I wanted it to be modern day but slightly in the future so maybe 2020 or so?

Chimera is a company that has it's hand in so many things no one is really sure what they are doing. Currently they are supposed to be doing medical research, plus a few other things on the side.
Chimera has a LOT of people in their pockets, including senators, judges and many military personnel. There terminated employees are written off as passing in 'accidents' that are common in a facility such as this.
They are an American company.

I'm sorry, I meant to put those things in the first post but I got distracted helping my grandmother and forgot.

Name: Charlotte 'Charlie' Kirk
Age: 24
Class: C - Shark Specialist
Work: Works with the sharks inside the facility, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Also keeps record of the shark population in the water surrounding the facility.
Bio: A passion for the sea led Charlotte to make oceanography her major in college but her focus shifted to sharks fairly quickly. Their power and mystery fascinated her and she became determined to understand them. After working hard and long in the pacific, studying and swimming with many large sharks without a cage, including tigers, great whites, nurse and whale, Charlotte became known as one of the worlds leading experts on shark behavior. That was when she was recruited by Chimera. The money was nice... okay vary nice, but she accepted because the multi-billion cooperation agreed to let her use her findings in her own research and conservation efforts towards endangered sharks. She has been at Neptune V for about six months now and has started noticing that the shark population, as well as other species of fish and animals, in the waters surrounding the facility are starting to dwindle...
Personality: Charlie has a mouth on her. She can be just as seemingly cold and sharp and callous as the animals she studies. But she just doesn't see a use for many people, especially those who think that sharks are mindless killing machines that need to be destroyed. She will bite your head off (pun sort of intended) if you mess with her sharks. But she appreciates the food chain in more ways than one and shows proper respect the higher ups. She doesn't pretend to know everything, but expects you to respect her knowledge of her expertise. Anyone who looks down on her age or thinks she's a dumb blonde has a surprise in store.
