Lets move to the next class! I think that everyone has an idea of how the basic elemental magic works in my world.
The students will divide up into 2 groups/classes. Traditional will be in Plantology and Draconic will be in Dragon Care. If you are going to be in both Academies like Noirin, now is the final time to speak up. If you are in both academies, go to Dragon Care but mention studying Plantology during Independent Study. Any questions?

Looking at the past- between Espatier and Aisling

"Yeah... a sweet girl for the first 3 years of college. She pulled off straight A's so she was on the high honer roll list and dean's list the whole time she was there. Grace Sullivan was the party girl type but she had the brains as well as the smarts. Mostly A's with a few b's sprinkled out during her time at college. She did fail one class but it was an elective. Piano takes too much time and effort. Grace took the easiest classes she could find unlike Florence who majored in photography. She was excellent with taking pictures. She was going to take a job offer with some magazine. One of the arguments that Florence and Kevin had. He wanted her to stay home and play housewife and mother while she wanted to be a career girl, traveling about taking pictures. He would not stand for her to travel alone to god only knows where while he stayed home. Florence was going to get big money too from one of the magazines too. She said that she was 6 months pg with Kevin's baby and I'd believe her. After the baby was born, she would stay home for like 6 months then make short photography trips according to Kevin who scoffed at her ideas.
Grace was going to stay home and have a nanny for the children which was more to Kevin’s liking. That way he could take his pretty wife here and there…. And the children will be taken care of by the nanny, governess and then a tutor before they would be sent off to boarding school. Something that Florence refused to have any part of. She wanted to work part time and be a mother as well. She would have a live in nanny but Florence would have a big part of the parenting and wanted Kevin to have his hand in the parenting. He flat out refused to do as Florence wanted while Grace took advantage of the situation and sided with Kevin.
I am not sure why Grace was given the salutatorian but that was just a few days before the graduation. I mean Florence was the one who was supposed to be the salutatorian until like 3 days before graduation. I know that she had her speech all written up and Kevin just complained about it and put the speech down in any way he knew how. No one knew that it was going to be Grace for salutatorian until the dean announced for her to come up and give her speech. Even Florence didn’t know for she stood up when they announced that the salutatorian of the class would now give her speech. She became all shakey and pale. She flopped down into her chair. When the diplomas were given out, Florence took hers but refused to shake hands with any of the staff. And she left right after the she got her diploma.
When she arrived at the graduation party, her face was all red and puffy as if she was crying for those two-three hours that she was missing. I guess that she was very upset. Dan and I tried to stop her and make her leave. Told her leave well enough alone. I even said that I would marry her. Yeah, I liked her a lot. A whole lot…… She was a much better catch than Grace any day even though the Sullivans had more money. After the police broke up the fight and everything, I went to bed and began to think that Kevin was a fool. I was going to date Florence for real and show her how a real man could take care of her and any children even if the child was not mine. I found out around 10 the next day about the car wreck. The police came and arrested me. I regret to this day that I did not go to see Florence. Maybe I could have saved her. But no one found her body……” Matt turned his head and wiped his eyes then became silent for a minute before speaking again.
“Florence would have sent anyone to prison. Not even Kevin. She would have left and raised the baby on her own if she had to.
The ranking of the families are Sullivans being the richest in land and business; Kennedys had the oil wells, land and the money which made them a very close second. There is another branch of the Kennedy family in the Hills somewhere. Rumors have it that they made moonshine, whiskey, ect. I can’t verify that; Preston family were in politics and well known in the social circle, they spread money around here and there but never told anyone how much which leaves me to think that they were not very rich; The Rogers family is into politics and own several companies; My family just know people and have pertinent info about skeletons that are hidden away. That is how we became rich. All of us are powerful in our own ways, I guess.

House of Gaul is run by a few old members. No one not even I know who they are. We are told by the hidden I was told by notes what to do and not to do. No reasons either. Every head passes the info down to the rest of the members.
Kevin and Grace were sexually active with anyone who wishes to bed them. Once there was an orgy that they had. I didn’t go. Some things are not my style.

