Blood Reigns Over Westeros: A Song of Ice & Fire Story (Accepting Player Proposals)

@Aufklarung I read through your CS/House Sheet, and like Inki-ark-natius of the GM Team of doom, Ashley doesn't seem to fit into the usual lore/historical names. The same goes for Ashley's twin, Jocelyn. I am bit biased in names due to my many hours sunk into CK2 and the Game of Throne's mod, those two names in particular stand out and don't feel like they fit.

Most of the other things I am not too picky about, as I will allow the GM to review first, before I say any more.

Good luck in the review process, and should you get approved, I will happily work alongside you in order to have our House Relations and other information properly reflect one another.

Synopsis

House Tully of Riverrun is one of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms. Lord Edmyn Tully, the Lord Paramount of the Trident, rules over the riverlands from the Tully seat of Riverrun. Their sigil is a silver trout leaping on a striped field of blue and mud red, and their house words are "Family, Duty, Honor. House Tully still remembers the bloodshed of the War of the Five Kings and the Long Night, with much of the war fought in their lands. As such, the Tully's have had a somewhat reserved stance to the greater whole of the Seven Kingdoms, choosing to focus inwardly, rather than participating in the day to day operations of the Iron Throne.

House Tully rules over the Riverlands, a region of plains, forests, hills, and endless rivers, and borders on every single kingdom except Dorne. Their northern border is near the swamplands of the Neck, to the east, the Riverlands extend to the Vale of Arryn's Mountains of the Moon and Crackclaw Point in the Crownlands. A stream forms part of the boundary between the Riverlands and the Crownlands, with the hills of House Wode in the former and the lands of House Hogg in the latter. To the south the Riverlands border the Crownlands and the Reach, with the Riverlands extend west to Ironman's Bay and the mountainous Westerlands.

What has occured in your house's history in recent years?

Lord Paramount Edmure Tully, 299 AC to 348 AC

The day the War ended, when the undead were finally put to their final rest, the true scope of the destruction and chaos wrought upon the Riverlands became glaringly clear. Tens of thousands dead, fields trampled, crops and farms burned, entire villages and towns nothing but ash and dust. They say that the North suffered, or that the people of King's Landing, and a multitude of other such fancy's of a particular region's misfortune. Yet, none were so truly hard hit as the Riverlands. From before the War of the Five Kings even started, blood and bone fertilized the soils of the Riverlands, Lannister Armies, Northern Armies, Crownlander Armies, Mercenaries, sullied Knights and their degenerate filth, and a thousand more, all came and fought in the Riverlands. They came, the killed, they raped, they pillaged, they burned, and when the war was over, they left, left behind naught but ash and dust, trampled crops and scattered bones.

This was the Riverlands that Edmure Tully began his reign as Lord Paramount. The first order of business was to bring to justice all those who had broken their oaths, from the lowest and meanest of criminals, the brigands, outlaws, and highway men, to noble lords and their kin, none were above justice. And it was in those early months, that hard justice ruled over the Riverlands. While Lord Walder Frey had died of old age before he could face Edmure for his crimes, other co-conspirators were not so lucky. Many of the Frey family had survived the brutal siege of the undead, and of the survivors, a number had actively participated in the Red Wedding. All who were called before Lord Edmure were given a choice, take the black, and serve out the rest of your days on the Night's Watch, or face the hangman. The smart ones chose the Night's Watch, yet the same could not be said for those too foolish or vainglorious to see that they had broken the law of the land.

Justice for House Frey and its vassals.

Let it be recorded in the annuals of history the following; On the third moon of the eight month, 302 AC, the following men were found guilty of treason, violation of Guest Right, murder, conspiracy, and desecration of a corpse, among other such crimes against the Realm and their liege Lords, House Tully.

Furthermore, it has been judge and decreed that House's Charlton, Erenford, Haigh, and Nayland, shall forfeit thirty percent of their lands to House Paege, who shall now be raised and named as Lords of the Crossing in perpetuity. The current living members of House Frey, henceforth reduced to the status of landed knights, shall relinquish all claims to the Twins, the Crossing, and all subsequent titles. In conjunction of said judgements against House Frey, they will be placed as the Knights of Fairmarket, presiding over the old lands and holdings of House Paege. House Frey, for the next one hundred years, shall have a fifty percent tax levied upon all its incomes, its martial might capped to no more than four hundred men, and all children upon reaching the age of five, will spend two months every summer visiting Riverrun and being educated in the sanctity of Guest Rights, the importance of their oaths and vows, and lastly, the history and events regarding the Red Wedding and House Frey's downfall.

For nearly a decade after justice had finally been served, the Riverlands slowly rebuilt, slowly buried the dead, cleared the thousand forgotten battlefields, dealing with remnant bands of outlaws, crazed rag-tag sparrows, and most importantly, ensuring crops were grown and harvested. Truth be told, the only real thing of note from within the Riverlands, was its determined rebuilding of the devastated lands, and the hateful feud between it and the Vale, Lord Edmure Tully and Lord Robert Aryyn, both squabbling over who would retain rights to the massive fortress of Harrenhal, and all the lands around it. Lord Baelish, as it would seem, had the lands and titles stripped from him due to his nefarious actions during the War of the Five Kings. To those closet to Lord Edmure, they spoke of his determination to retain the rights to land that had belonged to the Riverlands since before the conquest, to when they had been conquered by the Iron Islanders and even before then. This feud was finally ended by the Crown, who stepped in, granted the castle and its lands to members of House Mudd, who had fought for the Golden Company in securing the Stormlands and the Stepstones for the Queen. Still, this left a bad taste in Edmure's mouth, who he himself said, "The boy cry's over something that was never his to begin with. Let him stay in the Vale, sick and petulant, till he learns what it means to be a man and a leader. If he want's it so badly, let him come to the Riverlands, let him rebel against the Queen's peace, and we shall see how quickly the falcon falls to the Dragon."

Elsewhere in the Riverlands, Edmure focused on rebuilding his family, and cherished his beloved Roslin. In 318 AC, a small outbreak of the Bloody Flux happened in Maiden Pool, killing 300 before it was contained, and it was by Edmure's command the entire town was quarantined, with the dead and infected foodstuffs being burned to prevent any further spread of disease. By 322 AC, Lord Edmure Tully had rebuilt perhaps 60% of the damage wrought upon the Riverlands, and Queen Danaerys declaration of the realm now following Dornish Inheritance laws had little impact upon him, save that he simply acknowledged the law, and made sure to follow it. However, the same could not be said of some of the other lords within the Riverlands.

