Personality: Affectionate, Playful, Silly, Unco-ordinated and Still Young, Suki enjoys everything about being a pup, she enjoys sneaking up and pouncing on unsuspecting adults and will quickly flop over for a nap if she is too drained of energy. Suki highly dislikes moving long distances and will sit or lay down until carried except maybe if the adults keep moving and threaten to leave her behind ... then she quickly bounds after them.

History: Suki was abandoned recently, her pack moving quickly when humans moved nearer leaving her tucked in a den under a tree's base to fend for herself at 9 weeks old. She had been found at 11 weeks by Aiyana who has taken her to the Rendezvous site of her miniature formed pack. In this new area, Suki was introduced to two larger brutes, one who was close to Aiyana, a sibling called Okami, the other slightly younger than the others known as Tahoma. She now thrives playing with Okami and snuggling up to him through the dark nights, he was designated the role of watching her when Aiyana and Tahoma chose to scout the territories vast landscape. Though Suki figured he didn't mind since they spent most days playing, lounging and keeping each other company with very few a complaint.

Cunning, Dominant, Friendly, Calm and Assertive, Aiyana likes to think of those around her, she enjoys lazing about when the time is right and will pick herself up quickly in times of need, she'll fight for what she believes in and always ensures those closest to her are safe and still free to do their own things. History:
Aiyana and Okami were quite content in their pack's life. They were surrounded by those who cared about them the most, those who understood each separate pack-member and didn't hesitate to take on a bit of rough and tumble play with Aiyana.
The Willow Brook Pack was a tightly knit family, bonded closely and knowledgeable in the ways of hunting as a group, they were kind and relaxed around one another though this wasn't to last as humans, a decently sized tribe made their way into the Willow Brooks territory, they scattered the pack and killed those not fast enough to escape. Aiyana and Okami witnessed their own mother murdered in all the commotion and took off on their own, they were only 2 years at this point and now, almost 8 months later, they have finally settled, they'd found a territory unclaimed by others of their kind and filled with plenty of game and river beds.
Along the way to this new land, Aiyana and Okami had crossed paths with a canine of similar age. Younger than them, he'd been travelling alone for a while and needing to eat, they agreed to help one another out. Aiyana, Okami and the stranger who called himself Tahoma all hunted together that same day, bringing down a small Red Deer Doe. During this meal Aiyana would normally have claimed it for herself, feasting as the alpha of the small group, though part of her drew her to the young mixed pelt of creams and tans of the unknown brute. Allowing him to feast with her while her brother waited his turn, she'd offer Tahoma the chance to tag along and thus he became a part of the wandering party just before they settled in the Siberian Taiga.
Upon patrolling the outskirts of this new place, Aiyana decided to wander a short distance off to investigate an odd yet familiar scent. Coming across an old den and the faint smell of humans mixed with wolves she'd cautiously look around. And, being overly curious when she heard a noise hidden within some brush under the base of a tree, her only reaction was to move closer only to find herself staring upon a young pup left alone and visibly hungry. Unable to leave the little critter called Suki alone, Aiyana promised to take her on and raise her.
Aiyana and Okami along with Tahoma and Suki, have been together for a week in the Siberian Taiga territory. Developing their own small pack, Aiyana would eventually warm to the idea of Tahoma taking reign beside her as they hunt for small game to survive and remain on alert for others who may pass through, ready to take on new members or fend off unwanted intruders.

Wolves of the New World

Introduction

It's been almost a century since the war that ruined mankind and its reign upon the world ended. The human population now dwindles and small tribes now roam looking for game to hunt and food to eat. They've learnt to fend for themselves and rely on hunting us, game big or small, and harvesting berries or found foods to survive.

We have become a threat to them and their survival as they had been once to us. We've thrived with the changes mother-nature has made to support her flora and fauna; we've increased in numbers and in some areas reign as the top predator. They're trying to bring us down once more, they want to catch us and tame us, though we aren't so easily broken.

We are the wolves of the new world, we run free through the lands of the Russian landscape and we survive through all means necessary in this place where man has become merciless against those who pose threat on their survival.

