Abilities:
-Death touch: has to touch in order to work. Kills mortals and plant life, weakens supernaturals, and dulls a gods senses.
-Statue control: any creation of his liking he can bring to life and control. This includes busts...but those aren't very useful. He can see through them, but is completly vulnerable whilst doing so.
-Judgement: Anubis can see the soul of individuals and judge them. He is also capable of showing the individual the errors of their ways. Often mortals do not handle this well...most do not survive the experience. Those who make it often will change their ways considering that after being judged by Anubis he is the one that leads the dead to their destination. If going to a good place it is a peaceful journey...those who are bad...usually get dragged to his realm since he is the one who passed judgment.

Bio:
Anubis is the Egyptian God of death. It is said when one dies and goes to that realm Anubis is the one to greet them and help weigh their heart. Once judgement has been passed Anubis is the one to guide them to their next location...bad or good. Every few centuries Anubis comes to earth to watch the mortals since he cares for them so. Every time he surfaces he develops two avatars..a jackal and a human...and has three powers. During this time he is not allowed back to the underworld...a sort of forced vacation. The time period usually lasts quite a long time to humans...but to him it's a small amount of time. He is usually neutral, sinply observing the human race...however occasionally he is known to intervene if too many humans are threatened.

Personality: Anubis is rather serious with very little in the way of a sense of humor. He is not known for jokes and when he makes one it's almost shocking.

Other: he loves black coffee.
His blood is of what looks like liquid gold. It is not. It is also said to have healing properties...but this could be a rumor.

Light tanned skin with what seems to be a gold dusting...he has one tattoo of an anatomically correct heart on his wrist and pale pink eyes. He stands at 6 foot 2 and is lean in muscle, like an archer, though he is much stronger then he looks. His wings are ombré starting with pale almost white pink and ending in deep almost black red.

Powers:
-Illusion: can create illusions that are extremly life like. They can be seen, felt, smelled, and touched though the more complex the illusion the harder it is to focus on and the less he can make. It also leaves him more vulnerable. Often he prefers to lessen them. They appear real, but try to touch and you can't. Only extreme circumstance leads to the more complex.
-flight
-Body morph: strangely, this is more of a racial ability. He can change his body into something more appealing to his victim. He can even change genders...though when this is done his "I'd still be considered male darling" he can then feed off of the lust to sedate his demonic half.

Note: being of dual good and evil means that sometimes the evil side comes out..when this occurs small horns make an appearance on his forehead. Luckily, the demon half is a succubus and simply wishes to cause mass amounts of lust.
He is also very egotistical...very.

Bio:
Cupid actually was a villain. He would often cause trouble for the area he was in along with trouble for the local heros. Eventually, they caught him and we're going to toss him into a high security cell...but they found out he is half angel. Now he gets to show up at conspiracy to "They put it as *air quotes* reinventing myself"
He doesn't talk much about his further past being that he was raised by a succubus...not much needed to say there.

Powers:
Speed: everything about him is speed. He thinks fast, runs fast, eats fast...that type of fun. Downside is his metabolism is enhanced meaning that he must consume large amounts of food to keep up with his body. (Like a hummingbird.) If he does not eat enough he will get nauseated and will pass out. He also cannot get drunk, but he does not know this as of yet.

Healing: excelerated healing. Very useful for if he skins his feet or breaks a bone. The more minor the wound the less time it takes.

Skills:
His intelligence is one notable skill. With fast thinking, he can do things like speed read, solve complex math problems, and memorize important things (textbook chapters or equations) with increased speed and remember it. Not exactly flip through and have it down but much faster then the average person.

Parkour is another notable skill. He can leap about and bend way too well.

Clumsy...somehow being fast has lead to him being increasingly clumsy. His main enemy is an untied shoe or a rock he didn't see. He has gotten better though.

Appearance:
Well built with flaming red hair and green eyes Cal stands at 6 foot 1. His skin holds a dusting of freckles and he is hardly seen without a smile. he usually wears jeans, red converse high tops, a red hoodie, and varying shades of t shirts.

