Bambi was about to blow the world to shit, until of course the Uber stopped the battle from even taking place. Glaring at the damned Alien, she sighed an rolled her eyes as she shot the gun int he other direction, having it hit part of a weak wall and it collapsed, however what she had failed to noticed that it was keeping up part of a smaller building, probably an apartment complex that was not shattered in places from the previous fight and because of this, the ENTIRE building decided to fall to the side and make Bambi laugh "Holy shit, that was awesome, not as pissed off as I would be, but in the future, it would be nice to at least shoot back if shot at, just saying..." she placed the gun on her shoulders, behind her neck and put her arms on it, putting herself in a full nelson almost. Following after the Uber, she jumped up and over debris he could float over and readied herself, she didn't trust the women at all and she was kinda fast, interestingly enough it would have been fun to see her body parts everywhere. At least in the demented mind of the quincy she would have gotten some pleasure out of killing something at least.

Watching the Uber talk to the blue haired girl, Bambi looked her over, it was obvious her colleague was either interested in the women or there was something she wasn't seeing, from a spiritual energy standpoint, the girl was above average which was saying something. Making a mental note to bring it up to the Uber later, she looked around, sensing something else "Not to interrupt, but there is someone else out there, and their Spiritual Energy is noticeable like Blue Chick so they're above average as well, choice is up to you if you want ME to check them out or wait and have them come this way and considering what I did to that building, they ought to come this way, the choice is yours, hell if anything I could always blow up a couple more buildings and REALLY get their attention, im all game for that choice, but as you said "Perhaps conducting restraint on any form of aggressiveness would lead to higher life expectancy" or whatever you said, I tuned out after that in all honesty..." she said of course mocking his monotone alien voice , rocking back and forward on her heels and slightly eying the blue haired chick prepared to blow her and everything around her up.

To most people, she is considered a 'proper lady' , but in reality, she's short-tempered, prideful, and has an improper attitude with some slight tomboyish tendencies and insecurities, a fact few people know of. Despite this, she is generally friendly and easygoing, and Saten Ruiko and Uiharu Kazari comment on how they are shocked to find that, compared to other Level 5's, she doesn't look down on lower-level espers at all. This is probably because she was originally a level 1 esper and became a level 5 esper through very hard work.

Often times she shows an incredibly immature and selfish side and even slight tsundere tendencies when her crush, Touma, insults her. To add to this childishness, she has an inclination towards cute things, most specifically, Gekota and Kill Bear merchandise. She likes frog merchandise, but only if it features Gekota. When she realizes that a stuffed animal another person is carrying is just a regular frog, she immediately loses all of her interest in the stuffed animal. She has a very irrational and unexplained fear of bugs. She can also be slightly hypocritical at times, getting angry at Touma for not calling her by her name despite never once calling him by his.

She has a keen sense of justice, demonstrated by her frequent involvement in the crime-fighting body, Judgment, and her resolve is unshakable as shown when she was willing to lose in a fight against Accelerator on the first move to prove the Sisters Project wrong and save her remaining 9969 sisters. Mikoto has been depicted as being quite intelligent, only natural as she is in Tokiwadai Middle School, a school that is meant to create world leading talents and thus deals with a very advanced curriculum. Furthermore she has been shown to easily solve problems meant for Kamijou Touma who courses a school rank higher than her, though it should be noted that Kamijou's school doesn't pursue the same academic excellence that Tokiwadai does.

Abilities:

Chō-Denjihō (Rērugan)

Mikoto's power is known as the Railgun. She chose the ability name herself, naming it after her famous finishing move. Her ability belongs to a type of esper powers known as

Electromaster ("Electricity User"): those who can generate and manipulate electricity. Mikoto is the most powerful Electromaster in Academy City. Her maximum output is known to be 1 billion volts. She has also demonstrated enough skill and battle knowledge to fight head on with powerful beings such as a Saint like Brunhild Eiktobel.

