Biography
Growing up in a relatively rich family, Amy never had to worry about losing the roof over her head. She had an overly comfortable childhood, with parents that cared well for her. Her sheltered childhood resulted in her never exploring new opportunities, including making new friends, so her social life was already at its low. At the age of nine, her mother died while giving birth to her younger brother, forcing Amy to try and ‘mature’ so that she could ease her father’s tensions. Trying to take responsibility, she began looking after her little brother, Nate, after school so her father wouldn’t have to pay extra for a nanny while he tried working overtime to ensure that his children lived in relative comfort.

Soon, it became natural for Amy to be overprotective and motherly to her little brother, often seen fretting and worrying about him even while she joined high school years later. During her freshman year of high school, her father remarried again, surprising Amy as she was never aware that her father was looking to get settled again. Feeling almost betrayed, Amy slowly began distancing herself from her father and stepmother, all while taking full care of Nate while worrying about the next chapter in life.

Amy was an average student, her time outside school eaten by the responsibility of taking care of a younger child so she never had the chance to do extra-curricular activities alongside her already difficult school work. Currently, Amy works at the local bar as a waitress, trying to earn enough money to fund college herself.

Being the third daughter in a family of four children, Mira became someone who obsessively maintained her appearance just to keep up with her older sisters. She has long, dark brown hair which is naturally curly, with dark brown eyes. Her Indian descent meant that her skin was naturally darker and tanned.

She stands at almost 5’8” and thus making her one of the tallest in the family, next to her younger brother and father. Her facial features are quite angular, with a somewhat sharp nose and a prominent jaw (which she is quite proud of).

Her everyday clothes follows with her obsession with her appearance, she has to show herself at her absolute best. Her clothing varies from the flow-y dresses to shorts or jeans with flats. She also keeps her makeup to the bare minimum, only trying to extenuate her features as naturally as possible.

After growing up in a large family, Mira soon learnt that in order to be heard, she had to be loud. She is very outgoing in social situations, and likes it when she has the attention of the crowd. She is a very loyal friend, but doesn’t keep many friends seeing how blunt she could be. She refuses to follow in her elder sisters footsteps, becoming quite the ‘rebel’ child in her traditional Indian family, leading to quite strained relationships with her parents. However, Mira does truly love her parents, even if they constantly try to control her.

Mira is not one to be shy, her personality making her quite the social one, even if she doesn’t keep many friends for long. Her obsession with her appearance also makes her quite vain.

Mira was born in America, never having been to India in her life which made Mira quite unaware and ignorant of her culture. Her parents were strict and traditional; always wanting their child to be academically successful so that they could have a ‘good job’ – which for them only consisted of doctors or engineers and nothing else. Since childhood Mira had always been wild and carefree, being quite the opposite of her two older sisters. As time went on, her attitude towards her sisters changed a little, especially once she began realising how ‘pretty’ her sisters were and she ‘wasn’t’, leading to her obsession now.

Mira was an average student all her life, never striving for anything higher because nothing interested her. One day in her childhood, her sisters took her to watch her first Bollywood movie, filled with colours and dancing, which entranced the young girl and finally gave her something to look forward to. Ever since then, Mira began singing and dancing, much to the disappointment to her strict parents as they didn’t like how she focused more on singing than her education. This led to the breakdown of her relationship between her and her parents, which ultimately resulted in her trying to rebel further against her parents.

Okay, this is what I could come up with. I might change up a couple things a bit later once I get some sleep.
