A little explanation on Koles power: He needs his phone. He can't quite grasp the idea of 'BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND GET POWERS!' but 'type in phone get thing' is something he can understand a bit easier. Also things he summon take a second or so to realise gravity so time to move out from under.

Narral

NAME: Narral Bat
AGE: 25
SEX: F
APPEARANCE:
Standing at around 3’11” Narral is a Halfling and as such can be easily lost in large crowds so try and keep an eye on her if you can.

PERSONALITY: In all honesty she’s a bit of a dick when you first meet her, her rather rude and brash personality being one of her many number of flaws. Lack of direction her life being another one coupled with that horrible eavesdropping habit a group of adventurers might suddenly find themselves with an uninvited guest. As a very blunt individual Narral is rather simply, possessing very little tack while some people might treat a topic with caution Narral will waltz in and probably make a mess of it. But despite her rather rough exterior Narral is actually quite nice and enjoys the little things like yummy food and playing her harp for others to hear. Never one to turn down a challenge has led to many horrible surprises when she next woke up with a hangover.

However while Narral isn’t exactly cruel shes not exactly a nice person either. When confronted with someone in trouble, such as asking for directions, she’ll jam a thumb in the direction you need to be going and send you on your way with a snide comment and minus a wallet or purse.

WEAPON: Gauntlets, because it’s nice to feel your enemies jaw breaking beneath your knuckles.

DESTINY’S OATH:
Hit Them Harder: Putting her gauntlets to rest Narral will begin playing a rousing song on her harp that will invigorate her nearby friends into punching the bad guys through the face. Literally. This lasts for around 3 minutes during which the wooden leaf on the harp glows a very bright red.

TRINITY LINK:
Throw the Halfling: Literally what it says on the tin. When thrown by her partners a great crimson flame will engulf Narral on her journey towards the enemy. If the enemy/enemies live they will suffer severe burns. ((To be unlocked upon attainment))

ADDITIONAL GEAR: A small harp, granted it was built for a human so it’s a little bit big for her but it’s still a small harp. It’s a family heirloom actually buts it’s been broken and mended so many times that only the little wooden leaf at its tip is from the original. Her mother would always say it was a gift from Eris, the Deity of Music, but it’s highly doubtful though Narral still likes to pretend it’s true anyway.

The League - First Blood (Persistent World Superhero Sci Fi and Fantasy, Always Open)

She'll be joining shortly after, maybe say hello to a few old faces, as she really wants to give the exercise another go and hopefully get the damn newspapers to stop referring to her as 'Rolling Girl'.

Looky here its Chris and she's gotten a bit better since we last saw this lovely lady. Just tell me if I need to change anything.

Chris

Name: Chris Alesto Lan

Codename: Rolling Girl, but Chris really doesn’t like the name. Blame the local newspaper. Lately she’s been trying to spread the name ‘Break Neck’ but it’s not going so well.

Age: 28

Gender: Female

Place of Birth: England, Basingstoke

Affiliations: She’s well liked at her local police station.

Occupation: Previously a baker, Chris is now a volunteer police officer for her local police station, but she will take weekends off to just do some baking as a way of income.

Appearance: A little bit on the chubby side, probably because of the numerous cheesecakes she loves to bake and loves even more to eat, this pear shaped lady stands at a respectable 5’6” with elegantly dark locks, descending to her shoulders, framing her brown face. Round eyes sparkle happily above a slightly crooked nose, and her lips always seem to have a smile ready and waiting.

Most of the time Chris will wear comfortable clothing after struggling to choose from her range of many band t-shirts, cool looking designs and the occasional dress for the perfect summer’s day or special event. Topped off with a pair of shoes, most of the time being simple sneakers.

When on duty however Chris will dress in robust blue jeans, a short sleeved shirt of some kind, a leather jacket and some good running shoes which may need replacing more often than she’d like to admit. In addition Chris wears knee and elbow pads, because honestly who running at the speed wouldn’t, along with a bicycle helmet, pilot goggles and slide gloves which are very useful for those tight corners.