Suit:
Cal's suit is made of a material to decrease friction. It is all red with two yellow lightning bolts on his hips. His matching shoes have specialty soles so he does not run through the soles and skin his feet.

Bio:
To put it lightly, cal grew up without the sense of family. He was in foster care for most of his life until the west family adopted him at age 16. The main reason being that his best friend found out that he was in foster care and felt that everyone needed some form of family. He excelled in school and actually graduated from high school extremly early before moving on into the forensics program. He found he had a knack for it and his adoptive father was in law enforcement. He felt a calling and he went for it basically.

Where does his power come into this history? Well before he went with the wests he realized he could read at excelerated speeds. Which isn't exciting until Cal reached high school. His reading was incredibly fast and he realized he could run fast after running 5 laps on the track faster then most could run 2 with that realization, he kept to running when he was alone and worked on slowly pushing the speeds. He started having to eat more as his ability increased causing him to be seen with jerky sticks sticking out of his hoodie pocket.

His adoptive father figured out his adopted son's abilities after an incident causing cal to trip...for 4 miles...
Cal was given the option to join a year ago and took it. He wants to help people and what better way then by working with the government.

Personality (Fae type has effect): Feoras is hot headed with a very small amount of patience and tends to be rather stand offish to people. He is hard to crack with a tendency for people to be met by his wall of coldness instead of his more kind self. He does care he just has become unwilling to do so. He is sarcastic to the point where it takes a few minutes to tell if he is being so with a quick tongue that if it has to can become silver.
He hasn't looked genuinely happy in a very long time.

Appearance:
Natural: he is quite tall at around 6 foot. He has the build of an archer with jet black hair that seems to have some deep red in it. His eyes are like fire with a tendency to change color with his mood. His eyes are usually a good warning for those speaking to him of how he is feeling. Generally they tend to be an orange color. His skin tone is a light olive color and comes from a mix of both sides. He has pointed ears and features that are between feminine and masculine, making him a beautiful fae. He has very faint freckles on his face which is somewhat odd but somehow works on him. He has a thin scar on his neck that looks like it is from a knife or dagger. He also has a tendency to wear a gold heart pendant and a small gold hoop in his left ear. He seems to never remove either. He also wears all black.
Glamour:
His glamour is slightly paler with no pointed ears or freckles. His scar does remain though allowing for other fae to recognize him in this human form.
He also tends to take the form of a large black stallion with a reddish mane and tail.

