VKTR-17 can definitely see him, and piece together who he is.
Uskri can see him, bind him to him (if he says yes), and converse freely with him.

@NeutralNexus Just because you're a Villain doesn't mean you can't be polite about it... It kinda helps if you aren't a dick while you backstab someone.

It's Bacchanalia. Also, you have what you wrote in the parentheses backwards. What you want to say is something like "you can't spell 'win' without 'I'. Also, the Latin word, from which we get anal, not only can mean the obvious definition, but also an old woman. The more you know.

I'd say that while it might be somewhat uncomfortable, it would probably work. Cats tails are extensions of their spines, after all, and are flexible.
