Kaizo had gone out to grab a few things and upon coming back he noticed Rio standing outside his door, he watched her for a few seconds and seeing how professional she looked, he just couldn't help but feel this was the perfect choice...he was glad she accepted the offer...if she hadn't, who knows who he would of been stuck with. Kaizo then took a deep breath and made his way towards Rio then spoke "Lieutenant? is something the matter? visiting me so soon already?"

Rio waited to be granted entry, too busy fixing herself to make sure she looked presentable to noticed that Kaizo wasn't inside. Rio then looked up at the door once she was done, raising an eyebrow. 'I guess I'll come ba-' Hearing her Captain's voice immediately grabbed Rio's attention, causing her to turn to him and bow. "Yes Captain, I have something to discuss with you in regards to a new girl called Nōhime Tachibana that I had completed initiating early." Rio raised after she finished talking, stepping out of the Captain's way of the door while ready to follow him.

Kurisu listened as his mother spoke then he shrugged when she mentioned his father "I have no clue..he's been gone awhile now." Kurisu continued to look at the Bento boxes then spoke "Huh? Oh of course come in! There is no need for you to talk to people like that" Kurisu listened as his mother spoke about the Head Captain "I believe she is just his assistant...Wait what!? Mother please! that's embarrassing! If the Squad members hear about that they will lose respect for me!"

Miwa smiled as she was invited inside, after asking but still. "Well do you have any idea where your father may be? I could always go to him, may be a pleasant surprise~" She continued to smile as she listened to Kurisu speak, placing the Bento boxes on the nearest desk she saw. "I'm a concerned mother Kurisu. If they are not doing their jobs properly when protecting my family they'll have no choice but to deal with me." As Miwa spoke, the tone she used made her sound calm but strict since she was being deadly serious, but then her tone changed back to normal. "Ahh, assistant, of course. And Oh don't be silly ducky~ They wouldn't loose respect for you, if anything they'd gain respect from seeing how much you've change from being such a cute little baby to a handsome young man heheh~ But Okay, I won't embarrass you honey" Miwa took a look around the room, noticing that it was kept almost spotless if it weren't for the mess of papers on top of one of the desks. "Is this your work son?" Miwa walked over to the desk, picking up one of the papers before readjusting her glasses and starting to read. "What's this about honey?" She asked, still reading the paper.

After Nishiki said her goodbyes and made it blatant that she ignored Fuma's presence, she left the building. Holding her book tightly in her hands, Nishiki lifted it up to take another look at the cover, sighing. Looking back up, Nishiki pouted slightly as she began making her way back to her Squad, aiming to go straight into her room. Quietly closing the door behind her, Nishiki belly-flopped onto her bed, groaning before jumping up, remembering something, forgetting about the fact that she had dropped her book onto the floor. 'Oh yeah! I need to give Kazuya something to make up from scaring him... Hehehe, I hope he likes my specially made muffins! I'm feeling in a cooking mood~ Hmm, blueberry's or cherries? I do like cherries, but he might not.... Hmm, I guess both'll do! Now, let's see if I remember the recipe~' Jumping off of her bed, Nishiki waltz into her kitchen, preparing two clear baskets lined neatly with chequered red and white cloth before getting together ingredients and cooking from memory. It had been a long while since the last time Nishiki had cooked, however for some reason she just felt like doing it. It probably was just her wanting to do something different.

Just over an hour hand passed and TING!. "Ohohohooooo~! They're ready!" With a wide grin, Nishiki unloaded her batches of blueberry and cherry muffins, placing half of the blueberry muffins in both baskets before doing the same with the cherry muffins. "Ummm~" She admired the aroma she created as she wrote on two pieces of paper. On one paper she wrote 'Love Niki <3 xx' and on the other she wrote 'Sorrrrrrry! Xx' before placing them into each basket. Hanging a basket on each arm, Nishiki left her room, feeling the urge to skip but knew doing so would make the muffins fall onto the floor so she refrained. As she made her way out of the Squad, Nishiki first made a detour for Shiro's office, knocking on his door. After a few minutes of silence, she placed her hand on the door handle and quietly opened the door, peeking inside. 'Not here... Good~' Nishiki then snook inside and quickly placed one of the baskets of muffins on Shiro's desk, dead in the centre. After that, Nishiki promptly left and closed the door behind her, placing a finger over her lips and smirking while saying 'Shhhhh' to any member that saw her. Of course Nishiki was well-known throughout the barracks so no one was suspicious of her and just continued with their day.