From 336 to 341, Edmure was having to deal with House Mallister and its vassals, House Ryger and its vassals, and House Nayland of Hag's Mire. These lords, and the landed knights to a lesser degree, were being petty, and after all of them were summoned to Riverrun, Edmure blatantly called them all as being no better than that "Crying ass atop the Vale, fighting mommy whenever they did not get their way." Such an insult, and Edmure's anger, as well as his bitter reminder of what happened to the Frey's and their vassals, was enough to get House Ryger, its vassals, and House Nayland to stand down. Yet, in mid-341, House Mallister and its vassals rose up in open rebellion, levying armies to stand against the Crown and House Tully. Perhaps thankfully, as other rebellion's broke out throughout the realm, House Tully called its banners, and marched upon the rebels, routing them quickly in a series of vicious battles that left Lord Mallister and three of his sons dead. By the time Queen Daenarys arrived atop Drogon to Seagard, she was greeted by Lord Edmure, and the prisoner's he had captured. "My Queen, Seagard is yours once more, the rebels have been defeated, and its leaders lie dead, killed in battle."

In his time as Lord Paramount, Lord Edmure and Lady Roslin respectively had seven children, all of whom except one would go on to have their own families and children. Their eldest, Oscar Tully, followed in succession by; Arwyn, Catelyn, Celia, Denys, Bethany, and finally, Axel. However, no one lives forever, and in 348 AC, Lord Edmure finally passed from the world of the living to the next, shortly after his beloved wife had died.

Lord Oscar Tully, 348 AC to 373 AC

Lord Oscar Tully carried on what his father had started, namely, rebuilding the Riverlands, and carry on the grudge against House Arryn. When word reached Lord Oscar that Lord Robert was celebrating his father's death, he ceased all trade and relations with the Vale. Some tales, spoken in the dark of night around stiff drinks tell of Lord Oscar offering clandestine aid to the Hill Tribes of the Vale, or that bandits that would weighlay caravans destined for the Vale were actually hired mercenaries under the employ of House Tully. Yet, these are tales told by lowborn rabble and gossip mongers, for what all could see, was a Lord rebuilding his land, and fortifying certain key locations when war came once more.

Lord Oscar saw the creation of two new seats of power, giving lands and titles to the bastard sons of his own younger brother Denys Tully, who for the entirety of his life, became his family's "Blackfish". Furthermore, it was at his request, and by his brother's own skill in arms, that saw Ser Axel Tully appointed to the Queensguard in 350 AC, much to the delight and honor of House Tully. Lord Oscar sought to carry favor with the Iron Throne, and helped Lord Aerion Velaryon whenever he came to the Riverlands. Of course, much to the ever annoyance of the Throne, he refused to forgive Lord Robert Arryn for past slights. They say that Lord Edmure's hatred burned hotter and deeper with Oscar than it ever did in his father.

Sadly, fate would not be kind to House Tully in 369 AC. His two oldest sons wanted to see Essos before settling down to a marriage with a "Westerosi Girl" as Ser Kermit said the day before he left to join Uncle Axel and the Queen's retinue in their overseas travels. The last words Lord Oscar got back from his two sons, Kermit and Elmo Tully, was of their exploits in Lys, the pillow houses, the culture, weather, and everything in between. He would not see them again until after the Stepstones rebellion had been crushed.

Ser Axel Tully, newly made Lord Commander of the Queensguard, delivered the news and his nephew's remains to their father. Lord Oscar was utterly crushed, and yet part of him felt great pride in that his two boys had grown into fine young men. Ser Axel spoke of the battles, the war, how Kermit and Elmo valiantly gave their lives defending the Queen, sacrificing themselves for the greater good of the realm. Together, the brothers sent the remains of the young men down stream, atop funeral boats, each man shooting a flaming arrow that ignited the remains, sending two more Tully's to the river they had loved so much when alive. Shortly after, Ser Axel returned to the capital, and with him, much of the life that had remained in Lord Oscar.

In his final years, Lord Oscar turned to what he knew, what could distract him from the loss of his sons. He ruled aptly and able, albeit with less joy and enthusiasm. Under his watch, the Riverlands saw the near completion of his father's strategic defense initiative, five stout keeps defending the Riverlands from the Westerlands, three towerhouses along the border of the Crownlands, and two fortified river crossings. Lord Oscar finally died in late 373 AC, and he too joined his sons in the waters of his home.

Lord Edmyn Tully, 373 AC to Present

Lord Edmyn Tully, a third born son... with on his sister Roslyn who would inherit after him. He had been out surveying the defensive fortifications his father and grandfather had ordered built, when news arrived of his father's death. A shock to be sure, as he rushed home to attend the funeral. A day of sadness, but sadness could only last so long, as Edmyn was now charged with ruling the Riverlands entirely, now as Lord Paramount. His first order of business was to begin investing funds into helping with the renovation of Harrenhal in to a more habitable, and maintainable settlement/fortification. Such an endeavor would certainly take years, decades to complete, yet, the current state of decay within Harrenhal needed to be addressed once and for all, and no longer kicked down the road. He road for Harrenhal himself, treating with its lord and the landed knights within, and charged them to properly oversee a true overhaul of the fortress, if need be, tearing down the upper portions of the towers, walls, anything and everything that was not needed, in order to finally make the cursed place self sufficient.

In a surprise turn of events, Lord Edmyn was the first to extend the olive branch to House Arryn, when he sent a small caravan of gifts, along with a hand addressed letter to Lord Robert Arryn himself, wishing peace and prosperity, as well as the possibility of rekindled mutual friendship between the two regions. Edmyn, as it became apparent, was not his father, nor his grandfather. He was kinder, more patient, yet retained a strong sense of right and wrong, always being just in his rulings when issues were brought to his court. So far, Lord Edmyn's reign has been uneventful, marked only be his diligent progress towards fully rebuilding the Riverlands to its greatest, his ambition to truly be a great lord, and of most recently, and perhaps some of the most intriguing gossip of many a noble lady, and their fathers no doubt, is that Lord Edmyn Tully seeks a bride, a noble woman of high standing to marry and tie two family's together.

From what many can see, Lord Edmyn is loyal to the Iron Throne, a leader who has his mind set on the Riverlands, and a man who seeks to put House Tully in the forefront of the realm.

What are the established perceptions and alliances between your house and others in the realm?

