Village of Hishiro

Introduction
	For thousands of years, wizards and witches were once separated from humans. Abused for their abnormal ability the magical community slowly began to die out and in their last attempt to survive a war broke out between the two sides. The war was gruesome and brutal, many civilizations were destroyed during the war-- though when it ended both humans and magical beings made peace. Today both magical beings and humans coexist as one to work together to build a better and hopefully brighter future. 
	
	Today, Japan is one of the most advanced countries in the world. Scientists of magic and nonmagic work together to create magnificent creations that accelerate the world's advancements. Many wizardry schools have also formed around Japan including, Mahoutokoro which was created by a thousand-year-old entity that simply goes by, Mrs. Tohru. But sadly Mahoutokoro lacks students and is at the risk of being shut down so, in her last call for help Mrs. Tohru sends out letters to a select amount of individuals in hopes of restoring her school.

The Town
	Hishiro is a small rural town far away from cities like Tokyo, Osaka, and Hiroshima. It's secluded hidden away by surrounding mountains, dense forests, and scattered rivers. Hishiro is one of the few towns that is directly connected to a Ley Line which makes the town itself extremely valuable, though luckily the Japanese Government has land locked the area from non-authorized citizens. Being a strong source of mana the founder of, Mahoutokoro created an academy with permission from the government a mile away from the town hidden by magic from the citizens of, Hishiro. The sole founder had hoped to gain a plethora of students, though sadly none had accepted the schools calling and thus fell into deep depression. Now the school is transparent to both the real world and the wizarding world.

" Welcome to my school young ones, if you have received this letter you have been chosen to come to my school of magic! You will be relocated tomorrow soon after you've received my letter so that you can prepare to move out of whatever home you've been living in. After preparing simply rip the letter and a portal will open. Make sure there aren't any obstacles in your way! Thank you! Goodbye. "