Giggling to herself, Nishiki left the barracks, on her way to Squad Three to find Kazuya.

A short while later, Nishiki arrived at the Squad Three barracks. She had never been here before so everything looked new to her, despite being most likely older than she was. Nishiki soon found a Shinigami there and asked for a man who went by the name of Kazuya. They kindly directed her to his room before she thanked them and went cheerfully on her way. Not a moment longer, Nishiki found his room and knocked on the door, holding her basket of muffins a little higher as she waited for Kazuya to answer the door.

Nohime shuffled a bit and finished her tea seeting the cup on the table, she listened to Rio speak and then smiled as she pretty much jumped over the table and hugged Rio. Thank you so much! and well My zanpakuto is actaually multiple ones, over two thats for sure, Id say nearly fifty six at most, they are all queen bees." Nohime said and nodded when she said No should rest, so Nohime stood up and bowed. "Thank you again, Nohime said walking to the door and leaving the room closing the door behind her.

After Rio was finished speaking she found herself in a sudden embrace with Nohime. At first Rio tensed up since she wasn't expecting the girl to hug her, but quickly she relaxed and hugged Nohime back with a short chuckle. "No problem Nohime. And well, that sounds erm... interesting eheh." Rio watched and listened to Nohime as she bowed, crossing her arms and smirking a little while watching the girl leave. She then let her arms fall to her sides and cleared the other cup away before wiping down the table and neatening the pillows. Walking over to her desk, Rio glanced over the work she had started earlier. 'I'll finish this off once I've spoken to the Captain.' Promptly after that, Rio left her room and walked back to the Captain's office, knocking on the door while hoping her was still there, straightening out her clothing and eye-patch during the wait.

Nohime listened to Rio seemingly feeling like she did kill that man called Eiichi, although to her that wasn't really a bad idea, she was sure he did something horrible in his past, but the lecture she got still didn't feel that good. " I understand.... I doubt it will work but ill try to overcome it or at least suppress it. But I don't know if it will be very successful. Me and my Zanpakuto are pretty close, we both share the same troubles and she just wants whats best for me...." Nohime then remained silenty as she wiggled around a bit before looking at Rio. "Well.... maybe you could train me? You know until I can act better around males?"

Rio finished the rest of her tea as Nohime spoke, placing her empty cup back on the table, her face straight once more. "I do understand that. My two Zanpakuto's are both close to me and have been for as longer than I can remember. I'm not trying to make you feel negative towards your Zanpakuto, I am merely doing my duty by making sure no one is in danger. And, if you feel that will help then I will speak with the Captain and let him know, although personally I don't mind training you. Also, just to let you know now, both of my Zanpakuto's are also female." Rio stood up, taking her empty cup to her sink, not sure whether Nohime was finished with hers or not. She then soon walked back towards the table but didn't sit down. "I believe we've talked enough for one day. You should get some rest and if you happen to feel any sort of way, just come back here." Rio gave her another smile in efforts to show that she wasn't mad at the girl at all, just incase she thought Rio was.

Meanwhile at Squad Four, Captain Lotte Brunhild called for all members of the Squad to enter the courtyard and form a grid formation. She had closely inspected how the Squad was run and how it preformed. To say the least, Captain Brunhild was appalled by her findings. Having enough of standing by, she finally decided to take the reins and begin working on improvement.

"SILENCE!" Captain Lotte Brunhild yelled, causing all noises the member were making to cease to exist, apart from a few clearing of throats here and there. Once complete silence had been achieve, Captain Brunhild began pacing slowly back and forth along the front of the grid, facing the many Squad Four members that were currently facing her with the Squad Four building behind her.