House Tully and greater realm relations

House Targaryen Relations

House Targaryen, the true ruler's of the Seven Kingdoms. Edmyn Tully, and House Tully for that matter since the end of the last great war, have remained staunch loyalists to the Queen. The Dragon fly's overhead, while the trout navigates the rivers below, seeking out the throne's enemies, a bawdy joke told in ale houses and brothels. However, to say there is not some truth in the joke would be ignorance. A Tully served as Hand of the Queen for a number of years, while another served on the Queensguard, before currently leading the royal guard. While Edmyn is concerned over the Queen's current ailing health, his pledge remains the same as the day he ascended to the Lord Paramouncy of the Riverlands, to serve the Iron Throne faithfully and honorably. In parting, the Tully's of Riverrun are leal and loyal servants of the Queen, and her successor, when she so decides to declare one.

House Stark and its Vassals Relations

The North, the great expanse of forests, hills, wind swept plains, and snow, bore the brunt of the Night King's deadly onslaught. The Starks were once the liege lord of House Tully, until that faithful night at the Twins. Furthermore, when the new Stark lord bent the knee, so to did their hold on the Riverlands revert back to the Iron Throne. Yet, this was not the end of their kindred relationship. House Tully owed its survival, as did all the realm, to the sacrifices the North made during the war. And ever since, each Tully Lord did what he could to help lessen the burden of rebuilding upon the North, sending what food they could, what clothes they could, what could be spared, and then some. Even when times were tough at home, the Riverlands never forgot, and never missed a shipment of aid. Now, some seventy eight years later, the end is nearly in sight, the work almost done, but the respect and mutual friendship, that is solid as the oldest ice of the Wall, unless something were to change that.

House Arryn Relations

Ever since the bitter feud over who would have rule over Harrenhal, the Riverlands and the Vale have been at odds, ever cold, ever distrustful. Lord Edmure and Lord Robert despised one another, even though they shared blood and family. Lord Oscar carried this grudge to his grave as well. The grudge was not one of open hostility, but rather one of distrust, an unwillingness to work together, to speak, a grudge of angry words and glares, yet never one of bloodshed nor shadows in the night. It has been many years since the dispute over Harrenhal, and now, Lord Edmyn seeks to mend the rift between the two great Houses, and perhaps the future holds a chance for Lord Edmyn and Lord Robert to meet face to face, and bury the hatchet once and for all.

House Lannister Relations

Of all the Houses of the Seven Kingdoms, none more are more reviled by the Riverlands than House Lannister. Their armies poured across the borders, raping, pillaging, looting, burning, and desecrating from high to low, leaving nothing but ash and dust in their wake. Worse yet, was the Mad Dog of House Lannister, Ser Gregor Clegane. To this day, even the youngest tot knows of the evil that was The Mountain that Rides. Campfires, cookfires, and by candle light, every mother, father, and older sibling, tells of the great horrors of the War of the Five Kings, how men of the Westerlands are vicious brutish beasts, tearing apart man and beast like monsters. These tales are not said out of fear or to scare children, ney, they are told as a reminder, a burning promise, that should the Westermen ever ride in force into the Riverlands, they will be repaid a debt a thousand times over, and House Lannister, they will wish the Gregor Clegane was still alive to protect them.

House Tyrell Relations

During the War of the Five Kings, and perhaps this was due to the ever changing theaters of war, the Tyrell's never marched their armies into the Riverlands. Save for the few forces under the command of Lord Tarly, who actually helped save House Mooton, the Tyrell's were seen as honorable people tricked into supporting the Lannisters. Once the war was over, the Tyrell's and the Reach, which had been largely untouched during the War, provided food and aid to the Riverlands, further building a lasting bridge of friendship between the two Houses. They say their is a small plaque and statue in Riverrun, a bronze rose, that thanks House Tyrell for its aid during the long road in rebuilding the Riverlands. Lord Edmyn, after the death of his father, sent a gift every year to Lady Alys Tyrell, thanking her for her friendship and House's aid, and that the Tully's will never forget such kindness.

House Baratheon Relations

House Baratheon of Storm's End, Lords of the Stormlands. They originally came over with the Targaryen's, a bastard bother, so it is rumored, took the arms and colors of House Durrandon. Ever since that faithful battle, the Baratheon's have loomed large in the history of Westeros. Not so long ago, the Riverlands, along with other realms, rose up in open rebellion against the Targaryen dynasty, and it was under House Baratheon that numerous atrocities were committed against the Targaryen family, and under House Baratheon that the new conquered realm was nearly run into ruin, and under House Baratheon that the War of the Five Kings started. Some friendships last, while others, those fruited labors rot away and leave behind naught but ash and dust. Lord Edmure, after having thrown in with Queen Daenarys, was perplexed indeed to see House Baratheon reborn, as they had caused all the chaos that had led to the current times.

Still, the Tully's gave them a chance, as the son's of Robert were not Robert, and were not beholden to his sins. However, as the years progressed, and the passage of time moved ever onward, only a blind man could not see that the Lords of House Baratheon dreamed for ever more, that they had an eye upon the throne that they had once held, be it legitimately or as usurpers. More adversely, is the call for a Great Council by Lord Lyonel Baratheon, the former Master of Laws on the Small Council. Such an open display of malcontent, especially while the Queen and her heir apparent still draw breath, borders on treason. They speak of Lord Commander Axel Tully venomously calling such talk treason, and to even entertain the idea, was to invite charges and consequences of such. Only time will tell of House Baratheon is a loyal House to the throne, or a House of usurpers.

House Greyjoy Relations

Though the Greyjoy's may have changed in recent years, thousands of years of historical animosity towards the Iron Islands yet remain. Still, House Tully keeps cordial relations with the Iron Islands, especially after their recent rise in power in the Realm. Lord Edmyn keeps a keen eye on Lord Eldred Greyjoy, considering that he is the current Master of Ships, and should war ever break out, the sea is not a safe haven with the Iron Islanders prowling about.

House Martell Relations

The Martell's are far away to the south, living in Dorne as they always have. The Tully's hold no ill will towards the Martells, while at the same time, they don't seek to have any contact with them. Of course, all the realm knows of Lady Ashara and her... unique tastes, yet one thing does intrigue Lord Edmyn, what will happen when the time comes for Ashara to need an heir? Perhaps she will does as the Queen did, but as they say, that's a story for another time.

House Hightower Relations

House Hightower is old and powerful, their city the home to the Great Citadel and the Starry Sept. They are bannermen of the Tyrell's, and are considered honorable and respectable. Furthermore, it is known that they are ardent supporters of the Queen, and in that, House Tully shares that mentality. Lord Edmyn and Lord Oscar have both payed visits to the great city in past, and Lord Edmyn hopes to visit it once again. Furthermore, the two House have married, with Lady Roslyn Tully having married Ser Mace Hightower when she came of age. The two have one son together, a boy named Dorian. Lord Oscar had arranged the marriage with Lord Loras Hightower, bringing the two powerful families together as friends and family.

