If it turns on and then turns off without giving you an error (which it always did for me), you check the crash reports folder in the instance. The first line will have Reika's description for the error.
I've got the secondary MC pack set up for David to make a server for whenever.

For reference, we hit page 3000 five months ago--25 October 2015. 2000 was six before that, on 8 May. We hit page 1000 on 3 June 2014, and started on 17 Jan 2014. This means that we've actually been catching up to our speed at the beginning of NewGuild.

They can. They and their incarnations are well versed in seals and their workings. What Soren is doing now is finding the specifics of the seal's requirements.
