hey ho hi :3
Expect a post by me tomorrow.
Kole had quickly hurried after Callum both eager to see what other lands lay before them and to make sure he didn’t end up on his own without anyone. But wondering the darkened streets of an abandoned city Kole quickly decided that the plan had severely backfired. He had lost sight of Callum when he had gone around the corner of a very tall decrepit building but lacking the courage to call out for him, Kole was left alone

With every creak and crack of the empty husks Kole’s heart leapt up into his throat in fear. Multiple times Kole caught himself jumping at shadows under the broken gaze of the long dead city. After nearly screaming from a trip Kole once again resumed trying to calm himself down with couple of deep, steady breathes of the burning cold air.

“Calm Down Kole.” He muttered quietly to himself just in case something was listening. “Just, try to distract yourself. Think about something else.” He chuckled nervously.
But as he rounded the same building for a third time, staying as close as he could to where he had last seen Callum, he found that it was much easier said than down.
oh noes D:
You meanies :T
Oh dear, I hope he's okay. Might just be having a bad day and should be alright soon.

In other news another reason why Chris hates the name 'Rolliing Girl' is simply because "I thought you'd be younger". Yes I am going to be very cruel to her about her code name and no one can stop me.
Chris chuckled at Ocean warriors remark as a way of trying to break the air of depressing tension around them. At the very least he seemed to be handling the situation well and hopefully that would help the others feel a bit less stressed. While of course in these situations it was good to be paying attention and very serious about it, being stressed could very easily flip over to making a lot of mistakes through fear and worry.

“No doubt we’ll be fine. As long as we’re careful.” She replied, trying to ignore the gazes that were being drawn towards her. “I’m Chris by the way, but I go by Roll- Break Neck.” She quickly shook her head when she had almost said her original, and least liked, code name.

Whilst talking to Ocean Warrior Chris had mostly turned away from the little holographic set up the Pariah had, leaving the other recruits room to gaze at the diagram before them, but out of the corner of her eye Chris managed to spot that change in scenery.

“Ah! They’re in.” And with that Chris, much like a few other recruits, whirled around to look down at the little hologram.

“Now what do we do?” The question very soon arose from one of the new recruits.
I vote we take the bus.
Who here knows how to drive?
Sitting up high with the others Chris looked down at the restaurant below them caked in ice to entrap all those within. She couldn’t see much of what was going on inside from this distance apart from a few moving dark patches on the other side of the frozen glass. With a gasp and a flinch the sounds of screaming and gun shots struck her ears from the encased restaurant but with gritted teeth Chris forced the sickening churn of her stomach to the back of her mind, she had to stay focussed on the task at hand and help get the survivors out of there unharmed.

Pariah was, of course, a brilliant strategist as the two training session Chris had been in had proven to her as well as the numerous reports on his own heroic escapades so she felt in good hands knowing he’d be the one giving orders. Trying to distract herself from her heart trying to wrench itself from her ribcage Chris glanced over some of the new recruits that had joined them noting the looks of unease or big-headed cockiness they possessed.

“You ready for this?” She directed the question with a reassuring but wavering smile to a tall man with fins on his head. Ocean Warrior no doubt.
"Need to take it as evidence. No don't worry the Police are okay with this."
Chris had been one of the many people who had dashed towards their rooms when the sirens had gone off but thanks to her super speed she had been one of the first to reach her room. With well-practiced finesse Chris quickly got changed into her own more practical clothing, but making sure not to wear the shirt and jeans she had done in the training, before diving back out of her room just in time for everyone else to arrive. After a few ungraceful hops down the down living quarter corridors retying her shoes Chris pelted back down the corridor either sliding through the crowd or weaving through the stragglers.

It was a few minutes later that Chris found herself in the Atrium along with, to her discomfort and worry, a very large number of other recruits being pulled into the throng of loudly chattering people Chris started to worry that if this many recruits suddenly showed up at once wouldn’t that force the captors to try and kill off some of the hostages. Her stomach churned with nerves under the pressure of all these people around her, the air nearly crackled with energy or quite possibly from another recruit nearby. Taking a few deep breaths to calm herself, despite knowing from experience it never worked before a mission, she prayed that whoever would be calling the shots for this mission had a plan.

“No, no. Can’t, nope.” Chris thought aloud.

Of course her luck had guaranteed that she was stuck right in the middle of the throng of people in the Atrium and squished between a few other recruits as they babbled excitedly with each other. With an excessive number of “pardon” and “excuse me”s Chris managed to push her way back out of the crowd and the Atrium, she could always jump back in near the back when they began the briefing, to the large open hallway.

Lean back against the wall beside the wide open doors Chris took a few deep lungfuls of the cool fresh air grateful to be out of that stuff room. As she stood there, getting a few odd looks from the other recruits that ran past her, she spotted another recruit who looked fairly lost if the look on their face was anything to go by.

“Hey there.” Chris pushed herself off the wall and walked with a friendly smile towards the…person. A flicker of a frown passed over her face as Chris once again tried, and failed, to decide on the sex of the person before her. “Are you okay? You look a little bit lost.”
