A teenage girl, about fifteen or sixteen, sat in a dark bedroom against a wall with the garish glow of a computer screen lighting her face. Brushing a strand of her sleek hair away from her face, she absentmindedly hit 'submit' after spending a good thirty minutes or so typing up a character sheet for a summer camp roleplay or something, making sure to copy her work before hitting the blue button under the text box just in case the Guild was having problems, as it had been lately. She yawned-it was late, way too late, and although she did not have school the next day, practice started early. When she next opened her eyes, the dim room and bright computer screen were gone, instead replaced with a feeling of floating in a vast, depthless ocean. She watched in shock as streams of numbers began to fill her line of sight, all ones and zeros. Where had she seen that before? She had a mental flashback to sophomore year math analysis, and instantly recognized it as binary coding. What the hell?

Struggling to get her bearings, she did not notice a sensation reminiscent of a finger slightly prodding her brain until it grew more persistent, more prominent. "What?!" she snapped inside her brain, and the feeling ceased. Frowning, she managed to discern that she was no longer in her oversized t-shirt and leggings she wore as pajamas, instead in a not uncomfortable form-fitting skintight suit made out of some kind of stretchy material and she was carrying a light backpack. She carefully unzipped the backpack, which was easier said than done due to the feeling of suspension in some type of liquid, and the girl closely examined the contents. Pulling something that looked like a plastic circle decorated with gaudy colored tape out, she furrowed her brow further. The object was familiar, that was for sure. It resembled her rhythmic gymnastics hoop, down to the sparkly decor. However, it was much too small for it-about six or seven inches in diameter. Setting it back inside the backpack, she decided to leave it for now.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a thought that was like her own but it was not at the same time entered her mind. My name is Willa, she said inside her head. Right after she thought the sentence, a growing sense of uncertainty began to gnaw at her gut. Willa? Yes, Willa. What else would it be? I don't know. It doesn't seem right. My name is Willa. No, it's...I can't remember. Maybe it is Willa after all. The girl was growing frustrated, as it was almost like she was having an argument with herself.

"My name is Willa," she said aloud, and it seemed right yet wrong all at once. She repeated it a few more times, and it gradually began to grow on her. The newly dubbed Willa began to examine her surroundings, taking note that other people and creatures and whatnot were beginning to materialize in front of her. Oh, boy. What the fuck could be going on?

Character nickname: Willa Gracemore

Gender: female

Appearance: Willa has thick straight black hair down to her waist (which she plans on cutting soon) and dark brown eyes. She usually doesn't wear a whole ton of make up or anything like that simply because she's too lazy for it and she really doesn't care. Willa will usually wear her hair in a high ponytail or in a messy braid (which usually gets undone within an hour). She has dry lips that are an average size and a darkish pink color that are constantly chapped, so for that reason alone she always carries around a tube of lip balm or chapstick. Willa is 5ft 5in and around 110 pounds, with rather small hands in proportion to her body and thin fingers and feet.

Personality: At a first glance, Willa appears to be a quiet, reserved person who prefers being alone to socializing or spending time with friends. However, once one gets to know her, Willa is a total extrovert with a love of laughter and a penchant for food. Willa is selectively stubborn-meaning if she cares about something, she won't stop until she accomplishes whatever it is, but if she doesn't give a shit then she'll find any way she can to get out of it. Willa is a selective perfectionist as well. For the most part, Willa, to put it bluntly, is kind of lazy. She doesn't really like doing much besides bumming around all day on the internet, but again it's selective-if something she enjoys doing requires work and effort, then she'll give 110% to it. She hates being excluded from things and can be irrational and petty at times, but in addition to that she forgives and forgets fairly quickly. If she is upset or angry about something, she tends to hide it and not let it show on her face, instead taking out her frustrations in private. Around strangers, Willa is a bit shy and doesn't talk much, but when she's in a familiar environment with people she enjoys being around it's like a switch is flipped. Willa is loquacious and outgoing, and the feisty and sassy side of her shows. Willa is a very emotional person and lets her feelings guide her decisions and take over her thoughts, a flaw that she is well aware of. The will of the character made by ayzrules was not particularly strong, and for the most part the avatar maker is in control besides in terms of appearance.

Alignment: neutral

Skills: Before-nothing very practical, she doesn't really have any understanding at all of programming and engineering and the like. Willa has fairly good cardiorespiratory endurance, but she is not very strong. She is unnervingly flexible from years of rhythmic gymnastics and has alright coordination, but other than that she does not possess many physical abilities. Willa can play the violin as well. She is pretty good at art, especially ceramics and calligraphy, but again it's not something all too useful in the real world.

After-her physical abilities are enhanced (meaning more strength, more speed and endurance, and more flexibility), not to the superhuman extent (besides flexibility) because they were not fully developed to begin with, but to maybe somewhere in between average and superhuman, leaning towards superhuman. As a result of years spent practicing rhythmic gymnastics tosses, her depth perception, spatial awareness, and sensitivity to where things are and how fast she needs to go to get to them are increased after being sucked into cyberspace as well.

Powers: Since her physical abilities were given a huge boost, the things that Willa was great at in her past life are now things that she is beyond extraordinary at doing. Her flexibility was increased to such a degree that she is able to contort her body into a variety of different shapes and forms and stretch her limbs up to twenty feet and compress herself down to the height and thinness of a large cat (trust me, this does not look very pretty). Her toes are also unusually strong and nimble due to the strength and flexibility Willa needed to point them enough before the whole cyberspace sucking affair, so she can use them as well as her hands if she is barefoot. Willa is able to influence the emotions of others by transferring any emotion that she’s felt to their mind, and either amping up the intensity or decreasing it as she wishes.

Equipment: Since clothes generally don’t stretch with her, Willa possesses a jump suit-type thing that allows her to stretch or compress herself freely. She has a small combat knife, but considering she has no fighting experience it will probably not be of much use until later on. Willa wears toeless socks so she can use her toes to manipulate things. She has each of the four apparatuses of rhythmic gymnastics (which were technologically augmented) at her disposal:

-a pair of clubs about a foot long each, pretty self explanatory on what they do but they are exceptionally light and slender for the amount of damage they can cause, both are a plain white color

-a long, lime green ribbon, which again is more flimsy than it looks. It sort of acts like a lasso or grappling hook (think rapunzel’s hair in that disney movie tangled), can grab onto things and pull them towards or away from someone

-a hoop with about a 3.5 foot diameter with alternating sections of silver, blue, gold, and red tape. when activated, blades slide out of small compartments concealed within the hoop and begin to spin at a lethal rate. the hoop is lightweight and can be thrown pretty far, depending on how much force someone uses in the process

-a pale blue rope, heavier and thicker than most jump ropes. has two knots at the end, and being hit by them is painful. can be used kind of like the ribbon but the rope is much shorter and heavier. Willa can attach various objects to the ends (a blade of some sort, a rock, etc) to add extra damage

-a rather eye-catching bright pink ball which can launch small darts with explosives on the ends of them, Willa has a regular supply of these darts. The max firing speed is one dart every second, and to reload there are a few actions Willa can do with the ball (which function as commands) to be able to load more darts and release them. the darts explode upon impact, and although the explosion itself is not that spectacular, it can cause a pretty decent amount of damage

everything can be folded up into about the size of an ipad and they are usually stowed away in the sturdy yet lightweight backpack she has

Other: not really anything, if i need to add stuff lemme know-i have a feeling my charrie may be underpowered but idk
