Silver had been wandering around whatever planet she was on now for quite some time. Mostly getting around by catching rides with new friends, her last friends had left her behind. And, well, that was no good. But she couldn't do anything about it because they didn't come back. Well, whenever they did she would just need to make sure they knew not to leave her next time.
This time, she managed to end up in some rural area by a farm. They had left her here, maybe as a field trip? It didn't matter. It was doubtful there were any friends for her here. Just crows and corn, and a farmhouse a bit off in the distance.
Of course, seeing the farmhouse. That's when she saw it. A very large space ship, with a familiar marking. Something she had in more populated areas. Though, she hadn't ever been on one. Silver quickly ran over, and began climbing on top of it.
It wouldn't take her very long to reach a fairly high point. And from there, she could see almost everything! Including a fair number of crows at one particular spot in the field. That was odd. But far more interesting was the person that just walked around the corner of the farm house! Silver would call out to the man. (Referring to sundown kid) "Hello! What are you doing here?"
Appearance: Yandere Silver looks very similar to the original Silver. Cat ears coming from the 10% cat DNA, in relation to Kolons 90% cat DNA. Silverish white hair, though hers is messy and wild in comparison to silvers. And red eyes.
As for clothing, Yandere silver wears a large white coat, which is several sizes too large. This accentuates her very childish personality, and makes her seem more like a little girl, rather then an extremely deadly person, with severe abandonment issues.
She also never takes the coat off. So it's unknown what she wears underneath it.
Accordingly, Yandere silver is slightly shorter, and smaller in general then normal silver. This is because her development cycle was stopped sooner then the Original silvers. Though it was only by a physical year at most.

Abilities:
Agility: Yandere silver is highly agile, just like original Silver. Befitting her status as a clone of Keith.
Strength: Unlike original Silver however, Yandere silver has increased strength in comparison, easily punching holes through stone walls, and being able to use her sword to cut through metal walls, up until titanium strength.
Accuracy: Yandere silver has amazing eyesight, giving way to incredible accuracy. Though there are rumours that her accuracy isn't quite as good as she let's on, and is instead helped by seeker bullets in her twin handguns*

Regeneration: Yandere silver can regenerate herself to a certain point. Bruises, shallow or small cuts, and bullet wounds from small caliber bullets heal quickly, while more serious injuries take a couple of hours. Fatal injuries can be regenerated with immediate attention, but require days to heal from.
Gravity resistance: Yandere silver, due to her being created in a higher gravity environment, has a higher gravity endurance then most. Having been born in an environment at three times earth's gravity. It isn't much, but it does give her slightly more strength then she would had she been created on an area like earth.
Equipment:
Sword: Yandere silver uses a simple sword, average length, though thin enough to fit within someones eye socket. It is made with simple carbon steel, though she doesn't use it to fight all that much. Rather, she uses it to extract the eyes from her victim. Only one though, she wants them to watch it happen.
Dual handguns:
Yandere Silver wields a pair of dual handguns that are similar to Original Silvers. They have a large magazine, which allows them to be used for an extended amount of time, and a very fast fire rate. However, unlike silvers, which are inaccurate but are good at keeping enemies heads down, Yandere silvers are almost supernaturally good at hitting an average target. This is actually due to the bullets tracking the target, though she wouldn't tell you that. You can see her true accuracy at a shooting range, where because targets don't have a heat signature, the shots end up all over the place.
A sufficiently fast person, or skilled, could dodge the bullets. But it would be slightly tougher for them, rather then the ease they would have with a normal pair if handguns.
Mysterious doll: A toy Yandere Silver keeps with her. Supposedly, it's of her now deceased summoner.
Short range teleporter: Yandere Silver has a short range teleporter, that works very quickly, on her thoughts in fact, but can only move her a maximum distance of five feet. She also can only do ten teleportations in the span of what would be the average time of one fight, otherwise the teleporter will break down and explode.
Personality:
Yandere Silver, is first and foremost childish. Closer to a child then she is to the fun but mature normal Silver. This is shown in her dependence on others to take care of her, and to be around her. She does not handle being alone well at all, and hates being left behind. Unlike most yanderes, she doesn't have one object of affection. Rather, everyone, is her object of affection. They are all her "friends" and she has to have at least one around her at all times. If you are the last one around her, then you leave at the peril of your life. When the last person to leave her should cross paths with them again. She ensures they will not leave her again. At this point, if she simply kills you, then you are considered lucky.
However, as long as one person is around, it doesn't matter how many others leave. So, in a group of thirteen, twelve people may leave, and she will remain stable. However, should the thirteenth leave, she will consider herself abandoned, and the person's life is forfeit.
This lethality is also extended to those who hurt her "friends". The hatred burning towards them, is almost as strong as the grudge she holds against the friend who abandoned her last.
All this aside, Yandere silver is fairly nice otherwise. She loves to tell wild stories, and will argue with you if you dispute her story, before adding on other wild details.
Short Bio: (I'll follow along with what wizard said, as while she is original, her backstory is far too long)
Yandere Silver came to the multiverse through way of a portal. Specifically, in order to see some of her "friends" she was going to use a portal to the deadland, that was created by a kolon "friend" of hers. However, the kolon tricked her and sent her to the multiverse, where she now hops along through out universes, hitchhiking with new groups. Most of which she eventually murders.
Out in the reaches of space, a place once thought empty, and endless, a small transport ship waited. It was unmarked, and designed to be forgettable. It's design being generic and bland. Inside however was different. State of the art communications technology stood at the ready, waiting to make first contact with the "Yakuza" that were down on the planet. Further in, in the back of the transport ship were cages. Cages holding several SEED forms, lined up and ready to be dropped. Even more dangerous, we're the protected vials containing strains of the SEED virus. Though, these were only a contingency. A deterrent, should these Yakuza choose to shoot down the ship.
In the center of the communications room, Helga gave the word. A transmission would be sent out, and most likely picked up by the Yakuza. Though Helga herself wouldn't be the one addressing them. Rather, a generic Illuminus grunt would be their representative.
"Hello? Hello. If you are receiving this, we are from the Illuminus. Perhaps you have heard of us. We wish to speak with your leader. The "fearsome" Banha Akiyama. We warn you, if you choose to shoot us down, then you will cause the SEED virus to spread uncontrollably through your world. So choose your actions carefully"
