Well as for why Anthony is there he is just a curious bugger, he'll probably buy one of the pacifiers for convienant parts once he realizes it's just a glorfied tazer. After which he'll continue on his quest for the convoy.
I guess this is a question more for @Tyler than @Lord Wraith, but I'm going to guess your collaborating on the fairchild electronics plot. So what dirt, if any, would Anthony find on FE as of him digging in his underground networks? Or is that a more private convo? ;P
