Current Isn't it great when someone blames their Rp issues on you when it is truly their fault?

Note to self:Eating Blazing Wings from BWW is not a good idea if you don't want to feel like you are dying.

Always fun to have two 1x1 rps die before they even start. Gotta love being ignored.

"I was raised to believe in logic and all that. If I can see it then it's real. I've never definitively seen proof of Magic and thus I do not believe in it. "He said with a matter of fact tone. "I'll do it. Just because I'm curious and I'm not doing anything better tonight. "He said looking at the magic book section. He didn't know if she was for real but she felt like she was. He shrugged as he looked at the book she had shown him before.
Owen clearly was not taking it well at all. His face was a mixture of confusion and worry. "Magic power... Okay now I know you are crazy. My mother just owned a book store. She wasn't some sort of crazy broom riding witch..."
Owen looked down at the book and his confusion only grew on his face. "By using the powers of magic one can bind the magic of a person... That makes no sense. Magic isn't real. It's just a random tattoo. "He said clearly not believing her. "Sure I could move stuff at random but that's nothing new..."
Owen glanced at the book and gave a small scowl. He hated vegan food. Then the woman asked for a book just like it. He held he book up and showed it to the woman. "This is the book for you! It's exactly what you need..." He said as it sunk in how the woman had known exactly what book to give him for this lady. He sold her the book and walked back towards Rachel. "How? How did you know I needed that book for that woman? I didn't even see her come in..."
Owen looked at the book and shrugged as he turned to go talk to the new customer. He didn't recognize her but still plastered his usual smile on his face. "Hello! Welcome to the Twisted Tome. Can I help you with anything? "He asked as he glanced at the book he had been given.
Owen just gave her a look that was both parts confusion and belief at the same time. "Maybe it is. I mean my tattoo is "magic". "He said doing fingerquotes as he pulled up hos sleeve to reach the tattoo. Anyone with magical knowledge would recognize that it was a rather strong power bonding circle. It appeared to worn out. "Had that since I was five. It got really light after my parents died. "
"I mean I remember seeing you in the shop after they died but that's it. Did you know them? Everyone I ask about my parents just look away when I ask about them. I keep trying to ask around. Maybe someone could explain why the books no longer seem so old. It's like I see those old books in a different light.." He said seeming a little confused. There's something he's trying to understand but just couldn't reach.

More to come later. I kept it vague to fit in the theme.
Owen gave Rachel a shrug. "I have no idea honestly. She never really was that open about her beliefs and all that. Kept my brother and me out of the loop for her life. I wish she would have told me about her life. Now that she is dead..." Owen said looking downtrodden for a second. "Have we met? I feel like you are familiar?"
"My mother gave me a love of this bookstore. "Owen said looking st the books like their were all priceless treasures. "I feel like I never knew the real her. She was always hiding something from me. Like there's something there that I couldn't know..." He said with a bittersweet tone. "This place was her legacy and I have to keep it going. "