House Velaryon Relations

Two sons were lost to the rebellion, and while it was the cadet branch of House Velaryon, Lord Edmyn, and his father, Lord Oscar, remembered that day vividly. Lord Commander Axel Tully too, remembers the rebellion and its cost. Perhaps time will heal the wounds created that day, and the friendship that Lord Commander Axel and Lord Aerion had as well. The Velaryon's have fallen out of favor with the Iron Throne, yet they remain loyal, so the Tully's hope. Lord Edmyn hopes to pay a visit to Driftmark one day, to finally meet Lord Aerion in person.

House Blackwood Relations

Ever faithful, ever honorable, the Blackwoods can be considered a valued and reliable ally and vassal of House Tully. Lord Edmyn enjoys treating with them, and looks to them in the future as the Queen's health deteriorates. House Blackwood was also given back most of the lands it lost, and Lord Edmyn, Lord Oscar, and Lord Edmure have had to ride in a total of six times over the last seventy five years to get the Brackens and Blackwoods to stand down in their never-ending feud.

Storyline Premise

House Tully led by Lord Edmyn wishes, no, they actively seek, to right the grevious wrongs of the past, in chief part, the inherent geographic weakness of the Riverlands. To that end, Edmyn seeks to solidify a permanent alliance with another of the great Houses, and the continued constructions of his father's strategic defense initiative. The rivers flow across all his domain, and with it, the need to funnel your enemies to where you wish to face them. What good is a river crossing if you can not defend it. The smallfolk have suffered enough, the nobles forced to hide behind their walls, no more does the Riverlands seek to be the kingdom's battlefield nor burial ground.

Secondly, Lord Edmyn seeks a wife to carry on his family and name. Perhaps with Lord Edmyn, the long standing feud with the Vale will finally end.

He values family greatly, and is very keen on hosting family gatherings at Riverrun for the entirety of the Tully family. Edmyn has a reputation to carefully spend money, not cheap by any means, but rather, he looks into detail where the taxes that have been collected are being spent, and ensuring that they are not being misused.

Formidable Fighter - The skill with a sword Ser Axel posses is rivaled perhaps by a few others who currently live, but for those who saw him upon the fields of battle during the Stepstones Rebellion, it took six men against him for him to even recieve a wound, and all six of those men lie dead. He chooses to fight from the ground, on his own two feet, rather than atop a horse. Some might think this a weakness, yet to him, it just means his foe has a longer fall to the ground.

Synopsis

Lord Paramount Aegon Velaryon, fallen from grace, started a bloody war that consumed the entirety of his home,his lands, and that war could not be won. All I can remember is leaving Bloodstone when I was thirteen, and living here ever since. Dad has done a great job to make the island feel alive, to make it a place that anyone can fall in love with. Ten years of exploring the woods, the streams, the caves, the precious gem mine, oh how it glitters... sorry, reminiscing. He named the island after himself, but to my sister and I, this is our home now." Lady Rhaenyra Velaryon.

House Targaryen - The Old Queen sits upon the throne, and while she still draws breath, father will never be able to go home, we'll never be able to go home. The Queen murdered our kin, and exiled us. We are enemies until father says otherwise.

House Greyjoy - They are usurpers, thieves who were granted our home and lands. The vile Kraken defiles all that was once ours, though I know father will drive them back to the sea from whence they came, sending them all packing to their wretched, bleak outcroppings of rock far to the West.

House Velaryon of Driftmark - Our brother in law rules over Driftmark. He is family, though rumors in father's court say he was murdered by the Queen and her Greyjoy bootlickers. I can only hope my sister still lives, and that one day we can be reunited. Lord Aerion is his name, and may he rest in peace, for it seems that even the most loyal and ardent of the Targaryen's followers can not escape their madness.

How both women are now not only Aegon's only living heirs, but the future of House Velaryon, as the rest of the House was murdered by Aegon's foes back in Westeros, so their father says. Rhaenyra Velaryon has earned a reputation as a somewhat reclusive woman, shying away from those she does not know, choosing instead to spend time with her family, or alone in her garden. When duty and the situation demands she stay, Rhaenyra is quiet and polite, offering a nervous smile that melts many a heart. If anything can ever be taken away from a meeting with Lady Rhaenyra, is that she exudes kindness and radiates warmth.

Of her values, integrity first, tell the truth, do right by the gods and rules of men, and strive to become a better person; she greatly values her family, and the interactions, the laughter, smiles, eating food together, and so on. Her fair features, silver hair, stunning eyes of pale blue-green, define the beauty that is Lady Rhaenyra, who with her regal bearing, cuts a memorable figure for those who lay eyes upon her. Her fair looks are owed to her father, mother, and the old bloodlines of yesteryear.

Groomed - Lady Rhaenyra takes great care in keeping up appearances, always wearing clean clothes and smelling of fresh flowers. Her hair is always neatly and precisely positioned, be it flowing freely, or in some styled fashion. The first impression is one of appearance, and to Rhaenyra, better to set a stunning impression, than a flawed one.

Kind - If one thing can ever be said of Lady Rhaenyra, is that she is very kind. Her heart is large, and she cares for those around her with great compassion and love. Baela has earned her reputation as a deadly woman, beautiful and ferocious as a shadowcat. To her crew and friends, a diligent commander and leader, one who looks to better their lives as well as her own. To family, she is the fire of revenge that burns within them all, and to her sister, she is her protector, a mean, fierce Velaryon who would cut you down to defend her honor.

She values her family, as they are all she has, followed by the value of freedom and the open oceans. Baela hopes to one day travel the world as her forebear, Corlys Velaryon, and cement her reputation as the female Sea Snake.

Attractive - Beautiful as her sister, yet in her own way. Rhaenyra has her regal beauty, her "blue eyes", while Baela has a more predatory beauty, akin to a shadowcat. She is fearsome beauty exemplified, eyes of light purple, sharply defined features, and a look that says, "Mess with me, and I'll eat your heart out."

Scarrred - When one chooses to ignore caution and live a more adventurous life, accidents happen, or rather, life happens. Across the left side of her face, from the middle of her nose to slightly below her eye, is a scar from one of her first real battles. Now, the old wound has healed, and seemingly added more beauty to Baela than before.

Ambitious - For Baela, she is not content to idly wait by for the world to come to her, nor for opportunity to present itself. Rather, she seeks out her own future, charting a course to have her rise higher in the world, and place her name in the annuals of time and history.

