"I've eaten worse," James said, before he picked up the birdhouse...if you can even call it that... and his jaw actually dislocated to make enough room for it to fit in his mouth, then he simply swallowed it whole before his jaw popped back into place.

Since its mouth was open, he simply threw and exploding fireball straight into its mouth, which would make it explode.

James stopped Ivy before she could burn it. "Wait. I could probably use that to fuel my flames. I need to eat flammable things to keep my fire's power up anyways, since I'm pretty much a dragon."

He has nanomachines within his body that enhance all of his physical attributes, and give him a passive regeneration ability. He can also activate a cloaking ability in a set of power armor that he wears that warps the light around him, making him invisible.

His right eye was replaced with a crystal made of concentrated magic from multiple people that was concentrated into a solid form, but they put it inside a special mechanical eye that occasionally glows blue, and he also wears a special set of power armor.