Overview

You are a wolf in this fresh world (now wolves are just wolves in this Role-Play nothing special, though I may possibly allow for them to talk if enough people prefer that option). The flora and fauna are thriving with the human race minimized to a sustainable size. You may choose to run as a loner or join a pack and learn to co-operate within these tightly knit groups.

I will arrange different things like hunts, human attacks or explorations throughout the RP, though it will be decently free for you to do as you like, interact with others, develop stories and enjoy running free.

This Role-Play is expected to range from casual through to low-advanced, though I'm happy with at least 2 or more paragraphs

Role-Play Rules

1. Respect those around you, this includes through PMs, OOC and IC. I understand IC disputes for story development, but picking on another character without consent will get you a warning.
2. No God Modding. Wolves are no extraordinary animals with the ability to do back flips or run like the speed of light, everyone's evenly matched when it comes to fights and if I feel you're doing something wrong I'll issue a warning.
3. Post regularly. I understand everyone gets busy, but if you suspect you may not be able to post or participate as much, please just let me know. If you go inactive for more than 4 days without warning I may NPC your character or move them off to the side until you return or they die off.
4. Romance is allowed, keep it simple and if you want to do anything else with your partner, take it to your PMs. Anything sexual is a large no-no and will result in a warning.
5. And lastly, please follow all other RPG Rules & Policies.

Everyone gets three warnings before being removed from the Role-Play. I'm fairly easy to get along with as long as you follow these and get along with everyone else nicely.

Pack Information

Every pack has its ranks, and every pack follows those ranks like a religion, without them they would not be able to fend for themselves, they would not be able to survive in the wilderness.

Choosing a rank is a serious matter, all wolves who begin as a loner usually begin at the bottom as a subordinate once entering a pack, they must earn their rights or fight to reach the top.

Pack Ranks:

Not every rank will be filled, but this is a general overview of what can be chosen.

Alpha
(Usually Mates; 1 Male - 1 Female)
The alphas of the pack are the leader's. They are the main pair in control and set the laws of their pack. They are not required to hunt with the pack, but most normally do as it's a bonding experience. Most demand respect and are in the position to punish, exile, banish, or even kill those who do not show it.
Though it is rare, this position can be challenged and if the challenger wins the fight, than the challenger, being the new alpha, can do what he/she pleases with the previous leaders. This does not normally happen because it would result in a huge change within the pack.

Beta
(Usually Mates; 1 Male - 1 Female)
The Betas are second in command and enforce the law when the current alphas are not present. If both of the alphas die than the beta(s) take the alphas position and lead the pack, unless the alpha has said otherwise.

Sentinel
(Two Pairs)
There are four sentinels, two mated pairs, in the pack. Each pair is specially chosen by the alphas and betas. The alphas and betas train the sentinels to take their places if anything should happen to them. The sentinels, since becoming one can start as early as one year, don't usually have authority over the pack unless the alpha or beta have publicly given it to them. They are respected though. Messing with a sentinel is messing with the alphas and betas themselves. This rank cannot be challenged whatsoever.

Elder
The elders of the pack are seven years and older. They are filled with wisdom and renowned strength. They are the ones that the alphas normally go to for advice. If they are wise, the elders are the only ones to whom the alphas may submit themselves to. They are respected as much as the alphas by the entire pack.

Hunter
While every pack member hunts, hunters are the skilled members who usually take the lead and guide the hunt. They are more agile and have more stamina in order to achieve their duty of providing for the pack.

Den Mother
These are the pup sitters of the pack. They will keep watch over the pups when the others may be out hunting or at battle. Don't be fooled into thinking that they are weak and soft. On the contrary the pup watchers can be the most vicious members of the pack, as long as you don't mess with their pups.
Den mothers only watch pups up until the age of nine months. There is only ever up to about three pup watchers in a pack regardless of the size.

Subordinate
These are the non-ranked members of the pack. They will still participate in fighting and hunting though.

