Buddha isn't the only one who has hoes. I have lots and lots of hoes too. Why? Because I really like to garden.

@Wolf Paws I can relate. When I was hardcore working on a Pokemon RP I didn't sleep for 2-3 nights in a row. I figured it was time to sleep when I started hearing voices...

A small bell chimed as Callum walked through the door to Madame Malkin's. The air was a little musty, and dust collected on Cal's sweatshirt as he walked theough the shop. But even though it was a little dim lit and musty, he had to admit, it had an amazing display of robes. Cal walked over to one with a golden tag on it. It looked like a plain ballack robe, but he read the tag and it said, Handcrafted for Hogwarts Students - Robe's trim changes color based on House. Cal looked to the picture next to him and saw a boy in a plain black robe get sorted into Ravenclaw. The inside hood of the robe and the white trim on the end of the sleeves turned a deep blue. Callum smiled for once. One of these wouldn't be bad for the Sorting Ceremony... He thought.

He saw a few other kids there, obviously first years, and another, a taller boy in a green sweater. He strutted around the room, took a whiff of the air, and left, his shoulder brushing Againts Cal's. Already he knew that boy wouldn't be one to make friends with. Cal walked along the rows of robes until he found another with a gold tag and a picture next to it. It was a silverish robe, that sparkled in the dim lighting the shop had. The tag read, Auror Approved! Protects from Jinxes, Hexes, and most minor Curses. The picture showed someone whipping the side of the robe up to their face, absorbing an oncoming spell.

Cal walked over to the group of other first years who were talking. "This is insane, isn't it? All these wizards and all this magic in just one street. It really puts everything into perspective, don't you think so?"

"Yeah, it does. Even if your from the Wizarding world it is kind of amazing. Sorry for not introducing myself. My name is Callum Elmridge, but you can just call me Cal." He put his hand out to shake the other boy's, hoping no one would notice his last name. Cal's family was popular among the Wizarding world, and by some, including him, disliked.
Cal gettin' savage.
@TheHunter

Cal's eyes opened as the redhead make her remark. He slowly removed his feet from her chair and instead leaned forward on his desk with his forearm. His eyes rolled as he looked at her desk with vines and flowers. He had to admit, the vines and flowers were pretty damn amazing for a fire affinity, but he couldn't lose this one. He after all , was the one who made the first remark.

"Well I'm sorry I don't waste my evenings alone, looking through a book for countless hours just to tell a few people around me, 'hey, I can do things right out of a book!' Instead I like to tell people, 'Hey, I'm not an unimportant loser with nothing else to do but study out of a god damn useless book, just so I can tell the friends I don't have!'"

Cal then placed his feet back on her chair, and his smirk grew a little.
@TheHunter

Cal continued to try and create a flower until a pale yellow covered his flower stem. He looked up and saw the layers of colored hair. "Hey. Redhead. Please, lean back farther. It really adds a nice touch to my desk," Cal said annoyed. Cal put his feet up on the back of her chair with a smirk on his face.
@unfallenangel yes it looks good.

Also it's my fault for not putting it in the rules, but a note to the rest of the players please post your CS in the OOC until it gets accepted.
@CrystalApple@unfallenangel[@flyestnyalis]@greywolf375 just want to check in every now and then to make sure everyone is still alive :P

Working on my CS right now.
Cal looked rather absentmindedly at his desk. He wiggled his fingers slowly, not really paying attention to the small stem growing out of his desk. When it finally caught his eye he panicked and the stem stopped growing. "God Damnit." Earth and Water magic reply were t that far apart from each other. They had to do with life and living but when he loses his concentration, which he tends to do a lot, it usually changes for the worse.

Now he was concentrating too much, and the stem would barely grow at all. Frustrated, he slammed his hands on the tables, and scowled at the earth affinities having no problem with this at all. He didn't really think they were fantastic, but he did tend to get a twinge of jealousy every now and then wen someone did better than him at something.

Cal sighed as he walked through Diagon Alley. This was his chance to be free from his parents and his history, and he was assigned not only one, but two butlers to accompany him. "Thank you, but I don't need your help. Your not going to follow me around school all day, carrying my books and taking notes for me in class, are you?" The man on his left looked at him bewildered, "No sure, bu-" "So then you don't need to follow me around now!"

Cal took his trolley of books and placed his potions, crystal phials, telescope, and brass scales next to them. He ripped off the silver snake coiling around an eagle off his shirt. He was done with his family, and his family name, and that pin was the one thing holding him to it. That and the insignias on his suitcases, which were sadly, permanent.

Cal continued to walk until a wonderful aroma filled his nose. With a clinking of glasses the smell was there, but when the sound faded out the smell was gone too. He looked to a man who opened a door into The Three Broomsticks, and the smell accumulated around him once more. Eagerly he pushed open the door to the pub. Sights and sounds welcomed him. People were talking and laughing, drinking, and there was a small band playing in the corner. In one of the tables to goblins were talking to a man, who looked rather nervous. Cal then saw what the wonderful smell was emitting from.

"One butterbeer please." The woman at the counter looked up from the glasses she was cleaning and smiled. "I'll just make five since you'll usually come back for more anyways," She chuckled. The warm silky gold, the creamy foam, all of it was perfect. Cal walked up to the counter and placed some money on the table. "One butterbeer please." Calmwas more than excited to try butterbeer for the first time. His eyes lit up as the glass was given to him. He took a sip felt instantly better. He then wiped off the foam from his upper lip with his sleeve. He sat at the counter, still drinking butterbeer, until he was finally done, thanked the waitress, and walked out the door.

Now the only thing left was for him to grab his clothes and his pet. He figured pet first. As he entered the shop a small bell on the door rang. A small scruffy old man glanced at him through the lenses on his glasses, but really payed no mind. He squeaks and the sounds of tiny footsteps echoed through the shop. Owl or a Cat or a Toad He repeated to himself from the letter. He looked around the shop. Nothing really met his interest until he saw a smaller cage at the back of the store. In it was a rather tiny owl, only four or five inches tall. It was white with brown speckles on it face. "I'll take him," Cal said,'putting a galleon on the counter and pointing towards the small owl. "What? The little guy? He's the runt off the pack. Going to have him... Sent off. In simpler terms, he's not for sale." Cal put three more galleons on the table. "I said, I'll take him." The man hesitated, but he took the money and handed the boy the owl.

Cal walked out of the shop, heading to get his uniform.
