At that particular moment Lady Violetta felt a sensation of 'falling students' and closed her PLTs.. She moved to the Spiral Staircase and spoke quickly
"To the main floor if you please."
She whirled around until she finally landed on the main floor. She glided quickly over the floor and the Great Doors open as the Hall Clock chimed
'New Students on the Fall, Lady Violetta.'

"Thank you Hall Clock and thank you Great Doors. " she spoke warmly as she glided out and down the steps to see who dropped in.

"Salutations, new students of Caldwell's Academy of Magical Talents and Draconic Arts. I am your headmistress, Lady Violetta. I do hope that your fall was a safe one. No broken bones or bloody noses?" Lady Violetta asked gently as she inspected the new arrivals.