Brave - Part of being ambitious and adventurous is being brave. Many a foe expects a woman to cower before them, to beg and plead, not Baela, she happily charges in, sword drawn, a vicious predatory look on her face, and the knowledge that those self-important men, well, their courage is quickly running down the side of their leg. The unknown shouldn't be feared, and for Baela, she respects it, while actively choosing to rush forward into the dark to see what lies within.

Stubborn - Stubborn as a mule, that is what her father let her know. Baela is not the type to give up or back down when she sets her sights on something. She digs her heels in, and presses ever onward, much to the annoyance of Lord Aegon when such actions go against his wishes.

Ruthless - While few ever see or know of such actions, Baela is ruthless when it comes to defending her sister and family. Those that dare to insult her sister, well, they are lucky when they wake up from the floor. Baela wants to reach her goals, and will damn near do whatever it takes to achieve them.

Skilled Duelist - From a young age, she showed signs of martial prowess. Aegon, perhaps on a whim of amusement, allowed her to train with his sons, her brothers. The rest, as they say, is history. She fights with two hands, favoring her right with a long sword, while in her left, a short sword or an axe, depending on the situation. Thus far, her foes have all made the same mistake, underestimate her, and they payed with their lives for that foolishness.

Pirate Captain - Much to her father's everlasting annoyance, though he has yet to specifically command her not to be a pirate and smuggler, Baela Velaryon command a modest ocean going vessel called "Sea Snake", which she uses to prey upon the traveling ships of Westeros, stealing their cargo and selling it off to send a message that she remembers what the Queen did to her family.

Lord Aegon Velaryon - A father, a lord, a leader, he is all these things, but there is something more to him that Baela quite can't put her finger on. He appears to be a good man, and Rhaenyra loves him unconditionally, but he is hiding something, else he wouldn't be so irritated that Baela captains her own ship and partakes in piracy. Maybe its just paranoia, or skepticism, but never mind, Aegon is my father and lord, and I must follow him, when it suits me of course.

Lady Rhaenyra Velaryon - Her elder sister is a pure soul, unburdened with the darkness of the greater world, and Baela aims to keep it that way. Rhaenyra has a way of making all the troubles, woes, frustrations just fall away, leaving behind the good, and bright joyous laughter. She isn't naive, rather, she chooses to focus her time on things she can control and love, nurturing her rooftop garden, cooking food fit for a king, or just hearing Baela vent to a trustworthy soul who would never talk, no matter what. Rhaenyra is all anyone could ever ask for in a sister and friend. Anyone who would dare speak ill of her, pray to the Gods that I don't gut you like a fish.

Synopsis

House Tully of Riverrun is one of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms. Lord Edmyn Tully, the Lord Paramount of the Trident, rules over the riverlands from the Tully seat of Riverrun. Their sigil is a silver trout leaping on a striped field of blue and mud red, and their house words are "Family, Duty, Honor. House Tully still remembers the bloodshed of the War of the Five Kings and the Long Night, with much of the war fought in their lands. As such, the Tully's have had a somewhat reserved stance to the greater whole of the Seven Kingdoms, choosing to focus inwardly, rather than participating in the day to day operations of the Iron Throne.

What has occured in your house's history in recent years?

Lord Paramount Edmure Tully, 299 AC to 348 AC

The day the War ended, when the undead were finally put to their final rest, the true scope of the destruction and chaos wrought upon the Riverlands became glaringly clear. Tens of thousands dead, fields trampled, crops and farms burned, entire villages and towns nothing but ash and dust. They say that the North suffered, or that the people of King's Landing, and a multitude of other such fancy's of a particular region's misfortune. Yet, none were so truly hard hit as the Riverlands. From before the War of the Five Kings even started, blood and bone fertilized the soils of the Riverlands, Lannister Armies, Northern Armies, Crownlander Armies, Mercenaries, sullied Knights and their degenerate filth, and a thousand more, all came and fought in the Riverlands. They came, the killed, they raped, they pillaged, they burned, and when the war was over, they left, left behind naught but ash and dust, trampled crops and scattered bones.

This was the Riverlands that Edmure Tully began his reign as Lord Paramount. The first order of business was to bring to justice all those who had broken their oaths, from the lowest and meanest of criminals, the brigands, outlaws, and highway men, to noble lords and their kin, none were above justice. And it was in those early months, that hard justice ruled over the Riverlands. While Lord Walder Frey had died of old age before he could face Edmure for his crimes, other co-conspirators were not so lucky. Many of the Frey family had survived the brutal siege of the undead, and of the survivors, a number had actively participated in the Red Wedding. All who were called before Lord Edmure were given a choice, take the black, and serve out the rest of your days on the Night's Watch, or face the hangman. The smart ones chose the Night's Watch, yet the same could not be said for those too foolish or vainglorious to see that they had broken the law of the land.

Justice for House Frey and its vassals.

Let it be recorded in the annuals of history the following; On the third moon of the eight month, 301 AC, the following men were found guilty of treason, violation of Guest Right, murder, conspiracy, and desecration of a corpse, among other such crimes against the Realm and their liege Lords, House Tully.

Furthermore, it has been judge and decreed that House's Frey, Charlton, Erenford, Haigh, and Nayland, shall forfeit thirty percent of their lands to House Tully, as well as House Frey, for the next one hundred years, shall have a sixty percent tax levied upon all its bridge tolls and incomes. Lastly, House Frey is to compensate the families of all those who were murdered at the Red Wedding with monthly stipends to the widows or children left behind, until such widows and or children have passed from this world.

For nearly a decade after justice had finally been served, the Riverlands slowly rebuilt, slowly buried the dead, cleared the thousand forgotten battlefields, dealing with remnant bands of outlaws, crazed rag-tag sparrows, and most importantly, ensuring crops were grown and harvested. Truth be told, the only real thing of note from within the Riverlands, was its determined rebuilding of the devastated lands, and the hateful feud between it and the Vale, Lord Edmure Tully and Lord Robert Aryyn, both squabbling over who would retain rights to the massive fortress of Harrenhal, and all the lands around it. Lord Baelish, as it would seem, had the lands and titles stripped from him due to his nefarious actions during the War of the Five Kings. To those closet to Lord Edmure, they spoke of his determination to retain the rights to land that had belonged to the Riverlands since before the conquest, to when they had been conquered by the Iron Islanders and even before then. This feud was finally ended by the Crown, who stepped in, granted the castle and its lands to members of House Mudd, who had fought for the Golden Company in securing the Stormlands and the Stepstones for the Queen. Still, this left a bad taste in Edmure's mouth, who he himself said, "The boy cry's over something that was never his to begin with. Let him stay in the Vale, sick and petulant, till he learns what it means to be a man and a leader. If he want's it so badly, let him come to the Riverlands, let him rebel against the Queen's peace, and we shall see how quickly the falcon falls to the Dragon."

