Kaizo listened to Rio then nodded "I see. Well then come into my office Lieutenant." Kaizo walked to his door and opened it and held it open for Rio "After you Lieutenant" waiting till Rio entered Kaizo would follow behind then walk around to his desk and sit down behind it "Now. This new person. What of their skills? I trust your judgement to allow them to join is fair but what I must know is do you believe they have any potential to succeed? After all we need strong Shinigami in this Squad and if this person will show potential then we will both be training them to make sure they succeed here..."

Rio Okotaru Darishimo

Rio walked into Kaizo's office after he held the door open for her, reminding herself of the important points that she needed to bring up during the conversation. She stood in front of her Captain's desk and waited for him to take a seat and speak before speaking up herself. "Nohime possess great strength, resolve and potential which she had shown to me during her spar with another Shinigami, Eiichi Taichou... However, a problem arose, which I felt that we needed to discuss." Rio cleared her throat before continuing. "Indeed my decision for accepting her was made fairly, however it was also for the safety of others. While observing the spar between Nohime and Eiichi, the first thing I noticed was her reaction to her spar partner being male... At first she was extremely hesitant to fight him, cowering away if you will. But, once it came to the moment of actually beginning to fight, her persona changed to one of aggression. As a side note, she did tell me before-hand that her Zanpakuto was in the form of herself. Upon continuation of the spar, Nohime disregarded what I had said about not wanting them to turn the spar into a fight and how I only wanted to see some of her skills. She thus proceeded to try and harm Eiichi, in which I had spotted, however Eiichi was handling the situation well. I understand that I should of ended the spar much sooner than I did, that was my mistake and I'll accept responsibility and punishment for it if you see fit. Anyway, the second Eiichi feel to his knees from exhaustion, I immediately stepped in and was prepared to subdue Nohime... However upon seeing me, despite already launching for Eiichi, Nohime instantly ceased all action and returned to her previous state. I of course scolded her and after informing Eiichi to rest, which he ignored, I took Nohime to my quarters to discuss her situation and my analysis of the spar. It appears to me that she could be a threat to male Shinigami which was obviously brought to my attention as an important issue. You may be wondering why I had accepted her, the reason is simple, to keep her from harming any other male Shinigami within the Seireitei. If I did turn her away, the likeliness of gaining an unexpected and unjustified tragedy would be too great so in my efforts to make sure that is prevented, I decided that I'd like to train her personally to control herself or find her a suitable female mentor who understands her situation in order to ensure the safety of others. Of course you'd be training her also if you wish to keep her, but I'd like to be sure she'd be able to control herself around other male Shinigami, especially those within your Squad. I do not wish risk the life of any other Shinigami with this domain. On the other hand, I understand that this is not a decision for me to make and so I have also informed her that I will discuss her situation with you and that you have the final say in what happens. Whatever you choose, I will respect and follow. To summarise, that is the issue along with my thoughts. What is your decision on this matter Captain?" Rio bowed after speaking, raising while patiently waiting for the Captain's verdict. She had said all that she could, now it was up to the Captain on what to do next. Whether Rio agreed with him or not, she'd follow whatever the Captain decided.

Kurisu listened to his mothers question then spoke "I honestly have no idea...who knows what's going on inside his head..." Kurisu then rubbed the back of his head with his right hand then spoke "Captain Kuchiki and I are the strongest this Squad has to offer...we protect those that follow us and if we couldn't protect ourselves then we couldn't protect them. These men and women...you can trust them to fight by your side...you can put your life in their hands and they will not falter for a second, they are trained to do their job and if death is apart of that job then so be it...but one of the rules we have here is if your going to die then go down doing your job and fighting with everything your soul has to offer. Simple and cheesy..but it works..." Kurisu then heard what his mother said next which made his eyes narrow as he frowned, he then heard two Shinigami giggling outside the door, Kurisu turned and glared at them which caused them to freeze completely still as they stopped giggling "SHUT UP! So much as say a word about this and I'll cut your tongue from your mouth!" Kurisu then slammed the door shut and crossed his arms, still frowning "Well a lot has changed since then...and yes it is...I have to do all this paperwork for the Captain also. It's just stuff about the criminals we are currently holding and what their fates will be...and a few things about Squad members, nothing that important..."

Miwa Ringo-Kuchiki

"Hmm... Well, I guess I'll just wait until you both come home then..." Miwa kept her face away from Kurisu as she pouted, feeling a little upset that she wouldn't be able to surprise Kurisa, however she understood the importance of his job since he was a Captain after all.... Therefore she completely dismissed her plan to see him. "Whenever your father returns, make sure he gets his box. I'm guessing he'd be starving after whatever he's been doing so be sure that he eats it" Turning back to her son, Miwa replaced her pout with a smile to cover it up. "Well, I trust both your's and your father's judgement but no matter how strong they are or you both are, you can't expect me not to worry. After all, I know that you and your father both have incredible power and can take care of yourselves, but you're still my little boy and he's still my husband and your father, you both are still my family so I'm going to worry no matter what heh" Miwa's tone of voice was soft as she spoke while still smiling until she gained a shocked expression when Kurisu suddenly yelled at Shinigami outside before chuckling a little. She didn't say anything about it however, she just returned to reading Kurisu's work. "Ahhh, I see. Well, it looks and sounds like you're working really hard, I'm really proud of you son. I hope your father isn't being too hard on you" Miwa grinned before gently placing the piece of work back down onto the desk and turning her body towards Kurisu. [b]"Well, I think I've stayed for long enough so I'll let you get on with your work. Don't forget to make sure your father eats the box I made him and make sure you eat up too, you don't want it to get cold ducky heheheh~ I'll see you both at home" Miwa smiled before placing her hand on her lap and giving Kurisu a little bow out of respect to treat him more like a grown up than a child before walking over to the door.

Naw, Axxies just a little uppity since he thought he had to take a test that would probably decide his whole entire future but it turned out to be a somewhat important test which is sweet XD Bleack related, nothings changed and I'm really hyped up to jump back into the fray especially with what I have planned so yeaaah XD Also, I apologize for not being able to respond to a few responses that is probably lost in the catacombs of OOC posts by now since I'm finally able to resurface so sorry guys :( Ok well there's a couple of emotions shed in here that will probably get you laughing, excited, sad and loving/caring/ a bi random or whatever word you choose to describe what I do next XD *Hugs everyone which includes the new people before vanishing*