Railgun ("Super Electromagnetic Cannon"): Mikoto can fire metal objects at three times the speed of sound by forming parallel currents on both sides of her arm with her electricity. Her railgun has a muzzle velocity of 1030 m/s (2307.2 mph), and can be fired at a rate of 8 shots per minute. She has hinted she can fire multiple coins at once creating a Rail-Shotgun, however this has never been seen. She primarily uses arcade coins as her projectiles for portability, limiting her normal range to 50 meters.

Lightning Attack Spear: Mikoto has the ability to generate a "spear of lightning" originating from her forehead.

Powerful Electromagnetic Pulse: Mikoto has the ability to create magnetic pulses that target the organs

Lightning Strike: Mikoto can call down real lightning using her ability regardless of season. This attack was shown to be powerful enough to cause a city-wide blackout.

Electromagnetism: Mikoto can use electromagnetism to attract and repel metallic materials and use it to her advantage. Examples include creating a make-shift shield out of scrap metal, walking on walls and ceilings, as well as attracting iron particles in the ground around her.

Whip Sword or Iron Sand Sword: Using her magnetic powers, Mikoto can form a "whip sword" by gathering iron sand, manipulating it into a sword that she can lengthen into a whip at will. By making the sand particles of the blade vibrate, she can dramatically increase the weapon's cutting power into something resembling that of a chainsaw.

Cracking/Hacking: Using her electric powers she can hack any electronic device and bypass normal electronic security measures with ease. She can decode the electronic flow of information, like steal the information from a credit card's magnetic strip, as well as directly process a computer's information in binary. This skill also enables her to perform acts such as erasing herself from security footage in real time or taking control of Academy City's roving security robots.

Unique Sensory Perception of Electric-type Espers: As an electromaster, Mikoto is of course able to sense electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic phenomena. She is, however, able to follow the electric and magnetic field lines using her eyes, something that normal electromasters are unable to do with their limited power. She takes this ability one step further by analyzing the reflections of the electromagnetic waves she generates, giving her no blind spots.

Flight: Using formulas similar to those she is using for her Iron Sand sword, Mikoto can fly if she is surrounded by a large amount of atomized water vapor. She manipulated the water vapor forming it into wings using the static electricity from interactions between particles. By using her electric power to induce electrolysis on a large body of water such as the ocean, she can obtain enough hydrogen and oxygen to use as fuel.

Telepathic Immunity: Mikoto has been shown to be immune to the effects of telepathic manipulation due to the electromagnetic barrier created by her AIM dispersion field.

Radar Sense: Mikoto can sense and release electromagnetic waves around her to enable her to see the image of the room three-dimensionally without the use of her sight.

Control of nerves and muscles: Perhaps a reference to her powers being applied to help those with muscular dystrophy. Mikoto is shown to be able to use her powers to take control of her muscles and nerves when they have been rendered ineffective through the use of drugs. The cost of this however is that she requires to constantly use her powers on her body, making her a walking stun gun.

Jumping down from the building, she braced herself and landed on a piece of debris above the monster and to the left of the Uber "It's not dead, which is a good sign, but im sure you knew that already, this is interesting though, just from what I can sense, it's like it's soul cant leave it's body. I've never seen something like this before, and we've been to a lot of places, he might be immortal essentially, but...yeah." Standing up, she moved as the Uber had the thing brought back to the ship and she nodded "hopefully, it's been a lot of pointless running until this point, I'm shocked we even found a level 5 here of all places not to mention...many others." There was something going on here, it was known that this place in particular tended to hold things from time to time, but there was so many things here, so many strong things, it was insane...so much fun to be had.

Turning after hearing The Uber felt someone and in fact turned towards them, she saw a blue haired women watching the situation finish and Bambi perked up "Oooo, hopefully this is more fun than it seems."