Background:
Feroas came from a human mother and father. His mother had been in a prior relationship before his real father abandoned her in the woods. His real father was a cruel human whom luckily decided to get rid of the woman through ditching instead of something worse. His mother did not know that she was pregnant when she met the oddly beautiful man that would become Feroas' adopted father and the only parent he ever knew. An odd relationship formed between the human and the fae and she knew happiness and loved him even though he did not seem capable of loving her back. His mother's belly grew and the fae decided to be there for the woman during the pregnancy. He vanished to be with her for the pregnancy and was there for the birth. That was the last time his father would see his mother for she died during child birth and was beyond healing. His father took him home and raised him by himself claiming feroas as his heir. This was a good thing because his father's wife failed to bear him any sons and only bore a daughter who became sickly at a young age and passed on.
Feroas was known for being a trickster with a kind heart. He would feel the urge to play tricks on people some days and other days he would be the kindest one. He tended to be kind more then a trickster as he got older. All was going well with him, he was 'loved' by his father (his wife was iffy) and the summer fae adored him. Seemed like all was going well.
Until he spent one of his days in the human world and fell for a human woman. He was in his horse form running on the beach when he found a human woman walking the same beach. Considering that it was night he found it odd, so he watched her for some time before he was noticed. The woman didn't seem scared rather curious of the horse. They ended up falling for each other after she had taken him to her small house and he had become human. By falling it was more one ended. She fell in love while he became possessive. They had long conversations where Feroas found her fascinating. He started feeling emotions that he never had before and even felt sad when he started going home for weeks at a time and would only see her for a day or two before leaving again. He cared for her deeply in the sense that he wanted her around and wanted to take her home, but she refused. Even after he showed her his true form and told her everything about his home she refused. This has baffled him and he decided he would not force her to go with him. After all she probably would leave him if he tried. It was quite a difficult situation for him since he felt like he needed her around, but only if she kept being happy with him.
At home during this he was more joyous then ever before and often would help anyone who needed it. It was obvious he Had found someone or something he was find of, but he had kept his human well hidden from them all.
Unfortunately that all came to a sudden terrible halt when his love was kidnapped. He was home and unable to get to her before nightfall...and he didn't even know she was in danger. Instead he was excited to present to her a gold heart pendant that she had been eyeing. Feeling that it would tip over her happiness in his favor and he could get her to come with him and be around all the time. Kind of like a pretty bird.
His love had been kidnapped and since she didn't have any large amount of coin on her the two men had decided to keep her tied up downstairs. They were brutal to her, but she stayed strong which made her boring. Bored of her they killed her.
Feoras went to her home and found it empty. Panic raced through him as he darted into the small cobblestoned town. He managed to find her corpse which snapped something within him. When he found the two kidnappers he attempted to do a more human styled fight, giving him a scar from the iron dagger one of the men had. This angered him to the point where he could no longer hold back.
Those who survived say that a black horse with a white fire mane and tail lit two men on fire then proceeded in running through the village burning any and all who were there. He was still angry and in his natural form he was seen going from roof to roof the white of his eyes black and his irises a bright white as he lit any remaining building on fire. There were few survivors, but they watched hidden as he went to the burning remains of the building that had his love. With tears streaming and steam coming from that he picked her up cradling her as he left.
On a grassy hill looking over the beach there is a grave with a large weeping willow. he visits sometimes to mourn his human's death and often is seen with a somber expression.
This has changed him into the fae he is now having found no woman he has fallen for like his human and nothing to get him out of his mourning.
Maybe someday...maybe someone
But right now he is the way he is and is often seen alone at any festival. As if the dancing and music is simply not the same anymore.
He is much like a child with a dead pet, he simply hasn't found a puppy that can pull him out of his slump yet.

Other:
He is capable of playing several different instruments, but doesn't pick any of them up anymore. He has no motivation to do so.
He often goes into wooded areas when he is free. Often mindlessly wandering as if to clear his head.
His powers are largely fire related coming from his adopted salamander father

Tiras is passionate about black smithing and an honest man. However, his short temper gives him the reputation of one not to short hand. He is not one to speak loudly unless enraged or, if one were to get close enough, emotional. He is rather average in smartness, but quick enough to survive. He is kind to those that earn his friendship and respect, which is not many. He is often silent, speaking only occasionally...the feeling of being an outsider shaped that quirk.

Tiras is the royal blacksmith. He does work for lords and ladies along with his own family. If one can get enough money, then he will create a piece for those not of royal blood.

◾ Biography:

Tiras' beginning is not fully known. He was brought home by his father from travels and does not know whom his mother is. It is rumored that his mother is a lady of the desert.
He was raised alongside his family, treated not quite like a royal, but not quite like a regular towns person especially since he was living with the royals. He did not have to learn the same exact things the rest of his family did, but sought out books of history, archery, falconry, and black smithing. He particularly found a knack for training animals and black smithing. His unusual ease around animals was perceived as odd, but Tiras and others did not think much of it.
When Tiras was 10 years of age, he found a reddish fox kit. It seemed that it was either abandoned or the mother had died. Tiras took the kit in and raised it. He felt an odd bond form with it and discovered a few months later that he was having dreams typical of a warg. Not long after that, he figured out that he could enter his fox's mind and control him. He kept his abilities secret, but is never seen apart from the fox. His sister had found out about the ability when they were young, but she has kept the secret.
Many assume the fox is always there due to Tiras not having many friends, so he has the fox and that works just fine for him.
He was trained to blacksmith by the previous Royal blacksmith and since their death has taken over that role.

