I never said that... I said that there are more in powers... The restraints however will be stacks...The more powers & skills (that will help you in a fight) your character has, the less powerful and more restraints we'll be expecting on those powers. Persay we just have someone with only superstrength vs someone with superstrength, superspeed, super agility, super vision, cryokenesis, pyrokenesis, super durability, super regeneration, flight, Teleportation, invisibility, skill in everything that is everything and electrokenesis... well that person with more powers has the most variety though their power is only going to be above average human in comparison to the man with just super strength that can poke skyscrapers down (exaggeration)... basically this.Plus I like to over exaggerate... Nobody will be absorbing the entire city's energy or controlling it all at once.... but they can absorb everything near them or control what they see around them. (FEAR THE FREEWAY!!!)

I thought people should only fear the freeway when Daniel and Leoheart meet on them? XD
