@pyroman I don't have anything super concrete in terms of character traits, but the power I wanted was for my character to be super for long enough to do one "thing " a day. That is, if my character needed to punt a skyscraper or like, be super fast for a minute, they could, but then theyd be an ordinary human for 24 hours. With this Vera stuff in the mix they'd be pretty OP though.
@pyroman That's a pretty cool background, the character I had in mind will probably have to be changed for it though.

Alright, so I really, really suck at writing bios and if you want me to make hers better I can. I may have slightly bent the rules on her ability limit, but her powers are mostly fairly minor and she isn't exactly going to be a combat powerhosue. Consider this a first draft then, I guess.
Name: Luna
Monster Type: Bug (moth)
Gender: Female
Occupation: Former maid
Weapon?: None to speak of, but can produce a strong powder which, when released from her wings, causes extreme drowsiness.
Armor?: None
Magic (up to three): One spell and two (three?) abilities, which are:
Healing powder: With this ability activated, her sleeping powder now helps close wounds on contact and increases the recuperative effects of sleep. Still puts people to sleep.
Light as a Feather: Luna's light body makes her footsteps almost inaudible, and helps her avoid triggering most traps.
Super-human mobility: Luna is a reasonably agile flyer, but can't go for long distances before getting tired. Her hands and feet can stick to nearly any surface, allowing her to walk on them.
Personality: A very timid and quiet moth, Luna prefers to keep to herself, usually only going out at night and hiding in dark places. However, she's trying to work past this and will always help if she can.
Bio: Luna led a very uneventful life before the barrier was broken, and mostly does to this day. Previously, she worked as a maid for about a year, although this job was a bit stressful for her solely because being in other people's homes made her very nervous.