Opening her hand, blue white energy formed and it quickly began forming a long pipe looking object, however it quickly began to form. As the energy disappeared, what looked like an old hunting bolt action rifle. It was pure white and where the sights should have been was instead filled with blue light that worked as a red dot sight almost. On the side, white crosses went down the metal material it was made out of. Kicking it up, having it flip in the air, she pulled out a bullet and caught the gun as it landed loading, through the commotion, she filled the bullet with reshi and held it up aiming at the girl "Might as well move yourself over here, I'm not even gunna give you a count down just gunna shoot in a couple of seconds, and before you considering your options, the giant Alien behind me can crush you before I could blow you up, just a thought" she put her finger on the trigger and pressed, a centimeter from pressing it.

"Get ready to move if she's stronger then I'm reading she is, as much as I like killing and blowing things up, I'd rather get myself into a battle like the one you just got yourself into" she whispered to The Uber, well more so in a tone that only he could hear.

She raised her hands trying to appear defenseless "I just need a ride out of this place, I am from that way and...I have no idea where I am, it seems like I was just pulled from my house and suddenly put into the middle of these monsters, to many to count." She winced and from the spot she was holding it started to bleed "and it does seem that I've taken more than I can handle in terms of pain, of course I can understand why you wouldn't trust me, this place seems less than hospitable" she gave a small smile and glanced in the direction of Bern, wide eyed as buildings seemed to be falling and she sighed, putting her hand behind her back for a moment, she grabbed a reshi tracker, filled with her own reshi for a purpose meant for later "Looks like I'll be taking a raincheck on your help, if you will excuse me, it seems a idiot colleague of mine is in need of my help." she bowed and winked at him, all in motion began running, vaulting over the car and attaching the tracker on the bumper, before suddenly disappearing and reappearing at least a mile away from the man from before. Picking up her hat and white overcoat, she put her hat on and cracked her knuckles.

'Basterbine. We have another one, we may require your ability to immobilize this beast. The current witnesses are of no grand importance.'

"I'm already heading your way, should have called me earlier..." she said it outloud, but it was sent directly back to the Uber. She used her Hirenkyaku once more and quickly closed the distance, until she was standing above on a building untouched and she saw from a distance the thing the Uber was fighting. Crossing her arms, she watched it's movements "It's fast...really fast if this is what it can do at normal speeds, at least im going to assume that he did something to the thing...strong too...interesting" sitting, she sat on the edge of the building and swinging her legs "Tell me when you want me to jump in, though it seems you have it in your hands, just saying..." her self inflicted wounds had already started healing and she waited to be called upon.

It had been multiple das since the notorious Dark Outliners had made themselves conspicuous among the minority of people concerned in the affairs of the Multiverse. It would only take a casual projectile from the heavens to provoke these individuals once more into a morbid curiosity that could only lead to bad things. The crash revealed that a supposedly empty planet in this empty universe was more crowded than it should have been with notably strong power spikes in the radars of the Sectoids controlling the many computers in the ships patrolling the zone.

The Overlord of this fleet wasn't exactly present, rather it was in a bizarre dimension with nothing but a living room and white walls with a Terminal serving as the only object out of place. It simply levitated like a ghastly phantom haunting the entire area. The Uber Ethereal would only twitch when it would receive information from the Sectoid in the ship that had picked up on the meteor's trace.

"Basterbine. We depart."

It had ordered with a raspy and demeaning voice along with an eerie echo with each syllable it uttered. The masked creature with royal red, ritualistic cloak surrounding it would levitate toward the Terminal as it expected a response from the individual it had summoned.

Bambi sat in a large chair, her legs crossed and she studied the man in front of her with vulturous eyes "Did you take it? She said that you did, and I have to believe that it was you, this isn't the first time it's happen, so before this continues I'm giving you a chance to come clean." she had her arms crossed and tapped a finger on her arm.

The man gulped in air and shook his head "General Ba-"

"Wrong answ-" she cut him off only to be cut off herself and she sighed "Now what does he want, I cant even discipline my soldiers without getting interrupted, this better be worth the damn time, so help me god..." getting up from the chair, she grabbed a paperweight from the desk and walked past the soldier.