Noirin smiled for she knew how a hot air balloon worked. She warmed the air up and kinda pushed it into the balloon. The balloon began to fill and raise upwards. Slowly the balloon rose up into the air. Noirin made a puff of wind which was aimed at the balloon. The balloon began to fly across the room with Noirin following close behind.

Looking at the past- between Espatier and Aisling

"You will always be on the free side, buddy. I'll never see the outside of this exclusive prison. There is no chance for sex. This is a monastery prison. Not the normal kind of a prison. I have a 6 foot by 5 foot cell by myself with a 2 foot by 1 foot window with bars so high up that I can't even see out of it. When the door closes behind me, there is no light except from that window. Unless the door window happens to be open for some odd reason. No beams where a person can hang from. Which means there is no chance of hanging myself. I have a bed that is attached to the floor and a set of sheets and 1 blanket. I do not even get to watch tv unless i have enough merit points earned to watch what ever the warden deems fit to be seen by us inmates. No cussing allowed either. No smoking, no alcoholic drinks, no sweets, no seconds. Much like Oliver Twist. I am never full enough to say that I have over ate. Sure I get protein but not always in the form of real meat. I do penance for my sins daily, usually 1 to 3 hours a day after working for 10 hours. I get to weed the garden if I am good. Break rocks if I am not. If I am really bad, I get solitary confinement. Then I must do penance for 12 hours a day to get a slice of dry bread and a glass of milk two times a day. There is no parole for me because of my crimes. I have been here for five very long years now. I am just 29 years old and will live to be around 85. Over a half of a century to go. 56 years more or less according to statistics. My family can't stand the thought of me any more. My fiancee never said a word and is most likely is married with a child or two by now.

Dan was the lucky one and I hate the idea of him ratting me out like he did. But I do know that if I was him, well, I would have done the very same thing as he did. I now know that I should have not only not done what I did but I should have been man enough to admit that I did what I did. Maybe I could have parole one day. I messed up big time and now I am paying for the mess up for the rest of my life. I doubt that anyone set me up because I did what I did. Not everyone gets into this prison but I would like to know who gave my name to them. And who it was that arranged for me to do my time here rather than in a normal prison.

I have nothing to lose or gain. Even if you give me money I can't use it. It would go to the family's relatives. I am not allowed gifts because of the murders I had arranged. So what exactly do you want to know?" Matt spoke in a glum tone for he knew that he was nothing but a number here unless someone asked for him. Even then they most likely have to look up his name and see who he was.

Upon seeing that the students were beginning to get bored with that project, Lady Violetta decided to finish the class.

“The last element is air. Air is all around you and I am sure that each of you have done something with air. So let’s put the Earth Experiment away and get a pink box from the pile.
You can manipulate air, creating gusts of winds to blow away enemies, or keep yourself alive in worse areas by drawing in clean air to yourself. If used hard enough can wear down even the mightiest of stone.



In this box is a small box with a balloon attached to it. And yes the basket is large enough and can give a pet a ride if it is done correctly. The basket is made with stretchable fibers and will carry any of your pets up to 50 pounds.
This experiment is to see if you can blow up the balloon which is a tough material. When you get it blown up or get tired of trying to blow it up, use another element to blow up the balloon. I would like to see who can blow up the balloon the easiest.” Lady Violetta spoke as the students began the last experiment of the day.

"Hey dude. I know better than to answer dumb questions like that. You know why I am here. If you actually don't know then you are more stupid than you look. Now ask me something that pertains to your visit. " Matt leaned forward and growled softly then leaned back.

~I think that he is trying to intimidate you, Lance. Perhaps you should stick to your own line of questioning. Say something like you know what you are told and need verification from him.~ Linda suggested.

"So I guess to wish to be super magical is out then..... And the wishing well idea isn't worth asking for....... I'll just have to take time to make my 3 wishes. It must be exciting to be a genie and do magic. " Juliette spoke as she began to unpack her suitcases.
"I need so many things and have a bit of money,,,,,, ahha they did give me new sheets and blankets in my favorite color. Such nice fluffy pillows too. Tell me what happens after I make my 3 wishes and how long I have to make them. A guideline as to what you can do would be nice too."
Juliette was very careful not to say certain words or even think them just in case she accidentally makes a wish.