Powers:
Super Speed - An absolute classic. Going at high speeds Chris can run up and along walls for a short period of time until her momentum peters out, the idea of suddenly falling prevents Chris from doing this often.
While Chris can break the sound barrier she has yet to do so because it is a very scary prospect to go so fast especially in densely populated areas, plus the wind hurts! She might do so at a later date however when she’s braver, more skilled, better prepared and in the right place.
Spin Attack – The power that is the basis of her name. This is one of Chris’ ways of attacking an enemy by curling up into a ball when running at high speeds or by simply spinning from a standstill, a recently learnt trick that Chris is very proud of. A few occasions Chris has used this technic to break through wooden doors but any other material stronger than that will only result in a (worse) back ache. While actually stopping is still a problem for her Chris has learnt to slow herself down whilst still spinning and can go for about five minute without getting dizzy (after that pray you have a sick bag somewhere).

Skills:
Parkour – well not quite, she’s still learning to get the hang of it so is likely to make a few mistakes but she has vastly improved this ability since her last encounter with the League training room.
Hand to hand combat, sort of – She grew up with two older brother so you know she can hold her own in a fight. Recently she’s been taking boxing lessons to better prepare herself in fights prompting her to come charging at the enemy with fists ready for punching.
Cooking – while decent at most meals, Chris is one of the best if not the best at cooking sweet things such as cheese cakes and meringues.
Faster reaction time – While not hugely better than an average human reaction time Chris is simply faster than most.

Equipment/Resources:
Little backpack to hold things such as phone, purse (both are very useful no matter where you are) as well as some chocolate bars, energy drinks as well as a spare change of clothes because you never know.
Car. It’s a little car that may be a bit old, but it does the job of getting her places and holding her shopping.

Weaknesses:
Heights – Damn that is a long way down, but Chris has learnt to ignore this fear for the most part.
Stage fright – That’s a lot of people.
Metabolism – Her body is breaking down food and drink at a much faster rate than she is used to. While before the awakening she could happily get through the day with the simple three meals she now has to eat more often in order to gain the nutrients and fat her body needs to survive.
Exercise – It’s tiring and it hurts to be running around everywhere, there is a reason why she still owns a car, so Chris will need a day or two now and then to just relax and not do anything too strenuous.
Heart Rate – When running it’s obvious that the human heart speeds up, the same applies to Chris whose heart pumps a lot faster to cope with the speed of her limbs, and injecting poison into the blood stream will guarantee it to reach all the vital organs quickly and efficiently.

Psychological Profile: Chris wants to be liked, and admired, and adored, and looked up to by so many people. But, she’s afraid of being the centre of attention for fear of being judged harshly by others so unless she’s literally thrown at it Chris is unlikely to enter the lime light, and even then may need some moral support. But lately she’s been pushing herself to really get out there and improve the way she interacts with others.

Chris is, overall, a very practical sort of person with her costume being made to help her deal with her new found abilities rather than look brilliant. Furthermore if there is a problem Chris will work almost tirelessly to correct it and weighing the different options she has against each other to find the best one. Since the awakening Chris’ confidence has grown with each good deed she does and each new fan made, but her confidence is still fragile so a snide comment or criticism could make her withdraw into herself for a while.

Biography: Chris grew up in a town in England with a name easily forgotten and somewhere where the winter storms forget to visit at the right time of year. Being the youngest of three kids and the only girl, Chris quickly learned to stand up for herself when her brothers descended with water pistols and plastic swords which often lead to her teaming up with her older brother to attack the eldest.

Chris had always been a rather hefty child but was too busy running about to pay much attention to the adults with their sighs and disappointed shakes of the head. But very soon the little whispers began to seep their way into her mind crushing the poor girl’s confidence. And so she made her way through school keeping her head down and trying to draw as little attention to herself as possible tacking comfort from the delicious foods she could make.

