Personality:

Jake is a very easy guy to understand. He wants to help everyone he can any way he can. This is probably due to the fact that his heroes were his father and uncle who were both cops. Each gave their all to the community and Jake was so much like both of them. Rarely thinking of himself Jake constantly puts other safety before his own. He's outgoing, energetic, and a great friend.

History:

Jake was raised by his father and mother in a small town where everyone knows each other and secret seems to be etched out of the dictionary. It's not like people didn't try to keep a secret.(How do I say that sentence without the double negative?) It's just that when you live in a small town its hard.

The people Jake looked up to the most were some of the most well liked individuals in the community. Jake's father and uncle were friends with everyone so Jake and his cousins seemed to be raised by everyone in town since no one wanted to see the children of these men to turn out bad.

Jake wanted to be just like them and so his dream was to be a police officer. Cliche of a kid but he didn't care and he stuck with it. If he wasn't doing school work, playing sports, or helping someone he was training his body. He wanted to stay as fit as he could because he knew it'd help him for sure.

He was on the road to the closest city when while passing passing a slightly bigger town than his he was pulled over by the military who quickly ushered him and a few others off the road towards a bunker. The whole time he was in the bunker he worried about everyone he knew back home, but offering his aid to anyone who needed it took his mind off of his own worries.

Skilled in Hand-to-Hand Combat, Decent at small firearms(i.e. pistols), High Endurance, Slightly above average male strength.

Power:

Control over Density

Abilities:

With Jake's control over density he can raise or lower the density of anything himself or anything he touches. This means he can make things to where they can be almost completely intangible or make something so dense it is almost impenetrable. However, once losing contact with an object it returns to its normal density or when he is knocked out he returns to his normal density.

Weakness:

He can only make things pass through other objects if he is altering the density of both things. Similar issue with making things near impenetrable.

When adjusting density if he does it to quickly, especially with his own body, he will feel nauseous and dizzy.

@Wick Was the location of the bunker near a city, town, or just out in the middle of nowhere?

Well power by running water can be unreliable depending on if the source runs dry. It works good as long as the water keeps running.

@Wick Typically a generator runs on gas. If you find one that runs on something else it was either very expensive or custom built/some random person with technical know how made it.

Sadie had a weird look on her face when Ruby called her the girls fan and rival. "Fan? Rival?" Then Sadie realized the girl was talking about how they were both going to be involved in the contest. "Oh, you're talking about the contest. Well, I wouldn't say I'm anyone's fan per say, but I will be cheering everyone on and hope they do they same for me." Sadie truly wanted to be friends with as many people and Pokemon as possible.

Sadie looked to the boy who had been admiring Berry and said, "Are you going to be a part of the Pokemon Contests as well?" At this Roggenrola hopped over to the Slyveon and said, "Roggen Rog Rola!" The small rock's version of saying hi.

Well, the only time she can get on is when she's at school so I would think she'd at least pop in.
