Powers: Celine's abilities are fairly straightforward. Her body is strong, abnormally so, and she can handle most blunt force trauma (I.E; punching through a wall, getting hit with a crowbar;) without batting an eye. However, piercing attacks, and slashing attacks affect her normally (so she can get cut and stabbed with knives, or shot to death, but not crushed beneath a tank, or bludgeoned.) Her internal organs are also resistant to blunt trauma, so it is hard for her to get a concussion, get knocked out, etc. She has enough physical strength to easily lift a small car, but anything larger is difficult.
Skills: Celine used to be a bouncer in the Palm Springs area, in a seedy bar in the bad part of town, after getting a Film and Photography major, and finding little work. She spent years at this job before her powers manifested. When they did, though, she decided to make money off her ability, and became a hero-for-hire, doing good and battling injustice for exorbitant prices. She is excellent at brawling (not martial arts or boxing), and using her .50 caliber pistol.

Equipment/Resources: Celine has her body armor from her hero-for-hire days, and her trademark .50 caliber revolver. She has a knife, for safety, but she's no knife fighter.
She also is in possession of a Canon L Lens Series camera, but she only has a Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM Lens, and doesn't have a computer to connect it to, but she has plenty of unused batteries for it.
Weaknesses: Celine, while inhumanly strong, and durable (against blunt trauma), can still get shot and stabbed like anyone else. She wears body armor to protect herself from this, but it isn't any better than a normal soldier's. She's also impulsive and brash, always rushing into situations without thinking.
Psychological Profile: Celine was always tough. With a gung-ho, impulsive attitude, she isn't liked by those that prefer to plan ahead. She is impulsive, preferring to think after acting, but if she has to slow down, she is quite canny, showing a surprising amount of intelligence for someone so bullheaded. She enjoys a good time, and can appreciate tranquility (for about 5 minutes).
Biography: Celine had a normal life in Palm Springs, California. At least until she fell off of a cliff, while hiking with her mother and father. When she landed at the bottom, however, she was perfectly fine. When she got back up to her family, she discovered that she was part of a swiftly growing group of so-called metahumans. However, she decided to not let her newfound ability change things, and she kept pursuing her dream of becoming a photographer. She attended a small photography school when she graduated, and got her Bachelors' in Film And Photography.
For two years after graduating, she tried to find work as a photographer, but was unsuccessful. So she decided that she'd use her ability to make enough to pay the bills. Becoming a bouncer in one of the seedy areas of Palm Springs (Which is not that bad compared to other cities), Celine kept her powers mostly secret, with everyone simply believing that she was an Olympic-level athlete who chose to be a bouncer after an injury. Until one fateful day, when a man found out.
The man, it turned out, was an ex-mercenary, who felt that he was unneeded in the rise of the metahumans. He immediately recognized her ability, and offered to become her handler, so with his expertise of the mercenary world, and her abilities, they became a powerful duo.
In the years leading up to the Fall, Celine, who went by her callsign 'Dozer' when on the job, either took out or put away several dangerous criminals, mostly metahumans. Redshot, Silverfall, and Phage were some notable Metas that she took out, gaining her some fame across the West Coast. She is a recognizable figure to most people who paid attention to the news during and before the Fall, but she is nowhere near the level of recognition that someone like Zenith or Pariah has.
During the Fall, after weeks of frantic searching, Celine found her family. It wasn't pretty. They were dismembered, disemboweled, and atop the wall of the compound of a certain Vampirist who was convinced that he was Vlad Dracul himself. He wasn't. He wasn't even a proper Vampire. Just a metahuman with abilities like one. Celine, along with her handler, Andrew, killed him, and started making their way west. They arrived like tornadoes in the middle of the wasteland, confronting a group of raiders that had a scavenging group cornered. Saving the scavengers, she was brought back to the Citadel, where her renown and her powers earned her a place as a Division leader for a group of guards that patrolled the Citadel, the Walls, and the area around it. She is usually at the forefront of every battle, despite the protests of other officers, and has little patience for the paperwork required. Andrew usually takes care of anything that doesn't require her signature, anyway.
