“In the military, as in any organization, giving the order might be the easiest part. Execution is the real game.”

| IDENTITY: |Colonel William Lynch
| D.O.B: |August 17th, 1967
| ROLE: |Head of the Military Police Tracking the A-team
| SKILLSET: |Lynch has nearly a decade leading the Army's military police. He is a skilled MP and soldier. He is skilled at giving and receiving orders. He is a strictly by the books operator and his track record is nearly unblemished. He is very respected by the men and women who serve under him and a true asset to the Army.
| PERSONALITY: |Lynch is a hard working man. His job comes first before anything else. He puts his hear and soul into the Army. His greatest ambition is to become a General. Hannibal often remarked that Lynch lacked imagination amongst other less pleasant descriptors. However the man isn't stupid. He just doesn't think as out of the box as Hannibal and his team does. He is a by-the-books operator and often expects other people to follow the same modus operandi. His methodical nature is extremely beneficial in his position and to the Army. It was the reason why he's a Lt. Col with an excellent chance of becoming a General. He believes that capturing the A-team will also net him a promotion. In some ways Lynch is Hannibal's foil.
| BACKGROUND: |Lynch was born in a middle class family. He attended the military academy, entered the Army as an officer and worked his way up the ranks. When he was in his mid twenties he married a woman. She eventually left him, not understanding his dedication to the job. She accused him of not loving her. Lynch let her go. Not because he didn't love her, but because she was right. The job came first.
Lynch never fund it in himself to remarry or even date after that instead pouring everything he had into his service. When the A-team escaped he was assigned to the case because he was the best man for the job.
