"Right now mostly websites, a few project designs for some new buildings, and some animation work for some test footage for commercials. If I'm lucky a movie once in awhile. It's not always the greatest paying but being a freelancer at least gives some room to ask for your own wages so it works out well in the end. One day I might decide to go more into the gaming industry but for now I'm fine with where I'm at," he said ",Funny, I thought about joining the military before deciding programming. Nearly did but I was a bit overly sensitive to a lot of what was going on around me. To much distractions that kept me from being focused, wouldn't be so good in an actual situation. I mean you aren't in service right now so what do you do?" he asked Aura his nervousness somewhat ebbing away glad that at least she didn't see his profession as a waste of time like some had before. He had never much thought on what his soulmate would look like, but somehow looking at the person in front of him now, seemed to always be etched in his mind.

Alekaiser was somewhat surprised at first seeing someone walking towards him, especially one who was wearing an army uniform. Horrible thoughts quickly rushed through his head of what the heck his other half had done the night before but he kept a straight face and internally breathed a sigh of relief when it wasn't about his full moon change. When she mentioned her name he looked at his own arm for a second having not memorized the name to see if the name was a match and found out that it was making him unsure if he should feel joy or terror.

"It's Alekaiser, no 'y' but it's close enough. If need be just call me Al, most do who can't pronounce it right," he kept himself calm as best as he could somehow worried that any wrong word would screw the entire moment ",Pleasure to meet you Aura, unique name you have. Can I offer you a seat in this booth?" He wanted to mentally smack himself to some degree on how stupid he probably sounded but was stuck with the cards he was dealt and allowed Aura to decide on what next to do.

"A 1st lieutenant you said? That's impressive," he added ",Can't say I have any grand rank but I'm a programmer if you were curious. A freelancer one."

Alekaiser awoke with a start thanks to his alarm on his phone going off. He had only gotten a few hours of sleep due to the night before had been a full moon. He shut off his alarm popping his neck and got up making his way to the bathroom taking a look at the mess of last nights hunt on the outskirts of town. The sight that greeted him would make most run for their lives but the blood that covered him made him feel good, at least the wolf in him wouldn't be restless. He cleaned himself up before dressing in a plain white t-shirt and navy blue jeans. He briefly caught site of the blue writing on his arm, something he hadn't looked at in years, at least not extensively. What greeted him wasn't something he was particularly fond of and that was the date. He had tried best to ignore it as if it would disappear if he didn't give it any notice though he knew that wouldn't happen. He sighed figuring it would be best to still try and ignore it rather then overly worry about meeting his soulmate. What he was could always be kept a secret.

He left his home looking at his phone through his emails to see what he needed to get done for his clients who were in need of assistance ranging from programming aid to making some form of animation for a brief commercial or even aiding in a presentation for a new building design. All the while he made his way through the streets and people who were going about there day as he headed for the cafe he usual went to early in the day to get a bite to eat. As he drew nearer the mark on his arm began to bug him but he continued to ignore it as he entered, finding a booth in a back corner of the cafe and getting his usual order of coffee with a burger, the meat being rare. All the way he ignored the burning itch of his mark.

Bio: Alekaiser is a pure blooded werewolf, a rare being for it means that his mother did not shift for the nine months he was in her womb due to if she had, he would not of lived. Even rarer is that his mother survived his birthing so he was reveared by his parents as a gift for them to be able to have a son of their own blood. He was born in Norway, but did not live there long for his father's job had required moving around. At the age of three his father got a more permanent job in the United States, along with finding some fellow werewolves who let them in their small pack.

For some time, Alekaiser did not know what he was, his first change wasn't until the age of six and when it happened it terrified him. His parents tried to console him but he retreated into himself and spoke little becoming a loner who did not want to be near anyone afraid that he might hurt them because the wolf in him was easy to agitated for those first few years. In those years he developed a passion for programming finding that it kept his mind away from worrying about what was just under his skin.

It wouldn't be until highschool that he finally broke the chains that held him down and stopped hiding inside himself. He gained control of the wolf and was less afraid to be around others. He passed his senior year on top of his class and went off to college to continue his practice of programming and animation that he enjoyed. Once completing college with a masters he set off into the world deciding to do some traveling before settling down, the worry about a soulmate at the back of his mind near forgotten.
