The Justice League trailer is giving me mixed emotions. On the one hand, I desperately want to get hyped. On the other, Snyder and co have burnt me too many times in the past. I'm a conflicted mess.

Each member of the team was greeted with a grunt as they entered, the fact that Fenrir wasn't much of a talker surely being cemented into their minds now if it hadn't before. All the team made it down to the training area in good time, all except Litheal. The teleporter hadn't contributed anything to the fighting the night before either, nor the debriefing afterwards. Fenrir's threat had been clear, anyone who didn't make it this morning was out, and he fully intended to carry it out. This was the final nail in the coffin for Blink's career in the Outsiders.
"Team. Firstly you'll have noticed Litheal hasn't joined us this morning. His time with the Outsiders is over." He ran his stern gaze over the team, daring them to challenge him on his decision. When no argument was forthcoming he continued, skipping all preamble.
"See the flags?" He said, pointing at two flags, one at each opposite length of the field. One was red, the other blue. "I will split you all into two teams. Each team will have a flag to protect, and a flag to capture. How you do so will be down to you, though I will be assigning each team a captain. Whether you listen your captain or not is up to you."
"For this exercise I will be primarily observing, though I may run interference for either side. Understood? The team protecting the red flag will be led by Twilight, and consisting of Molotov, Quantum, Madcap and Belle. Warpath has blue team with Poltergeist, Omega, Thorn and Bloodwalker. Fight starts in five, so I suggest the you leaders get your teams ready."
I've never even used a vehicle in it, other than when they force you to in the story missions. I have a feeling they might have rushed getting the game out.
Yeah, I was so betrayed when Lego Batman 3 didn't have a true open world city element to it. Really couldn't get into it after that.
Honestly because they are so brainless is why I have a problem with them. If a game does engage me in thinking and problem solving I tend to get bored of it pretty fast with the exception of probably the Lego Games though in that case I just feel a need to get a 100% completion and unlock all the characters haha.I haven't ever got a 100% completion award in a game. Even if I complete them I get bored far too quickly to keep at it. I think I only unlocked about 3/4 of the lego Marvel characters before I literally couldn't take anymore stud collecting.
I got so much replay value out of X-men Legends and Ultimate Alliance mostly because they were both 'switch your brain off games'. No real challenge to them, and about as deep as a shallow puddle, but great fun. Then again I've always enjoyed hack and slash button mashers, and that's about all they are.

So sorry I haven't been around to post. I've been dealing with some health problems and work has been murder. Not much to catch up on, the team left Luthor's as the fight wrapped up and now Fenrir has decreed that they must start training together.
This just in, Batman Arkham Knight will be rated 'M'. I am officially pumped for the story now if it was dark enough to bump the rating up.I was pumped about it as soon as Rocksteady announced the project lol And I hope once their done with Arkham they move onto the Suicide Squad. A first person/cover shooter were you play as Deadshot, with all the loving attention to detail that only Rocksteady can supply? That would be my dream game.
I feel I should add that I don't usually use memes, just that was two golden opportunities.