Elsewhere in the Riverlands, Edmure focused on rebuilding his family, and cherished his beloved Roslin. In 318 AC, a small outbreak of the Bloody Flux happened in Maiden Pool, killing 300 before it was contained, and it was by Edmure's command the entire town was quarantined, with the dead and infected foodstuffs being burned to prevent any further spread of disease. By 322 AC, Lord Edmure Tully had rebuilt perhaps 60% of the damage wrought upon the Riverlands, and Queen Danaerys declaration of the realm now following Dornish Inheritance laws had little impact upon him, save that he simply acknowledged the law, and made sure to follow it. However, the same could not be said of some of the other lords within the Riverlands.

From 336 to 341, Edmure was having to deal with House Mallister and its vassals, House Ryger and its vassals, and House Nayland of Hag's Mire. These lords, and the landed knights to a lesser degree, were being petty, and after all of them were summoned to Riverrun, Edmure blatantly called them all as being no better than that "Crying ass atop the Vale, fighting mommy whenever they did not get their way." Such an insult, and Edmure's anger, as well as his bitter reminder of what happened to the Frey's and their vassals, was enough to get House Ryger, its vassals, and House Nayland to stand down. Yet, in mid-341, House Mallister and its vassals rose up in open rebellion, levying armies to stand against the Crown and House Tully. Perhaps thankfully, as other rebellion's broke out throughout the realm, House Tully called its banners, and marched upon the rebels, routing them quickly in a series of vicious battles that left Lord Mallister and three of his sons dead. By the time Queen Daenarys arrived atop Drogon to Seagard, she was greeted by Lord Edmure, and the prisoner's he had captured. "My Queen, Seagard is yours once more, the rebels have been defeated, and its leaders lie dead, killed in battle."

In his time as Lord Paramount, Lord Edmure and Lady Roslin respectively had seven children, all of whom except one would go on to have their own families and children. Their eldest, Oscar Tully, followed in succession by; Arwyn, Catelyn, Celia, Denys, Bethany, and finally, Axel. However, no one lives forever, and in 348 AC, Lord Edmure finally passed from the world of the living to the next, shortly after his beloved wife had died.

Lord Oscar Tully, 348 AC to 373 AC

Lord Oscar Tully carried on what his father had started, namely, rebuilding the Riverlands, and carry on the grudge against House Arryn. When word reached Lord Oscar that Lord Robert was celebrating his father's death, he ceased all trade and relations with the Vale. Some tales, spoken in the dark of night around stiff drinks tell of Lord Oscar offering clandestine aid to the Hill Tribes of the Vale, or that bandits that would weighlay caravans destined for the Vale were actually hired mercenaries under the employ of House Tully. Yet, these are tales told by lowborn rabble and gossip mongers, for what all could see, was a Lord rebuilding his land, and fortifying certain key locations when war came once more.

Lord Oscar saw the creation of two new seats of power, giving lands and titles to the bastard sons of his own younger brother Denys Tully, who for the entirety of his life, became his family's "Blackfish". Furthermore, it was at his request, and by his brother's own skill in arms, that saw Ser Axel Tully appointed to the Queensguard in 350 AC, much to the delight and honor of House Tully. Lord Oscar sought to carry favor with the Iron Throne, and helped Lord Aerion Velaryon whenever he came to the Riverlands. Of course, much to the ever annoyance of the Throne, he refused to forgive Lord Robert Arryn for past slights. They say that Lord Edmure's hatred burned hotter and deeper with Oscar than it ever did in his father.

Sadly, fate would not be kind to House Tully in 369 AC. His two oldest sons wanted to see Essos before settling down to a marriage with a "Westerosi Girl" as Ser Kermit said the day before he left to join Uncle Axel and the Queen's retinue in their overseas travels. The last words Lord Oscar got back from his two sons, Kermit and Elmo Tully, was of their exploits in Lys, the pillow houses, the culture, weather, and everything in between. He would not see them again until after the Stepstones rebellion had been crushed.

Ser Axel Tully, newly made Lord Commander of the Queensguard, delivered the news and his nephew's remains to their father. Lord Oscar was utterly crushed, and yet part of him felt great pride in that his two boys had grown into fine young men. Ser Axel spoke of the battles, the war, how Kermit and Elmo valiantly gave their lives defending the Queen, sacrificing themselves for the greater good of the realm. Together, the brothers sent the remains of the young men down stream, atop funeral boats, each man shooting a flaming arrow that ignited the remains, sending two more Tully's to the river they had loved so much when alive. Shortly after, Ser Axel returned to the capital, and with him, much of the life that had remained in Lord Oscar.

In his final years, Lord Oscar turned to what he knew, what could distract him from the loss of his sons. He ruled aptly and able, albeit with less joy and enthusiasm. Under his watch, the Riverlands saw the near completion of his father's strategic defense initiative, five stout keeps defending the Riverlands from the Westerlands, three towerhouses along the border of the Crownlands, and two fortified river crossings. Lord Oscar finally died in late 373 AC, and he too joined his sons in the waters of his home.

Lord Edmyn Tully, 373 AC to Present

Lord Edmyn Tully, a third born son... with on his sister Roslyn who would inherit after him. He had been out surveying the defensive fortifications his father and grandfather had ordered built, when news arrived of his father's death. A shock to be sure, as he rushed home to attend the funeral. A day of sadness, but sadness could only last so long, as Edmyn was now charged with ruling the Riverlands entirely, now as Lord Paramount. His first order of business was to begin investing the funds that had been taken from the Frey's into the renovation of Harrenhal in to a more habitable, and maintainable settlement/fortification. Such an endeavor would certainly take years, decades to complete, yet, the current state of decay within Harrenhal needed to be addressed once and for all, and no longer kicked down the road. He road for Harrenhal himself, treating with its lord and the landed knights within, and charged them to properly oversee a true overhaul of the fortress, if need be, tearing down the upper portions of the towers, walls, anything and everything that was not needed, in order to finally make the cursed place self sufficient.

In a surprise turn of events, Lord Edmyn was the first to extend the olive branch to House Arryn, when he sent a small caravan of gifts, along with a hand addressed letter to Lord Robert Arryn himself, wishing peace and prosperity, as well as the possibility of rekindled mutual friendship between the two regions. Edmyn, as it became apparent, was not his father, nor his grandfather. He was kinder, more patient, yet retained a strong sense of right and wrong, always being just in his rulings when issues were brought to his court. So far, Lord Edmyn's reign has been uneventful, marked only be his diligent progress towards fully rebuilding the Riverlands to its greatest, his ambition to truly be a great lord, and of most recently, and perhaps some of the most intriguing gossip of many a noble lady, and their fathers no doubt, is that Lord Edmyn Tully seeks a bride, a noble woman of high standing to marry and tie two family's together.