"Is...is that all General Basterbine?" the man looked confused and she smirkd looking back.

"Think fast..." throwing the paper weight at him, the man caught it confused until she closed the metal door and locked it behind her. Realizing what she did too late, he ran towards the door and banged on it screaming for help, only to see through the small glass hole, her looking through, a smile creeping on her face "I knew you took it by the way, I just happened to not have the time to play with you sadly, bye bye now." she winked and turned on her heels as the man desperately tried to pull the lever to open the door.

Upon walking out of the into the hallway, an explosion was heard, but the metal room withstood the blow "Huh...nice the room actually kept together, I'll have to thank those scientists of his..." she walked with her hands behind her back towards the Terminal and stood slightly annoyed. The Alien would already be standing within the perimeter of the strange machine they had some how appropriated in this room. It was argued that the Terminal was already there, but that had little importance.

"A level 5 has been detected in the 'Dead Zone'. Scans have revealed the presence of other imposing beings and active entities. However, it appears the readings on the crashed creature are in harmony with what The Envisioning One is looking for."

It informed the murderous woman as it used its psionic powers to activate the Terminal and enter the surveillance ship that had contacted the Ethereal of the issue. It was cruising over the area for a short period now as multiple readings had caught the attention of the Ethereal's mighty army.

Bambi raised an eyebrow interested suddenly and stretched looking at the scans and then back to the Uber "If it's really a Level 5 I don't think I should fight, unless you want me to use my Vollständig and well...yeah you've seen what happens. A battle between me and that thing would probably destroy the city, not that I care, but if there are other beings in 'Dead Zone', I'd rather not attract unwanted attention, as much fun as it sounds." she sighed and looked at the other scans of the other beings in the area and she saw rather normal one moving, probably in a car or transport of some sort "why don't I start small and work my way to you, since I'm going to assume if I don't take the Lv.5, you will" she looked up at the Uber waiting for a response.

"Then you will greet the remaining anomalies in the local area. I will secure the entity we are pursuing. Be weary, Basterbine."

With that warning, the operating Sectoids would have both executives teleport down into the city while multiple pods bled out of the invisible ship and crashed into multiple rotten buildings. Armored Muton Elites wielding plasma gatling guns emerged by the dozen per pod. Most would close into the location of the impact while a few would encounter the Followers of Tiameus. There was going to be an inevitable conflict at this point but that didn't matter all too much to the Ethereal.

The two higher ups had been warped near the crash site and without uttering a single word, the alien would slowly glide toward the crater before stopping to see the monster that was Apocalypse lying there. To the monster, the Ethereal would look like a form of apparition, a ghost with the Psi-field distorting its figure a bit. The otherworldly attire it had didn't help in bringing familiarity to the lost being.

"Now come, envoy of the other dimension. Speak and show us what you are."

The alien overlord was cryptic of course, but it had the goal of provoking the abomination before it to test its intelligence. That was the first step, and depending on where it'd go, the right initiative would be taken.

Being teleported far closer to her target, she looked behind her and saw the ships landing where the impact had been "So much for being subtle, but it does look cool? I guess?" she spoke outloud to herself and focused her attention ahead and started towards the car that was away from the impact location, thinking, maybe a more vulnerable approach would work in this situation, stopping, she took her hat off, placing it on the roof top and forming a small blade. Cutting her cloths, she took her cloak off and pulled a sleeve off and fell back, laying in ash and it getting all over her clothes. Looking down at the ripped and tattered appearance she smirked "Nice job if I do say so myself..." jumping down from the building, she began running towards the now approaching car.

Looking now she saw that there was also another being following the car and she readied herself for a fight if need be, going from a nearby alley way, she waved her arms and hobbled to the middle of the road "HEY!?! PLEASE STOP!?!" she held her right arm as if she was in pain and seemingly braced her body for an impact from the car, if the car showed no signs of stopping, she would blow it up or move out of the way, or both depending on her mood, but for now she would play a girl in need of help and warning to not continue on the path that the car was heading. However there was also the problem of the entity behind the car, it was different from the scan of the being in the car, and would probably serve much more trouble, hopefully it was able to be reasoned with.

