It's not even explained how these forms exist. Are they all out at the same time? Is it one dude who changes between them? This very important detail is completely missing.

Only one personality can be out at a time. That's the one downside to them all being the same person. but they don't know that they're the same person. o.o

well, he actually can pretty much bring out their powers to the maximum they could potentially be, pretty much "evolving" them into having an extremely OP version of their powers, even if it is only for a minute or two.

Abilities*: Whoever he touches with his bare hands has all of their hidden potential temporarily unlocked, "evolving" them into an almost godlike state for a short time. He also has his own "evolved" state that he can enter, but it puts an extreme amount of strain on his body and as soon as he turns back to normal, he usually falls unconscious, and he can only stay in that form for a short time without putting his life in danger.
How you could work in a team: He can enhance his allies' abilities.
Personality (You can keep it short if you wish)*: He has multiple personalities, too many to describe.
History:He won't talk about his past, but apparently he trained in so many things that he had to fragment his personality into multiple so he can actually remember his many skills.
