Blue Demon || Female || Older || Ace

I go by Blue, Demon or BD. Or even Hey You if it's clear enough that you're talking to me. XD I prefer Blue or Blue Demon. And no, I didn't choose "Blue" because I'm sad. It's my favorite color. (And now you know.)

Also, I just discovered DMC and now I'm Dante trash.

@SepShhhh. Let me lurk in peace. :P
Smoke rising from the horizon nearly dead ahead kindled their failing hope into flames. Neither of them pointed out the obvious, each too afraid that it was just a mirage. Yet their horse's canters was a little faster as they urged them on. The sight of a farm was a blessing. Mary grabbed a hold of her necklace and started a prayer to her God. Kung-wang itched to reach out and hug her. But it was now even more dangerous for the two of them. So he slowed his horse and let his fiance get further ahead of him. His beautiful, brave woman rode with a straight back and a confident assurance.

The two followed the road, because it was now one instead of a beaten fading dirt track, into the humble town. Mary lead them to a saloon. The two tied their horses off out front and brushed them down. The thirsty horses drank happily from the water trough. Kung-Wang lingered by the horses to make sure they didn't drink too much. Once their horses were taken care of the two entered the saloon and stopped just inside the swinging doors.

Without hesitation at the sight of the brawl, Kung-Wang grabbed Mary's arm and hauled her back outside. Mary glared at him a little but he didn't let go until they were far enough away that the Chinese man felt it was safe.

"Really?" Mary hissed, more pleased with his actions than annoyed.

"Go back in when settled. Stupid to go now." Kung-Wang replied with a shrug. Mary just rolled her eyes and muttered something that sounded an awfully like a Chinese curse or the word men in English. Either would be fitting.
Haha. Keep an eye out for cool events and I'll do the same and who knows. Maybe one day we'll both be able to go. Though I work every weekend so that puts a kink in things.

I miss having friends near me that had access to theater costumes. Those were the days. I'm totes jealous.
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm working on getting my momentum back too. I'm tooling around the free section and it is actually helping.

But it's good to hear you're still interested. :D
I mean...u could take them to the carnival. I'm sure the random gaggle of XMen and other assorted cosplayers isn't weird at all! /s
I'm sure they'd looove that after driving for 16 hours. Then another four hours just to get there... >.>

the Labyrinth masquerade at EMP next month

I haven't heard of that one. "Masks, formal attire, cloaks, and fantastical and imaginative costumes encouraged."
Sounds likes lots of fun. Except for the fact that it costs money. *Stares forlorn at empty bank account*
I am rather surprised at the speed. It's my first time in Free and I was under the assumption things move a lot after here than it does in a casual or advanced game. :o But with the rate everything's going I'm not sure if I should be posting more or if I'm okay with the speed I'm currently posting at.
@DisguisedDemonThe twins would argue that they do everything better together.

I on the other hand would enjoy them apart.
I'm honestly half tempted but my folks are coming to visit that day and I haven't seen them in a year so that's way more important. If it was any other weekend though....
Drago raised an eyebrow at his sister's expression. He had never been good at reading things from the world. Tarot, alcohol, people. Those things he was good at. So instead of puzzling it out on his own he leaned over to Clara. All she did was point up to where a girl was leaning back in her chair. Then the argument struck. That was the thing with fortunetelling. Most where simple and happened soon after. The two twins stayed out of the argument. Thankfully class was nearly over and they were dismissed for Defensive Training. The twins gathered their things and headed out the door.
Hey! Good to hear you're doing well. I appreciate the update. I hope you land the job. That would be great. :D

Edit:
Out of curiosity I wondered if I could make it to that carnival but it's in South Seattle. Boooo. I don't wanna drive through all that traffic.
