Well, for one thing, he would be arriving with a group, so he wouldn't be running late, as everyone got there at the same time. And of course he would be in the right place, as we haven't really moved much. We're literally just standing in an entrance hall, which is right past the gate, so he wouldn't have had to travel far. If you're looking for a way to interact, just introduce yourself, you don't need to be 'running late' and ask a question your character should already know the answer to.

Zack woke to his alarm and got dressed. Once he was ready, he got in his car and drove himself to school, parking into a spot. He got out of his car and locked it, walking up to the building. "Another day in paradise." he said to himself, sarcastically.
Chronos, I'm gonna have to ask you to alter your post. Everyone at the city came in groups from all over Alagaesia to the Dragon Rider City, which is just outside Alagaesia. This is something everyone there knows, so it's something that your character would know, so it would make no sense for him to come up asking or wondering where he was.

Humans, Dwarves, Elves, Urgals. As for the dragon, normally I's say it's fine, but alot of eastern dragons are really long, and I'd rather not have really long dragons
