I can come up with a feeeewwww things but yeah. Alex probably can't do much about the ice that isn't life threatening. Trying to rub the ice vigoursly until it melts and push it back in, breaking it, or ripping it out. None of them good.

Also, do you drink potions or do you just pour them on the wounds?

I usually work all day hence the only time to actually do something is late at night. (I work from 6 to about 9 usually plus a 30 min drive home, sunday and mondays are my days off.