"Gut. Members, nein, Solders Of Squadron Nummer Veir! Z'his ish your new Kapitän speaking. I, Lotte Brunhild am displeased.... I am displeased with z'he handling of z'he healing of z'he Soldiers from other Squadrons.... I am dis! pleased! with z'he high level of confined Knowledge and Skill z'hat z'he members of z'his Squadron have been restricted from gaining.... I, for Eins, z'ee Solders! V'ith potential to do fantastic z'hings.... Z'he previous Kapitän, v'hatever z'heir name v'as, v'as Foolish!... Foolish for not fulfilling z'heir Duty to All of You! Z'hey did Not bring out z'ee skills z'hat you All have z'he ability of achieving.... Nein! Z'hey Did Not!" Lotte halted in the middle of her next pace, standing in the middle of the front of the grid while scanning over each individual's face with her intimidating gaze. "I've stood back for long enough.... I V'ill Not Fail You.... I V'll build all of you up.... You All are Solders V'ithin a V'ar, Important Solders At Z'hat... V'ith my Leadership, I V'll have you All Reach Z'Your Potential!... You V'ill All Learn Z'he Art Of Escape!... You V'ill All Be Able To Defend!.... You V'ill ALL Be Able To HEAL To PERFECTION!... While Lotte continued to speak, or more shout, she noticed quite a few shivering bodies despite their faces trying to mask their fear of her. She figured it was due to the previous Captain allowing their Squad to go soft, but not anymore, she would not allow them to be cowering, easily frightened Shinigami for much longer. She'd make strong and confident men and women out of this lot, even if it was the last thing she'd do.

"Tell Me, Do You V'ant To Become Strong?!" Lotte looked around and after a few seconds, a few heads began nodding as they realised she wanted an answer. "V'HAT V'AS Z'HAT?! YES OR NO! DO YOU V'ANT TO BECOME STRONG?!" Lotte asked again, much more louder this time which made the majority of the Squad members shout 'YES!' back at her, almost as loud as she was, but that wasn't enough for her. "I STILL CAN'T HEAR Z'YOU! DO YOU V'ANT TO BECOME STRONG?!" This time she received a louder answer as practically all of the members yelled 'YES!!!' back at her, this made her nod her head in approval. "GUT! DO YOU V'ANT TO BECOME Z'HE BEST OF Z'HE BEST?!" Instantly the members yelled 'YES!!!' back at her, which she was happy to hear. "PERFECT! LAST! DO YOU V'ANT TO HEAL?! DO YOU V'ANT TO BE THE V'ONE Z'HAT SAVES Z'HE WOUNDED?! Z'HE HERO?!" Once again, her answer was the same, more people seeming to be getting into her speech and began clapping. This pleased Lotte immensely. "Z'HAT'S V'HAT I THOUGHT!!! NOW LEARN! PRACTICE! TRAIN! GROW! HEAL! AND REMEMBER OUR MISSION!!! YOU ARE ALL DISMISSED!!" After a response of 'YES CAPTAIN!!!!' the grid of members dispatched, the members hurriedly returning to posts or getting to work on improving their skills. Some even went to the training room to practice their self defence techniques. It seemed that all members were seeing the reality of what was going on and realising that they were within a war, but instead of being afraid, they were motivated to improve and prepare. This was something Lotte was hoping to see, but work still needed to be done so she whipped her body around, her Squad Four Haori flapping in the wind as she walked with admirable confidence back to her Captain office.

Rio watched Nohime as she started to speak up, noting how she seemed nervous. "I thought so.... Unfortunately for you, there aren't any all-female Squads, and even if there were, you would be expected to work with male allies during emergencies and such. You may not of had the intention to kill him, but your Zanpakuto seemed to." She then took another sip of tea, as calm and collected as usual despite not really having any clue of how to start helping this girl... But Rio knew she'd think of something once she had spoken with the Captain. "The bottom line is that you're going to have to keep trying to overcome it, or atleast contain it. I don't want to appear as insensitive, I understand that traumatic experiences will change a person in some way or another. However, in this case, if you do plan on being a part of this Squad, we've got to work together and somehow get you able to control yourself around males. I'm not saying it will be easy or that it will happen overnight, but it's definitely something that needs to be worked on and I'm prepared to help you." Rio was very careful of her words since she wasn't certain whether Captain Kaizo would agree to this.... Either way, even if they did turn her away, the likeliness of her killing male members of other Squads was too great. Atleast Rio was able to do something about this before the issue began springing out of hand... Besides, maybe this girl just needed someone to be her mentor of some sort and help her, that'd give her two Shinigami to take care of but that didn't bother Rio, she was more than willing to help. Rio soon found herself smiling at the girl. "What are your thoughts on this? I'd like to know what you feel would be best?"
