"I'd like to start our first elementals class so everyone please report to the Magic Demonstration Lab in 15 minutes." Lady Violetta spoke.
"Also no pets are allowed and you will need to have your wand plus PLTs."

Lady Violetta went to her room and put her unhatched egg in it's nest. She knew that it would hatch in the evening. She then went to the Lab to wait for students.

"We or rather you will have to wait and see what they will allow. I am sure that if Matt cooperates, he can be given a bit of money to use for himself. Use the wording carefully and wisely. Don't say the word bribe but something like a reward for information that is needed to do some tracking of Florence. Then be specific about the questions. The guards will know that we are trying to locate her because I already told them that much. " Linda spoke quietly.

Lady Violetta smiled and spoke to Melody and Dante.
"Somewhere in your family there was someone who had a magical core like yours. A piece of it broke off here and there. It lays dormant until someone that is worthy of being a magic user, then the bit of magical core blooms. The magical core bits leaves a bit of an imprint on each person so that if a child of the person goes missing, the parents will not worry. Next time you meet them, it will be as if you just left for wherever and just got back home.
If you have an abusive parent, you will be taught how to defend yourself with magic before you go home. If you are thrown out, you will have a home here. Also you will have a special set of stones given to you in case you need them. A special class will be taught just before you go home, ok?"

"You will be search and will go through a metal detector. No gifts but you will be allowed 1 pen and a pad. All gifts must be given to the security guard who will inspect it before giving to the inmate. Food is not the best gift but money to buy things would be the best gift. if you want it used for a specific item, you just make a notation what it is for. " Linda spoke as she read the rules that were sent to her.