From what many can see, Lord Edmyn is loyal to the Iron Throne, a leader who has his mind set on the Riverlands, and a man who seeks to put House Tully in the forefront of the realm.

House Tully and greater realm relations

House Targaryen Relations

House Targaryen, the true ruler's of the Seven Kingdoms. Edmyn Tully, and House Tully for that matter since the end of the last great war, have remained staunch loyalists to the Queen. The Dragon fly's overhead, while the trout navigates the rivers below, seeking out the throne's enemies, a bawdy joke told in ale houses and brothels. However, to say there is not some truth in the joke would be ignorance. A Tully served as Hand of the Queen for a number of years, while another served on the Queensguard, before currently leading the royal guard. While Edmyn is concerned over the Queen's current ailing health, his pledge remains the same as the day he ascended to the Lord Paramouncy of the Riverlands, to serve the Iron Throne faithfully and honorably. In parting, the Tully's of Riverrun are leal and loyal servants of the Queen, and her successor, when she so decides to declare one.

House Stark and its Vassals Relations

The North, the great expanse of forests, hills, wind swept plains, and snow, bore the brunt of the Night King's deadly onslaught. The Starks were once the liege lord of House Tully, until that faithful night at the Twins. Furthermore, when the new Stark lord bent the knee, so to did their hold on the Riverlands revert back to the Iron Throne. Yet, this was not the end of their kindred relationship. House Tully owed its survival, as did all the realm, to the sacrifices the North made during the war. And ever since, each Tully Lord did what he could to help lessen the burden of rebuilding upon the North, sending what food they could, what clothes they could, what could be spared, and then some. Even when times were tough at home, the Riverlands never forgot, and never missed a shipment of aid. Now, some seventy eight years later, the end is nearly in sight, the work almost done, but the respect and mutual friendship, that is solid as the oldest ice of the Wall, unless something were to change that.

House Arryn Relations

Ever since the bitter feud over who would have rule over Harrenhal, the Riverlands and the Vale have been at odds, ever cold, ever distrustful. Lord Edmure and Lord Robert despised one another, even though they shared blood and family. Lord Oscar carried this grudge to his grave as well. The grudge was not one of open hostility, but rather one of distrust, an unwillingness to work together, to speak, a grudge of angry words and glares, yet never one of bloodshed nor shadows in the night. It has been many years since the dispute over Harrenhal, and now, Lord Edmyn seeks to mend the rift between the two great Houses, and perhaps the future holds a chance for Lord Edmyn and Lord Robert to meet face to face, and bury the hatchet once and for all.

House Lannister Relations

Of all the Houses of the Seven Kingdoms, none more are more reviled by the Riverlands than House Lannister. Their armies poured across the borders, raping, pillaging, looting, burning, and desecrating from high to low, leaving nothing but ash and dust in their wake. Worse yet, was the Mad Dog of House Lannister, Ser Gregor Clegane. To this day, even the youngest tot knows of the evil that was The Mountain that Rides. Campfires, cookfires, and by candle light, every mother, father, and older sibling, tells of the great horrors of the War of the Five Kings, how men of the Westerlands are vicious brutish beasts, tearing apart man and beast like monsters. These tales are not said out of fear or to scare children, ney, they are told as a reminder, a burning promise, that should the Westermen ever ride in force into the Riverlands, they will be repaid a debt a thousand times over, and House Lannister, they will wish the Gregor Clegane was still alive to protect them.

House Tyrell Relations

During the War of the Five Kings, and perhaps this was due to the ever changing theaters of war, the Tyrell's never marched their armies into the Riverlands. Save for the few forces under the command of Lord Tarly, who actually helped save House Mooton, the Tyrell's were seen as honorable people tricked into supporting the Lannisters. Once the war was over, the Tyrell's and the Reach, which had been largely untouched during the War, provided food and aid to the Riverlands, further building a lasting bridge of friendship between the two Houses. They say their is a small plaque and statue in Riverrun, a bronze rose, that thanks House Tyrell for its aid during the long road in rebuilding the Riverlands. Lord Edmyn, after the death of his father, sent a gift every year to Lady Alys Tyrell, thanking her for her friendship and House's aid, and that the Tully's will never forget such kindness.

House Baratheon Relations

House Baratheon of Storm's End, Lords of the Stormlands. They originally came over with the Targaryen's, a bastard bother, so it is rumored, took the arms and colors of House Durrandon. Ever since that faithful battle, the Baratheon's have loomed large in the history of Westeros. Not so long ago, the Riverlands, along with other realms, rose up in open rebellion against the Targaryen dynasty, and it was under House Baratheon that numerous atrocities were committed against the Targaryen family, and under House Baratheon that the new conquered realm was nearly run into ruin, and under House Baratheon that the War of the Five Kings started. Some friendships last, while others, those fruited labors rot away and leave behind naught but ash and dust. Lord Edmure, after having thrown in with Queen Daenarys, was perplexed indeed to see House Baratheon reborn, as they had caused all the chaos that had led to the current times.

Still, the Tully's gave them a chance, as the son's of Robert were not Robert, and were not beholden to his sins. However, as the years progressed, and the passage of time moved ever onward, only a blind man could not see that the Lords of House Baratheon dreamed for ever more, that they had an eye upon the throne that they had once held, be it legitimately or as usurpers. More adversely, is the call for a Great Council by Lord Lyonel Baratheon, the former Master of Laws on the Small Council. Such an open display of malcontent, especially while the Queen and her heir apparent still draw breath, borders on treason. They speak of Lord Commander Axel Tully venomously calling such talk treason, and to even entertain the idea, was to invite charges and consequences of such. Only time will tell of House Baratheon is a loyal House to the throne, or a House of usurpers.

House Greyjoy Relations

Though the Greyjoy's may have changed in recent years, thousands of years of historical animosity towards the Iron Islands yet remain. Still, House Tully keeps cordial relations with the Iron Islands, especially after their recent rise in power in the Realm. Lord Edmyn keeps a keen eye on Lord Eldred Greyjoy, considering that he is the current Master of Ships, and should war ever break out, the sea is not a safe haven with the Iron Islanders prowling about.

House Martell Relations

The Martell's are far away to the south, living in Dorne as they always have. The Tully's hold no ill will towards the Martells, while at the same time, they don't seek to have any contact with them. Of course, all the realm knows of Lady Ashara and her... unique tastes, yet one thing does intrigue Lord Edmyn, what will happen when the time comes for Ashara to need an heir? Perhaps she will does as the Queen did, but as they say, that's a story for another time.