Bambietta is a particularly sadistic individual, evident in how she screams in joy as she slaughters her enemies. She is not above attacking her male subordinates to vent her frustration, sometimes bringing them into her room under false pretenses before killing them without remorse. She does not believe in fighting if one has already thrown away one's life. Bambietta refers to herself as the self proclaimed "leader" between her and some of her fellow Sternritter, and dislikes being abandoned by them and finds it quite embarrassing, in such cases she explodes the nearby environment in a destructive manner and implies she will reduce the area to flat land to bring them out.

Abilities:

Ji Ekusupurōdo

The Explode (爆撃 (ジ・エクスプロード), Ji Ekusupurōdo; Japanese for "Bombing Raid"): Bambietta has the ability to create bombs. Her explosive attacks cannot be blocked because her attacks are not bombs made of Reishi; they are Reishi that turn anything they make contact with into a bomb itself. However, her attacks can be deflected before the explosion occurs if hit by a sufficient force. This ability allows for omni-directional attacks, such that Bambietta does not have to actually target an opponent and can inflict significant area damage. By using her power, Bambietta can set off explosions within her close vicinity. Additionally, she can generate explosive energy around her, which radiates outward in a large globe and causes heavy damage to her surroundings.

Reishi Manipulation: As a Quincy, she primarily absorbs spiritual energy from the atmosphere, and combines it with her own spiritual energy to form weapons. She has an easier time collecting this energy in environments with higher concentrations of Reishi such as in Soul Society or Hueco Mundo.

Immense Spiritual Power: Bambietta's spiritual power is on a level comparable to or greater than that of a captain-level Shinigami. She is powerful enough to fight several Shinigami simultaneously, including 7th Division Captain Sajin Komamura and his lieutenant, Tetsuzaemon Iba.

Reishi Sword: Using her abilities as a Quincy, Bambietta can concentrate both spirit energy and particles in order to transform them into weapons. Her favored weapon manifests in the form of a short ornate broadsword, somewhat reminiscent of a Chinese dao, with a forked blade in the style of Zulfiqar. Using this sword, she can bifurcate multiple Shinigami and their respective Zanpakutō with ease.

Blut Vene:
By making Reishi flow directly into their blood vessels, users of this technique can drastically increase their attack and defense power to inhuman levels. However, despite the significant danger this potentially presents to one's opponents, Blut possesses one major flaw: because the independent forms of the technique for attack and defense operate using two different Reishi systems, they cannot be employed simultaneously. The acquisition of Blut depends on the blood of the Quincy. Pure-blooded Quincy are able to obtain it naturally.

Hirenkyaku (飛廉脚, Flying Screen Step; Viz: "Flying Bamboo-Blind Leg") is an advanced Quincy movement technique, allowing the user to move at high speed by riding on the flow of Reishi created below their feet.[1] Essentially, it is the Quincy equivalent to the Shinigami's Shunpo and the Arrancar's Sonído.

Bambietta: Vollständig
When this is activated, a substantial amount of Reiatsu is released, resulting in the formation of a towering column of energy that ends in a large Quincy Cross, from which Bambietta emerges in the Quincy: Vollständig after the column shatters. In this form Bambietta develops large wings and a halo in the shape of a star-like Quincy Zeichen floating above her head. According to Giselle Gewelle, because of her idiocy and the power she gains from this form, Bambietta could end the whole battle against Soul Society before it really starts.

Flight: Using the Reishi wings generated by the Vollständig, Bambietta gains the ability to fly at high speed

The Explode (Enhanced): While using Quincy: Vollständig, orbs of Reishi form underneath her wings. She can release these Reishi spheres from her wings, sending large quantities of them into her surroundings. Any item that comes in contact with these Reishi orbs becomes a bomb and explodes after a brief delay.
