Personality: Revan is a crude man who has long since stopped trying to censor himself, and will speak his mind whenever he wants, unless the situation is extremely bad. He doesn't have respect for most authority fires until he finds them worthy of it, and the criteria for that has to do with more than just how good a fighter they are. Beyond that, he also is rather insensitive to those in the CCG who hate ghouls because they lost family members to them. In most cases, that's just like hating an tiger for hunting, they have just as much a right to survival as anyone else, but then again, so to humans.

Revan's main reason for going the CCQ was to learn how to fight Ghouls, as he didn't want to end up as prey to one of them, but ever since he begun his work as a Dove, he's found kindled in him a lust for battle that burns brighter than any flame. That is what keeps him in the organization, the chance to fight powerful opponents and grow in power. The day he finds himself unable to be challenged anymore is the day he retires.

Despite his gruff exterior(and interior) he does have a heart deep inside that chest of his, as well as a code of honor. He prefers to fight his opponents one on one, with no tricks, but if his opponents resorts to dishonorable tactics, than he'll do so as well. He'll also never leave an ally to his death if he can help it, as while he seems to hate everyone, he actually cares deeply for any of his other investigators. And while this is only rumors from the american branch, it's been said that he's been known to protect ghouls from other ghouls if he comes on a scene of suspected cannibalism, letting the victim go free while he deals with the aggressor. While there has never been any proof about these claims, they still exist.

Rank: Has the skill of a 1st class Investigator, but do to how much of a publicity nightmare he is back in the States, plus his lack of respect for most superiors and tendency to follow his guy rather than orders, he's been demoted to 2nd class and sent to Japan.

Quinque Type: Bikaku

Quinque Appearance or description:

His first Quinque is very unique, a hi-tech mechanical arm that can switch between a every day form and combat form. It's a Bikaku Quinque, which give it a nice all around versatility in both offense and defensive maneuvers. Not only that, but it has a special ability that it inherited from the Ghoul it was made from that allows him to superheat the weapon, making it easier to slice through anfoe's defenses and harder for them to regenerate due to the extreme temperatures. A sign of him using this is when the claws of his weapon arm seemed to take on a white glow, as if they were on fire. As a byproduct of this ability, the Kagune is extremely resilient to heat, and their is a buffer-zone of non-conductive material between the arm and the rest of the body to protect it from damage.

Let it be noted that even in it's non-combat form, in which it takes on the appearance of a sleek, black metal arm with pulsing orange lines running up it's length, the quinque still boast above average strength. In combat mode, it's strength, reflexes, speed, and defensive capability are much improved.

Special trait: He possesses a natural skill in using and mastering weapons that it's scary sometimes. What takes people years to learn he can accomplish within months at most, weeks at least.

He was raised by a family of ghouls for the first 10 years of his life, and thus doesn't have as much of an innate hatred against them like most of his co-workers. To him, it's just how life is, and he doesn't see the point in hating ghouls for killing if that's the only way for them to survive.

His Quinque is made from the Kagune of his step-sister, and shares the same name as her. If people try and touch his arm without his express permission, he gets rather pissed and will not hesitate to give them a closer look by slamming it into their face.

He comes from the American branch of the CCG, and while he can speak the language perfectly fine, there will be times where he simply doesn't care enough to speak it, and will switch to English. If he's paying attention to you and is speaking English, chances are he's insulting you. And if you ask him to repeat that in Japanese, he will use a gesture that can't be misunderstood.

I will only accept this if he's at Rank 1 level and had been demoted to Rank 2. Later in the RP he will have the opportunity to be promoted so don't worry, he won't be Rank 2 forever.

The Qunique has to be approved by either Phobos or Kurisa since they are both the GM's. From what I see though, it seem Okay but I'm not too sure what the others think so I'll let one of those two to get back to you, or I will if they tell me their thoughts ^-^

Are you planning to write Japanese romaji in the RP? Since yeah the setting is Tokyo, but I guess we're RPing the speech as the translation of the Japanese to English so we don't have to put the Japanese since I know I don't speak fluent Japanese, not sure about anyone else here xD I do like this idea though, perhaps you can have him use some American slang words that could be misunderstood or just not understandable? I'm British myself from the UK, I'm guessing you're American right? This seems like a funny idea, would be funnier since I probably won't understand what he's saying myself if he's using American English words xD

First Class Miyoko Ruri

"I will be driving us to the destination so you needn't worry about transportation Volke." Miyoko responded bluntly, however she did appreciate her subordinate's offer despite not showing it. Watching as her squad members introduced themselves, Miyoko spoke up after they had finished talking. "First Class Sumoya tends to ignore any updates for within the CCG so it doesn't surprise me that he had gotten your rank wrong. It's best not to listen to his remarks and only to important information. Now, wait here for a moment, I will fetch my car." Stepping outside the entrance way, Miyoko did just that, leaving her squad members.

A few minutes later, Miyoko drove her car near the entrance and rolled down the passenger window before beeping her horn to attract her squad's attention. Once they had all gotten into the car, Miyoko would then drive to the site of the crime, staying silent throughout the journey.

Once they arrived, Miyoko parked her car near the bloody scene before stepping out and taking pictures of the blood splattered along the floor and part of the road. It was a truly disgusting site, no doubt that this was the work of a ghoul. "Volke, I need samples of both the blood and any Kagune residue you can find. Kenji, I need you to search around the area for any other pieces of evidence that we can use." Miyoko gave her orders while still photographing the area.

Nearby the eviscerated body of a male would be easily found however hasn't been discovered yet.

Her members finding their ways to her silently made Miyoko feel relieved... She didn't want to have to search for the three of them.

"Heh heh, as your superior Volke, I'm allowed to be as unhealthy as I want and not have to worry about your feelings heh. Seriously man, chill out, it's only a can so I don't need a coaster. Didn't know you worked as a maid along with being only a rank 2 investigator" Leaning back in his office chair, Furen smugly aimed a smirk at Atsuro. Miyoko however wasn't impressd at all. "Don't you have work to be getting on with Sumoya. Stop wasting mine and my subordinate's time." "All have you know Ruri, I've almost finished my workload for this week. How is your squad coming along by the way? They look like... an interesting bunch" Holding his smugness, Furen glanced at Adrian as the girl became lost inside her own mind before shooting another glance at the flame-haired Muto who seemed rather quite if anything. Looking back to regain eye-contact with Miyoko, Furen released a short chuckle noise. "Good luck trying to get to my level Miyoko" "Stop wasting my time Sumoya." Finally listening to Miyoko, Furen swivelled around on his chair to face his computer and continue with whatever he was doing.

Miyoko quickly turned her attention onto more important matters. "No need for the apology Volke, just get to work on time from now on understood? Also, from the information I've received, there is only one body, therefore it shouldn't take long to gather the evidence from the scene. I believe the location is on the border between the 23rd ward and the 8th. Ghouls tend to frequent the 23rd ward so be vigilant, all of you." Miyoko spoke with an authoritative firmness to her voice. She then turned to Adrian who announced her presents, keeping a facial expression of stone despite the other woman's cheery nature. "I haven't received any further information than what we already know." After giving an answer to Adrian, Miyoko looked over to Muto who voiced that he was ready to go. "Right, let's go." Walking over to her desk at the back of the office, Miyoko grabbed her briefcase before pulling a 180 and heading for the door. "Always bring your Quinques as a precaution." She stated as she walked passed her squad members and opened the office door to step out.

Without looking back, Miyoko walked through the hallways of the building and waited at the CCG's main entrance for her members to catch up before heading to the destination to begin investigating.
