She chuckled, it's amazing so many people can deal with her and even want to charge towards her. Now smiling stupidly at the thought of being a "Celebrity" Taking the last bite of her banana she almost choked hearing Roxanne agree to sing with her. "Y-You're...that's it girl!" She cheered throwing her banana in the direction of the trash can successfully making it, "This is great! Now we need to come up with a song." She giggled at the people behind her eyeing both of the young ladies down. Hopefully Roxanne will get used to people staring at her and even sprinting her way, after she rocks this performance. Zay took a sip of her water, scanning the room she saw how relaxed everyone behaved. It's not like the cafe had an abundance of noise and chaos but this atmosphere with the Autumn beauty is pretty sensational. Still, this is only when the weather doesn't feel completely disgusting and the air is heavy and foggy.
Noticing her usual caffeine beverage on the counter, which has been in front of her face this whole time she thanked Roxanne softly. Picking up her drink she took a taste, a sigh escaped her lips as they stayed upon the lid, felicity impounding her. She glanced at the door seeing Ryder has finally arrived, Zay beamed up with happiness. Once she got near them both Zay said her good morning with a pleasant smile. "Classic Ryder. I'll go with you next time, haven't been out partying in a while." She chuckled, also taking a drink of her coffee, which is helping a lot with keeping her energized and awake. Ryder's voice as she ended her sentence made Zay blush slightly, of course she didn't make it noticeable "We'll be singing soon. When I say we I mean Rox and I are singing together!" She grinned. Looking back at Rox she smiled and rested her hand on Rox's forearm. She was worried Rox will begin to tense up and become too anxious to sing with her, "You're going to be amazing." She spoke softly trying to comfort her friend.
Looking over at the door Zay kept her hand on Rox's forearm for a second longer before exchanging it with her coffee. It was Liam coming towards them with an awkward grin on his face, which made Zay chuckle. Raising an eyebrow she smirked playfully, "I understand completely. Try to make it as harsh as possible." She giggled. She was actually excited to stuff cup cakes into his refrigerator, but that would be plenty of money spent for a foolish prank. She finished up her drink with an audible gulp throwing it into the same trash can from earlier.
Taking out her phone she began to search for a blues type song and was unsuccessful, there is a song she has in mind but can't find it anywhere. Grumbling under her breath she shut off her phone and laid it(could be a less vicious slam) onto the counter. Yes, she is getting a bit irritated maybe too aggravated. Gazing up at her friends towering over her she asked, "Y'all have any song recommendations? Blues songs to be exact." The word "Y'all" slipped out by accident but she didn't fret about it.

Zahra was already up and ready to take on her day, prepping for her performance at Village Coffee inside her apartment. Her outfit of the day is a pair of blue faded overalls with scattered rips, a crop underneath reading 'Basic just won't do it' and a pair of scuffed low purple converse. Today she wasn't dressing to impress since the weather just screams "Chill" and her plan was just to have a calm, fun time at the cafe. Still she knew someone will comment on her demeanor, it doesn't feel like a day without unwanted criticism. Zay's hair is natural falling down to top of her bosom, she has already put in her oils in the correct sequence to keep her hair shiny and bouncy.
Sitting in the average yet comfortable family room she lounged on the couch watching a Spanish soap opera, a guilty pleasure of hers. Her legs dangled slightly off the couch as she kicked them back and forth. In the musical business there were only a couple planned out at the moment, one being a family comedic drama and another being a romance musical. She was interested in both but she was getting bored with romance musicals, a girl can only shriek "Please, don't leave! I-I love you!" Oh so many times. Also, her throat kills her afterwards. Still, it's not supposed to be a clique love story like those before it's supposed to be more of a thriller love story. Something new and exciting.
"Oh my Gosh, Diego! Are you an idiot?!" She roared at the screen, knowing that they couldn't reply back to her. She kept the sub titles off because they got in the way and she always likes to practice her Spanish. Pausing the show and moving her attention towards Danny and nodded at the question if she had a show tonight. "I would love to watch Deadpool! We can order it after the show." She smiled sweetly, "Gotcha!" She ended as he left the apartment. Everyone seemed in a rush, while Zay sat lazily binging a soap opera which isn't even that good. She clicked off the television and raised from the suede couch, a purchase she's glad the two roommates made.
Feeling a buzz on her bum she reached into her back pocket taking out her phone reading her recent text. "Jeez Rox, give a girl some leisure time!" Typing in her reply she included her emoticons and hearts.
Yeah the text was a lie but come on who uses "I'm five minutes away." And they're actually five minutes away? Exactly. Pushing her phone back into her back pocket she took her charger off the coffee table and made her way over to the kitchen. In front of the refrigerator she opened it up and snatched out a water bottle, after shutting the door she took a banana from behind her. Leaving the kitchen while grabbing her black miniature backpack -stuffing her water bottle and banana inside- she picked up her keys from the hook near the door and exited.
Inside the hallway she stuck her ear buds into her tiny ears and walked to the stairs ignoring the functional elevator. Freezing in her steps she peeked over at Reed in front of Rox's and Ryan's apartment door. Greeting good morning and waving at people she passed she tried not to miss one person, everyone should start their day feeling welcome and happy. Pushing through the double doors she smiled delighted by the view displayed in front of her. Though she isn't a big fan of Autumn she has to admit, it can get pretty beautiful. Before going over to the cafe she made a little trip over to the park. There was a huge pile of crunchy, colorful leaves that just wanted to be kicked. And since no one else did already, Zay took matters into her own hands. First slowly walking to the pile her pace quickly escalated into running towards it full speed and smashing her little foot into the stack.
Her giggles turned into pure laughter, people looked over at her a if she is mad. Her laughter blended in with the children's as they passed and beginning to play with the leaves themselves, with either the parents yelling at them to stop or watching them in amusement. Zahra's work here is done and she skipped over to Village Coffee, leaves stuck to her hair but she could care less. She waved at Danny not noticing he was texting someone on his phone. She entered Village Coffee with a smile stretched across her blemish-less face. Her smile is innocent the epitome of a person enjoying life,"What's up everyone! How are we doing here?" She greeted strutting over to Rox as she leaned on the counter."You should totally come up and sing with me. I'm thinking about singing some blues, something smooth to go with this weather." She grinned, Zay knew about Rox's ambitions in becoming a singer and she gave her as many pointers she could give her.
As the customers passed by she thought about texting some people, notify them about her performing at Village Coffee. Her fingers moved rapidly across her phone screen as she sent out a couple of messages, not taking under consideration that some of them have to work themselves. Also responding to Ryan's text message.
Sending the text to Liam she giggled and sent a couple others to people that don't live in the complex. Glaring at Ryan's contact she is wondering why it's so...bland. Everyone else on her phone has an emoticon or something next to their name but him. No use to think so hard about it. She turned off her phone and rest it on the counter. Digging in her bag she took out her banana and started to munch on it quietly, keeping her mouth close while chewing.
