For the first two balance balls, the bar served the purpose it was seemingly made for, with him holding it horizontally, perfectly evenly much like a tightrope walker does, though for the third one he suddenly flipped up, planting the end of the pole against the balance ball and lengthening it to skip that one completely and land on the next one after that.

James didn't even care that everyone could see him as he actually started to pull out his left ulna(the longer of the two bones in the forearm), lengthening and straightening it as he did so, ending up with a five foot bone pole/staff, most likely gonna be used to help with balance but, well, you never know with a guy who apparently decides to use his own spine as a whip.