Tokala has olive toned skin with black on his arms up to his elbows and legs up to his knees. He has lean muscle giving him a medium build. He has the ears and tail of a red fox with traditional markings of red white and black. The red of his fur is a more brunt orange with his hair being darker. He has sharpened canines and in place of fingernails are claws. His tail reaches the back of his knees and is medium fluffiness.

Abilities:
-enhanced senses: hearing, sight, and smell are enhanced. More so then a human. Is about equal to a red fox. He also has a slight night vision capability.
-strength: he's slightly stronger then the average human. Partly because of working out partly because of what he is. (Can move this to powers section)
-Stealth: able to be sneaky...soft footed. He would make an excellent thief.
**these are all 'racial abilities and not really what I feel are powers**

Powers:
-Radiation tolerance: he is able to handle radiation a bit better then the average human. Does not mean he can skip around in it indefinitely...that would kill him.

Bio:
Tokala does not remember his parents. They died when he was around 1 years old. He ended up being found and taken in by scavengers from a small tribe by the name of Phoenix. At the time he was thought to be adorable and maybe an asset due to his 'quirks'. He was treated much differently because of his looks. The scavengers taught him how to do some things, but he was naturally gifted at scavenging. He became known for stealing from other various tribes eventually going on his own since he felt like an outcast anyway. He came across the obsidian tribe and found himself joining them instead of stealing. He joined recently.

Personality:
He is mostly sarcastic and sly. His fox traits showing his personality like a beacon. However, he has his serious and quiet moments fleeting as they may be.

Powers and abilities:
-Water: Hachi is able to pull water from the air and manipulate it. He can increase or decrease the temperature to be either ice or boiling water. When angry the temperature of the air around him will either increase or decrease depending on the type of anger. His cold fury is said to be terrifying.
If around a body of water he can manipulate it easier then trying to pull water from air. He is able to stand on it and create waves.
The harder it is to do the more fatigued he will become.

-Kirin: he posses the ability to take the form of a large Kirin the size of a draft horse.

Personality:
Luckily, Hachi is a very calm person. To compare his personality is very similar to that of Black Panther. He is very hard to anger but once he is angry it is very hard for him to calm down.

Bio:
-It is unknown who the father of the two brothers are, but Storm raised them herself. She trained them to fight and some of how to control their abilities. She soon decided sending them to the school would be a good idea to further their education and put them around others with abilities.

Appearance:
Human: he stands at 6 feet...being tall for his age he is also muscular. Though it is more lean. His eyes are a light grey and his hair is jet black with deep streaks of green and blue. He wears his hair on the longer side...almost goth like and doesn't seem to smile very often.

Kirin: in this form his eyes remain the same color. The most strange thing is that his mouth hold teeth more akin to a feline then to a herbivore. He is known to catch fish very well in this form.

-Fire: Jasper is able to create and manipulate fire. He can even create something akin to a patronus from Harry Potter but made of fire instead of light.
-Telepath: He is able to project thoughts he wants to others minds. He has not yet learned how but he would also be able to project images and make the individual see only that. Effectivly blocking their sense of sight.
This is very handy for his other form considering neither brother can speak in their non human forms.
-Kitsune: Jasper is able to take the form of a 20 pound grey fox with nine tails. He has most fun shooting fire from his mouth in this form.

Personality:
Jasper is the more extroverted of the two. He is obnoxious and a trickster but very outgoing. He is also more vocal with a louder voice where Hachi is more quiet. The two brothers could not be more opposite.

Appearance:
Human: Jasper stands at a smaller 5 foot 8. His muscles are more bulky with a wider chest and more obvious harder to hide muscles. His hair is white and grey and his eyes are a bright blue. Interestingly enough the flames he produces are blue instead of typical red but just as damaging instead of being cool like in normal circumstances.
He is often in tank tops and jeans with sneakers where his brother is often in t shirts and jackets with jeans and steel toed boots.
Both brothers are incredibly strong.
Jasper is also often with a kitsune mask either on his head or in his bag.
On his left shoulder he has a red symbol tattooed.

In this form Jasper is a steel grey fox with white and black markings and nine tails. His eyes become pupiless and at 20 pounds he can cause serious damage.
He is also able to completly consume himself in flames....in this form it's terrifying.

