I have received 11 submissions so far. I implore you to submit a CS, however, as you only have a chance if you actually submit one. :)
Solid mana is like other mineral resources; its abundance depends on the Sphere in question. I'm that sense its value varies. Liquid mana can be found in just about every large body of water in Aurora, so its value tends to stay low across the board.
It's up to you.

Is there a variation of technology between the spheres?

Anderiel said
Yup.

Yes there is variation in technology between Spheres. "Technology" is pretty much the same as it is today, save for the lack of computers and space flight. All energy is supplied in some way by mana, however, not by fossil fuels, sunlight, or wind and such. Projectile weaponry -besides bows and crossbows- are absent as well.

Hovercraft technologies have been achieved, as well as flight in airships running on gaseous mana.
The Aurora Wikia is live!

All individuals who intend to participate in the roleplay are free to add their ideas to the wikia, though do note a couple things:

  • You are forbidden from detailing your character you have submitted or intend to submit in the wikia.

  • You may not add to pages you have not created unless given permission by its creator.

  • Follow the formats of pages that have already been created. Be neat.

  • Creating information in the wikia does not guarantee admission into the roleplay. If you are not accepted I have the right to remove any information you have made in the wikia.
  • No one is a GM or a co-GM besides me. Anderiel has just been asking many questions that I answered, and she knew the answer to Foxxy's question.
Added a Question and Answer section to the OP with current questions that have been asked.

Delphia seemed to ponder in though, the key word being 'seemingly', however. She was clearly distracted in other ways, observing the surrounding city street, this time attentive to several things far more macroscopic than a bug. Eventually however, she once more lost interest and returned to the concerns of her so-called guardians. A quick glance over the whole lot of them elicited altogether different words than 'guardianship'. Their colorfulness cemented their silliness in her eyes, though she was adept at hiding such emotions. She spoke up,

"I'd like to..." she trailed off, considering the two options money-bags offered, "a home cooked meal." Her eyes narrowed and she looked in between the gazes of the four present quite rapidly, as if scanning them for their own vague opinions or reactions. She crossed her arms and puffed out her chest like a spoiled child, expecting them to comply regardless of her apparent concern for differences in choice. "I don't like being outside, and Beringer's pockets look like they can afford a fancy home," for a split second it seemed as though she were smirking, "but we'll see if he is any good at cooking." Tapping her foot lightly, it became apparent that she was becoming impatient despite having just made the decision.

"I hope you have a car or something, I don't like walking," she complained.
Still waiting on Theow for Massachrist, and Rinnee to do stuff in Event Horizon (in the collab).

Now working on a Saint Material post.

EDIT: For the next Saint Material post, I advise a collab. If one of you want to make the link now, go ahead. If not, I'll be doing it (and starting on it) tomorrow. Prepare for action.
Spheres that regularly use airship travel know of their Sphere's gravity threshold, and prepare for the immediate shift in gravity when they approach that threshold (which is a specific height distance from the Sphere surface). Depending on how they're oriented to the Ocean, the passengers lock themselves in place, the ship passes the threshold, and it orients itself so that it's bottom is pointed to the Ocean.

It's a sudden change with no gradual transition.