House Hightower Relations

House Hightower is old and powerful, their city the home to the Great Citadel and the Starry Sept. They are bannermen of the Tyrell's, and are considered honorable and respectable. Furthermore, it is known that they are ardent supporters of the Queen, and in that, House Tully shares that mentality. Lord Edmyn and Lord Oscar have both payed visits to the great city in past, and Lord Edmyn hopes to visit it once again.

House Velaryon Relations

Two sons were lost to the rebellion, and while it was the cadet branch of House Velaryon, Lord Edmyn, and his father, Lord Oscar, remembered that day vividly. Lord Commander Axel Tully too, remembers the rebellion and its cost. Perhaps time will heal the wounds created that day, and the friendship that Lord Commander Axel and Lord Aerion had as well. The Velaryon's have fallen out of favor with the Iron Throne, yet they remain loyal, so the Tully's hope. Lord Edmyn hopes to pay a visit to Driftmark one day, to finally meet Lord Aerion in person.

House Frey Relations

The Freys, a house once seen in a better light than they are today. However, Edmyn does not judge them on the actions of their forefathers, but rather, by the actions of today. Their last lord, Lord Stevron Frey, was an idiot to say the least, and certainly seemed to rekindle much of the disdain his house had earned in the past. Though, with his passing, perhaps his two heirs will be better, and continue to work towards rebuilding the much dwindled House Frey. Lord Edmyn, Lord Oscar, and Lord Edmure have all host the Freys twice a year, to size them up, and perhaps carefully, remind them what Guest Right is. Lord Edmyn suffice to say, is glad that Lord Stevron is gone to the Seven, as he in Edmyn's mind, had the same corruption and blackness in his heart as Lord Walder did.

House Blackwood Relations

Ever faithful, ever honorable, the Blackwoods can be considered a valued and reliable ally and vassal of House Tully. Lord Edmyn enjoys treating with them, and looks to them in the future as the Queen's health deteriorates. House Blackwood was also given back most of the lands it lost, and Lord Edmyn, Lord Oscar, and Lord Edmure have had to ride in a total of six times over the last seventy five years to get the Brackens and Blackwoods to stand down in their never-ending feud.

House Mudd Relations

House Mudd once stood tall in Riverlands' history, now, they barely survive. As such, Lord Edmyn has turned more a proactive and helpful hand to the down and out House, in the hope to stave off their extinction. They have been loyal since gaining Harrenhal, hopefully their loyalty will allow the God's to provide divine assistance in reviving their ailing line.

Storyline Premise

House Tully led by Lord Edmyn wishes, no, they actively seek, to right the grevious wrongs of the past, in chief part, the inherent geographic weakness of the Riverlands. To that end, Edmyn seeks to solidify a permanent alliance with another of the great Houses, and the continued constructions of his father's strategic defense initiative. The rivers flow across all his domain, and with it, the need to funnel your enemies to where you wish to face them. What good is a river crossing if you can not defend it. The smallfolk have suffered enough, the nobles forced to hide behind their walls, no more does the Riverlands seek to be the kingdom's battlefield nor burial ground.

Secondly, Lord Edmyn seeks a wife to carry on his family and name. Perhaps with Lord Edmyn, the long standing feud with the Vale will finally end.

Characterization

Lord Edmyn Tully carries a firm reputation for doing what is right, and punishing those who do wrong. Quick to smile and laugh, he enjoys to converse among the people of his realm, be they noble or smallfolk. Getting knighted at eighteen, he strives to be an honorable and just man, not just for his sake, but for the sake of the Riverlands as a whole. He values family greatly, and is very keen on hosting family gatherings at Riverrun for the entirety of the Tully family. Edmyn has a reputation to carefully spend money, not cheap by any means, but rather, he looks into detail where the taxes that have been collected are being spent, and ensuring that they are not being misused.

More than his father, to the smallfolk and nobility alike in the Riverlands, they see Lord Edmyn as a just and honorable lord, a man willing to fight for them, and better their lives, day in and day out.

Skilled Tactician - By no means the best there ever was, still, Edmyn has attained an adept understanding of war, the flow of armies, supplies, and how terrain and perceptions play into the logistics of war. Furthermore, he is a skilled fighter, having been trained by Ser Axel Tully himself on numerous occasions, and other skilled fighters.

Quick - Edmyn has shown to be a smart man, quickly understanding concepts and studies, and applying them to everyday life. More than most, he had to learn to rule with all due haste after the death of his elder brothers. Lord Edmyn displays a keen ability to be taught something, and then carry out that teaching without needing further help.

Groomed - Always clean shaven, bathed, and clean clothes, Lord Edmyn takes pride in his personal appearance, and the general improvement to his overall health that comes with taking care of ones self.

Attractive - More than money and power, than the titles, Edmyn is considered to be an attractive man, standing six feet and two inches tall. His strong chin, cheeks, face, and perhaps the warmth of his smile, has earned him on more than one occasion the fawning of women.

Stategist - War has been a part of the Riverlands for centuries. Even more so, is the lack of geographic boundaries to protect the Riverlands, something that Edmyn has studied greatly, to learn how best to use these weaknesses to his own strength and benefit. After becoming Lord Paramount, Edmyn spared no expense and time to be educated in the art of war and strategy.

Diligent - None can say Edmyn, once he puts his mind to something, gives up. He sets his goals, and steadily works towards attaining those goals.

Ambitious - Edmyn desires to set himself above and beyond the previous Lord Paramounts of the Riverlands, he seeks to permanantly cement his name, and his family's name in the history books. Good enough is not in his vocabulary, to Edmyn, best to do it right, or not at all.

Further inspection of video evidence confirms that subject Hyperia can levitate off the ground, though unable to fly as other noted Metahumans. She appears to use radiation to also increase her movement speed, though it has to be noted that these bursts of energy seem to keep her from using her abilities in an offensive manner. However, while using this ability, the subject leaves behind a trail of super-heated radioactive plasma that is hazardous to human contact until it decays/cools.

It has been noted that prolonged engagements seem to drain/reduce Hyperia’s overall power. The more she expends energy, the weaker she becomes. From interviews with Miss Powers and her father, Derek, it has come to light that both Powers children are very different from one another, with Cassandra idolizing her father, and Paxton resenting Mr. Powers. Birth and school records indicate Cassandra was born in Emerald Heights General Hospital and was raised at the family estate, attending {Redacted} Prepatory Academy, before leaving for Metropolis University at seventeen.
