Looks he just wears a blue version of Deadpool's outfit, because he has a skin condition that spread because of his regeneration, and he very rarely takes off his mask.
Personality kinda crazy, has a few different voices in his head(just like deadpool did), really reckless, jokester, prankster, can be an idiot sometimes(but he's a little bit more serious than his dad), loves pie almost as much as his dad loves chimichangas.

Power(s): Telepathy and Telekinesis, but he can't stop reading people's minds. his power is always active, so he just has to concentrate it so he's reading one one or two people's minds at a time. Also, when he gets angry, everything in the room starts to lift off the ground and fly around, smashing into everything.
Personality: mostly TBR, but he has a really short temper, and chew a lot of gum to keep himself calm.
Bio: James lost his temper a few too many times from people making fun of him for his strange-colored hair and eyes, which caused his telekinesis to go berserk each time, so other superheroes deemed him a threat, and considered him useless if he couldn't control his temper or his powers, so they sent him to the USO. He didn't have a choice, and was forced to join.
