her and to just let her be. Surprisingly enough, he did just this. She tried this out on a few more and it worked the same, mostly without that much effort. After discovering this new power, Diane took over the gang, now renamed The Coles, after their former leader's last name. Ever since then she kept it a secret. To hide her newfound wealth from the public and her beloved mother, she invented a few neat gadgets anyone could go their whole lives without. They were big hits. Diane, of course, took care of her mother by buying her a house and depositing a good load of money into the woman's bank account each month. She is still close with her mother, even now, but doesn't tell her of her secret life.
