He is also very tired a lot of the time, tending to sleep through long lectures and speeches(it's actually a gameplay mechanic in Persona 3 just to make him less tired. XD).

James stopped as he heard Chase and Tyler speaking. He looked at Tyler. "According to the way her powers work, omnipotence is not possible, because her powers are still limited by her knowledge. The only way for her to become omnipotent would be for her to also become omniscient, or all-knowing."

James looked at them. "Go ahead. As long as it doesn't involve dark matter," he said. "That's actually how I got these powers."

James just simply shrugged. He really didn't want to rely on anyone else's help. He sighed as he looked at his hand where the fingers were missing. "...looks like I have to fix my hand again...." he mumbled to himself before glancing around at everyone else.

James sighed. "We might as well head back to the school...the price for using my powers is starting to take its toll anyways..." Instead of accepting Chase's help, he simply turned his back to her as he stopped using his powers. A cut on the back of his neck was visible, and his left index and middle fingers were gone, not to mention that only he knew how much damage was hiding under his clothing or inside of his body.

James's voice changed again. "Then we shall do the one thing that only we can do." His voice now sounded like one hundred different people talking at once, in unison. "We will show you the full extent of our power." He looked at Chase with a serious look. "Together, we are the hundred-faced demon. Yours is not the first god-like power we have faced. We have faced the opposite of your power, and will we face yours too."

James apparently just now regained control before Reina explained Chase's abilities. "Damn...then...I guess....I'll fight you by reversing my abilites." He turned back to normal, and now the markings were only on his arms, but instead of glowing like before, they turned completely black, as if they just absorbed the light itself as it hit them. "Let's see how you use your power...against something that eats your power."

Abilities: Adol does not have any innate magical ability. All magical abilities that he gains during his adventures come from magical artifacts or were bestowed upon him by mystical entities such as Dragons. He, however, demonstrates a nearly impeccable mastery in the utilization of these abilities. His endurance and swordsmanship are his main strengths though. Examples of this is when he made it to the top of a tall tower filled with monsters and traps in less than a day, and when he killed a large creature in a colloseum despite having been tortured for days and being equipped with a small, weak weapon.