Healing: he can heal wounds fairly well, but any wounds he heals he takes into himself
Vampirism: drains the life force of an individual (think Vader force choke) and gains energy. He can use this to heal himself.

History ( all the Magi are sent to the Citadel since they are born so here you should write stuff like...how he/she likes the place ( even if it's a prison ) or things like this ) :
Malcolm does not know who his parents are, which sometimes bothers him, but he's come to terms with it, he only knows the cell that he lives in and the library when he can study there. He loves the library finding incredible amounts of enjoyment for the words contained on the paper. What he finds odd is that he can see just fine in the dark now.
He does not know that he is half dark human, but that doesn't really matter to him considering the world of darkness that is all he knows. He has kept himself fit by exercising regularly. Doing exercises that work in the small space. He has figured out how to sleep standing up so as not to freeze on the cold floor. He makes himself as unimportant as possible to try to prevent any ideas of killing him.

He would prefer to not fight using force only when necessary. He is a large bookworm and is very good at reading fast and picking up all the knowledge.

Flame: Salem can control small amounts of flames. Usually the less hot versions and usually only the same size as a lighter.
Wind: can create a small breeze to a strong wind. Cannot create tornadoes
Lightning: can create balls of lightning or shoot lightning from his paws/hands. (He acts like he cannot.) (he was able to learn this when there were thoughts of using him as a weapon of sorts. He learned how to and quickly pretended that he could not. Knowing full well that he wouldn't do well as a weapon for the non magi.)

Salem wishes he knew his family. He constantly wonders what they think of him or what happened to them. He despises his small cell and is ecstatic every time he is let out. Of the magi Salem and Malcolm are some of the calmest most complient there. This allows for them both to be practically ignored.
Salem makes sure to exercise...keeping himself sleek with lean muscle but still able to do damage.
Occasionally, he is chained and muzzled while some people file down his claws. At first he would struggle, but now he has accepted this.
With his fur he is able to sleep on the cold floor just fine...often curled into a ball with his fluffy tail touching his nose.
Even though he is now often ignored, he is still treated worse then normal due to his race.

Appearance ( whatever you want. Picture / description ): He stands at 6 feet and is typically seen with hooded clothing. His eye are one of his most interesting features. One eye is an amber color while the other is a bright blue. A scar runs vertically on the side with the blue eye.

Faction ( are you one of the families that was born in CODC or did you desert from the HOH ) - Deserted

Motivation ( why did you took up arms for CODC ? What is your reason for joining a military life. Every person has to make two tours (2 years each) then he can go back to civilian life but to serve on the SS-Warlord you have to be in the military for more than 4 years so what made your character continue serving in the military ? ) - Dimitri was originally a part of the HOH, finding that he did't exactly like what was happening he ran. He ran and thieved becoming more and more talented until he became known as the Bandit. Unfortunately he was caught by the CODC. They made him an offer. Work with them and he would be able to go free. Little did he know that he would end up liking working for them. He stayed and uses his skills to aid them in whatever the CODC needs...knowing full well he could technically leave at any point.

Personality - Dimitri is a smart ass. One that will push buttons and get into trouble however, he has something in his past that caused him to throw up these walls.

History ( who were you before you joined the military ) - Dimitri was an assassin for the HOH. He started at a young age and was ranked up rather quickly...however this position took a toll on him. He couldn't do it anymore. So he ran. Running he discovered his assassin skills could be useful as bandit skills. Especially with bow and arrow. So he made a life out of thievery until he was caught and forced to do at least two years. He did them and found he actually enjoyed it...so he stayed. Written Appearance: This pikachu seems to have a resting angry face in Gijinka form. Yet somehow is incredibly adorable in pokemon form. Humanoid form has incredibly large ears, the iconic lightning bolt tail, weirdly sharp teeth, red circles on cheeks, and stripes that match pokemon form. Tend to wear casual attire consisting a yellow hoodie, striped shirt, jeans and yellow shoes (appears to be converse high tops in shoe style).