Omega
The omegas are the lowest of low in the pack, lower than the subordinates. Don't be surprised if they don't receive much respect if any at all. They are only placed in this position if they've done anything to disrespect the alpha. Sometimes a new member may be placed with this rank if the alpha is a bit mistrustful of them.

Pup
Pretty self explanatory. Pups do not leave the den nor do they hunt or participate in many activities, they enjoy the freedom to play and be silly until the age of 8 weeks when they are moved from the den to the rendezvous site (this is where wolves gather to sleep, play, eat and just chill out). They will remain here supervised by a den mother when the adults are hunting.
*Pups will start learning to hunt at about 6 months of age*

Pack Territory: The Siberian Taiga
Rendezvous Site: The Native Valley Pack gathers in a small clearing not far from the Taiga's river. Surrounded by tree's yet open enough for watchful eyes to keep alerted, this place forms the packs sleeping, eating, playing and lazing area. All pups over 8 weeks are brought to this place until old enough to hunt.
Pack Den: Pups under the age of 8 weeks are kept within the packs den, this den is hidden from most the pack and usually only the mother and den-mothers know where it is located. This is mostly to protect it from predators and unwanted visitors while the pups are young.

At this point, with so few members, I'd prefer just loners or wolves to join the current pack.
If activity in the Role-Play picks up I've got a 'New Pack Sheet' already created for just that.
Though at this point there just isn't enough of us, main reason being I've made it so a new pack needs at least 3 members (1 alpha, two regulars) to begin.

Acacia had skinned and cooked the rabbit long before she'd notice Ryan had passed out upon the living room sofa. She had felt the urge for silence and didn't open her mouth until she went to speak to him over her shoulder, "Dinner is read..." she'd cut herself off as those pale hues caught a glimpse of the slumbering human upon the furniture. The corners of her lips slightly drew up in a smile as she'd look down at the begging wolf and tossed her half of the rabbit carcass she hadn't yet cooked.

"Guess I'll leave this in the fridge for tomorrow," she'd comment to Truth before sliding the two meals of cooked meat into the fridge. Nodding lightly at the wolf laying upon her fabric pile gnawing on the meat and bones she'd decide to head to the nearest small closet and grab a blanket, it was a stained white doona that she quickly lifted and placed over Ryan so he didn't get a chill over night, which quickly reminded her to close the front door before heading back up the ladder to the loft.

Deciding what she was wearing was comfy enough she'd crawl onto the small double bed and curl up on its surface drawing a thin sky blue blanket over herself as she'd eventually drift off to sleep.

Would snap out of her flash back as she heard Ryan speaking, when he mentioned it seemed to be getting late she'd glance towards the nearest window and noticed the dulling world surrounding the small cabin. Nodding slightly she'd realized how much time had truly past and it was actually somewhere between 5 and 7 pm already.

Slowly arising from her seat she'd move back towards the kitchen, her ankle still causing discomfort as she'd walk with a visible limp, Damnit, why is this taking so long to heal, I mean it's good, I don't need him to see it vanish, but it shouldn't take so long. As she moved around Ryan she'd open the fridge to look at it's contents, no eggs, whatever milk was left was probably bad, no meat, she'd huff lightly under her breath before moving to rummage through her cabinets and once more found nothing that would sustain both of them and satisfy any form of hunger.

Just as she turned to face Ryan to mention they may go without a meal tonight she'd hear scraping paws along the wooden paneling of the floor. The large wolf slowly emerged through the still open front door with her maw parted and a ball of ivory fur dangled lifelessly between the yellowed daggers. Tail still low as she slowly walked towards Acacia, eyes glaring at the human as she dropped the dead rabbit at the woman's feet.

"Oh... Well it looks like we may not go hungry after all..." she'd state, voice softening from her rant earlier as she'd slowly lower to grab the dead animal, the smell of its blood filling her nostrils as she'd move towards the bench to prepare skinning it... What a girl huh? Lives alone with a wolf for a pet, skins and eats whatever her wolf brings home and seems really nice yet for some reason she still put off a feeling of insecurity.