When the few friends Chris had made found out about her skills they started to keep an eye out for any and all baking competitions in an effort to get Chris to join them. At first Chris was resolute against going to them but over time her friends insistent nagging finally broke through and Chris attended a baking competition with a rainbow cheesecake as her entry. She didn’t win first place unfortunately but she did win third and she had managed to stand on stage in front of a crowd of people without saying something stupid, and counted this as a victory. Pretty soon it was Chris on the lookout for competitions she could enter, while requests for her legendary cakes and biscuits quickly piled up so high Chris decided to make a proper business out of it.

She was at another baking competition when the event happened and burnt her hand on a pan during the few seconds she and everyone else were dead to the world. After that the UK went through its little phase of trying to capture and catalogue all supernatural and meta humans, but of course that didn’t work. There were far too many to be contained whilst still following basic human rights and some were too powerful to listen to reason from screaming corpses. The little Island nation descended into chaos for a time locked into a war between people of the old and new, with many fleeing the country by any means they had at their disposal. It was here that Chris became aware of her power and used it to her advantage to get herself and anyone nearby out of the latest barrage of crossfire she found herself caught in, before making her way to the coast and hiding away in some small part of a ship.

The UK is a lot better now but Chris doesn’t see herself going back anytime soon. She now lives in another town in America, also with a forgettable name and geographic location, where she volunteers at the local police station working with other metahumans to keep crime down in the local area.
While the League did accept her Chris decided not to join as the training session had brought many flaws in herself that she hadn’t noticed before. Since then Chris has been working very hard to improve herself to a point where she feels she can actually make a difference in a fight rather than just running around dodging everything. However despite still not feeling quite ready to be tackling big villains Chris has decided to try joining the League again in the midst of rising reports of the Legions actions.

Other: Do not start a poke war with this woman, this is not a mutation but one of the many laws of the universe that she will win every time!

Kole wasn’t sure if he wanted to get awesome powers just yet, despite how cool that would be. In fact the only thing on his mind at the moment was getting his phone fixed so he could try and call someone or something, maybe he could access google maps to find out where he was. With GM and such gone the group he was wish relaxed and chatted with each other as Muse and Callum tried to convince the rest of them about believing themselves to get their powers. Was he been the only person here to have his phone on him?

Once again Kole couldn’t help but scrutinise the idea and decided on the fact that something about this place had changed them in some way. Something in the atmosphere maybe? He liked Muses explanation that likened their powers to the placebo effect as it sounds somewhat more scientific.

“Well I’ve got nothing to lose.” Kole had spoken to himself followed with a deep breath. “I can fix my phone.” He had muttered with closed eyes and phone held on his open palm in front of him.

Then the ground leapt as a giant bird rammed into it at speed. With a yelp of surprise Kole fell to the ground and stared at the beast that possessed a tweet that didn’t belong to it. Sitting there frozen in fear Koles eyes followed the bird storm after Callum with vengeance. What could he do? Kole didn’t have any powers, he had no idea what power he had or how to use it or what to do or-

Clutched tightly in his hand Koles phone vibrated and ripped him out of his circular thoughts. Looking down at the screen Koles eyes grew wide at the familiar nine circles of the unlock screen. He had fixed his phone. Ignoring all else on the screen Kole unlocked the phone still racking his head on what to do. No bars. No luck.

What the hell was he doing? The thought shrieked through his mind. There was a giant bird nearby and here he was trying to make a call! What the heck was he going to say ‘yes hello there, I have a giant bird problem please do the helping thing’? Heart hammering away and with ragged breath an unexpected thoughts popped into Koles head. The World Ends With You was a DS game he had very much enjoyed and one of the characters used their phone to fight by summoning things into existence above the enemy. Kole had a phone, not that it really worked as a phone, and according to the others just believing he could do something just by believing he could. No it wasn’t just a silly idea it was fact! He had believed he could fix his phone, albeit somewhat half-heartedly, and here it was working properly. With jittery thumbs Kole typed into the search bar on his phone.

With a flicker of light and a pop of air moving out of the way an object appeared a few feet above the bird. It was very big, rectangle-ish with many windows, seats and four wheels. For a moment that bus sat happily up in the sky with the word ‘Bird’ on its destination sign. Then it fell.
