Remember the kid from Turbo(I didn't watch much of Turbo so I can't remember his name). They friken showed him growing every time he morphed. I actually found it really hilariously stupid as a child.
Also if no one wants to be apart of the San Clemente group at the start I'll go ahead and make NPC sheets for the current leaders.(Alex isn't one for sure. He doesn't want to be:)
@ViolentViolet That's up to you if you want to. I was just setting up a group for the Dana Point survivors to run into so we can start with a tiny bit of tension.

With the Fire Snake I can adjust it to where he is trying to learn a new way to use his fire chakra and hasn't developed the jutsu yet. I haven't finished the bio yet but it should be done soon.

So how many more characters are we waiting on to show up at school?
OK this is a basic rundown of how the group at San Clemente High School works. Each month everyone votes on who they want to be a part of a five person council. The five with the most overall votes are the leaders for that month(everyone only gets one vote). The five then determine who will run what for that month. The five areas are Scavenging, Security, Supplies, Inner Management(keep peoples morale up and punishment if need be), and Walker and Foreigner Control(deals with the walker cleanup mostly and people who aren't apart of the group). No one person is allowed to run the same position two months in a row. No one person is allowed to be on the council for more than five months in a row. Every Monday Wednesday and Friday the council meet together to discuss any recent developments and on Saturdays they give a weekly update to the members of the group. Any time a new person shows up they ask them the three questions that are asked in the show to new people in addition to, "Is there someone after you?" and if yes then, "Why?"

Each person typically has their own way to run a division but they are all very similar. For Scavengers the person in charge picks three people to run their own teams. People can be on multiple teams and anyone can be on the team. Security just picks who they want watching the defenses and how often and the rotations. Supplies picks one person to assist them in taking care of the supplies and does continual counts of the items they have and determine the rations for the month. Inner Management just deals with the people. Works kinda like a psychiatrist really. Also determines punishment based on what occurred. Walker and Foreign Control typically just takes out straggling walkers outside the school and key locations around the city. Also deals with anyone who isn't part of the group.

If anyone needs clarification for something or wants to make an addition or comment feel free.
@Halvtand I haven't completed the biography just yet, but I was going to have him been born in a clan from Suna. He won't even know he has the ability to use it for a good while. Even then he would have to learn to use wind nature before using it.

Edit : Also he wouldn't really absorb it. He would just dissipate a small amount of it.
@Halvtand What do you think of a Kekkei Genkai that uses fire nature and wind nature to use in a similar fashion to Scorch Style but instead of evaporating water in the body it slowly drains chakra with each hit. Also instead of taking the form of fire balls the flames come off the hands and makes it appear as if the users body is on fire. If it is allowed though my character wouldn't yet have the ability to use it right now anyway.
