We'll paint the scene, we'll write the melody. We are the creators.

Bio

I'm Bobert, I like to roleplay, and I wouldn't be here otherwise. I enjoy creating unconventional characters, as I like to explore the different ways they might interact with others. Automatons are a favorite, 'beep bop' goes the robot.

If you're still reading this, that's cool. Hope you have a nice day

Though Jacob had been listening to the boy who's name was apparently 'Nova', his attention was drawn away a few times by a few distractions. The fact that these kids seemed involved in something so mature perplexed him, their appearances reflecting this quite uniquely. The art too was worth putting attention towards, being somewhat ominous but well done once you looked past the shadows. Nearing the end of the tour, Jacob was glad his hand was released and grabbed it with his free hand, watching as the cart was opened. "Uh, I guess I have one question," Jacob murmured, walking up to the cart and stepping inside it. "What exactly is it you guys do? I mean I saw some of the people wearing these jackets out there and as far as I could tell they were dealing with this guy who'd lost it. The one that can move shadows went after the CTU though," he explained, his hand falling on a jacket that was a similar shade of red to his own. Tentatively he eventually took it off the hook, but didn't put it on right away as he'd like his question answered first. He didn't step out of the train cart yet either, looking back at the two kids with an air of caution.
*slow claps* In all seriousness though, Acer I'm sure whatever you're going through you're strong enough to face it, and remember that roleplaying should be something fun and not an obligation. Your life is more important.
Okay guess I'll go do something else haha
You might try following Ash or the others he seems to be with. I think they're still there where your character is.
Is the bit in red in his head or can everyone hear it?
Anything In italics is in his head. The red color was just for effect :P.
"I believe a tour or something was mentioned," someone murmured, and for a brief second the image of a shadow split Jacob's vision in two. It looked impatient and frustrated, talon like hands passively scratching the chin of the bloody wolf before it disappeared. It's not there- it's not real- it's not there- it's not real-, JAcob chanted mentally, glancing at the wolf which hadn't reacted to what Jacob had seen only a moment ago. Habitually he reached up to his face and adjusted his glasses, the lenses dirty and scratched up but allowing him to see better than he could without them even if by a minimal amount. "Your uh," he began, clearing his throat before continuing, "your friend with that makes those blood wolves told me you would give me a tour or something?" he inquired, making sure he was loud enough that they should hear him. "YoU CAN't IGNoRE mE FOREVER!" a voice screamed, causing Jacob to flinch. He was about to reach for his pills but remembered he'd taken a second one only a short while ago, it hopefully having yet to take affect. They're just mad is all. They'll get over it, he thought, hoping what he told himself was true.
If there's a problem with how I described the Reaper hide out I can change what I need to. I just felt what it was like needed to be fleshed out a bit more so I drew some inspiration from the Reaper hide outs in the first game, and tried changing the sewer setting to an abandoned section of subway setting. Hope my explanation of how there are 'rooms' is alright :).
Jacob flinched at the sight of the wolf thing, and instinct told him to back away. He stumbled though, and the thing was upon him before he could recover. Faintly Jacob could hear the man say something about finding the girl from before, unsure if he should struggle against this thing or stay still and hope he'd be alright. Whatever was happening it was obvious the thing was moving, and Jacob tried not to breathe the stale pocket of air left inside the thing. The liquid which was no doubt blood sickened him, and each second of his journey felt agonizingly more putrid than the last. When the thing finally dumped him out Jacob scrambled to his feet and began cursing, rubbing everywhere he could still feel the fluid on him. In truth it had only soaked into his already red jacket a minimal amount but it certainly didn't feel like it. "IGedubluuuugaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" Jacob managed to babble, giving one last shudder as he began to calm down. "Go on then, go," someone behind him commanded, and he turned to see the wolf like creature point towards a tunnel before leaving, but nobody being around to have given the command. He was in a tunnel, a large tunnel, with a few sets of tracks going in and out of a few passage ways. Everything was poorly illuminated by gas lamps and a few lights hooked up to a generator, the lights in the run down train cars either not on or not working. Realizing he was on the tracks Jacob moved back worriedly, but his fear was lessened upon realizing parts of the tracks were paved over. Must be an abandoned section of subway system, he thought to himself, slowly walking forward as he looked around. The wolf thing before leaving had pointed towards one of the tunnels, and hesitantly Jacob began walking down it. The graffiti skulls covering the walls made him feel watched, and in the back of his mind he could feel something creeping up on him. Wishing to escape this he made his way down the tunnel, staying off the tracks and moving towards the sound of voices. Before long he came across an odd, makeshift wall of sorts blocking his path. It looked to be made from a metal fence and cardboard, decorated with posters of the skulls he'd seen earlier and though it wasn't eye pleasing it made sure one couldn't easily see through to the other side. Taking a deep breath Jacob pushed past the curtain and found what looked like a sort of sleeping quarters, and inside two children fighting. There was another bloody wolf like thing in the room too, and it gave Jacob a passive glance before returning it's attention to the squabbling kids. The two hadn't seemed to notice him, and so Jacob tried thinking of something to say to make an impression that wouldn't have the girl want to 'cut him' like she'd threatened before. It was hard to think with the two shouting at each other though, and before he could put together his thoughts Jacob blurted out, "What the hell are you too fighting about?"
Ah :P
Looks a lot better man :). I can't accept apps but I see no problems with yours ;). *whistles to self while waiting for Raijin*
I have a few criticisms about your app, Noire, if you don't mind. First off I understand your age is probably so it works with the picture but with how his family seemed to care for him it doesn't sound right that they'd let him just go to New York for no real reason. Also these 'full power' things worry me a bit as well as sound (no pun intended) a bit OP. You control sound, and while sound can have force it's often force that causes sound, not the reverse like you have. Maybe explain the 'full power' potential a little better and tone things down a bit? Sound can take things apart, not break things; that's how vibrations (what sound is) works. sound can't shatter concrete and bones because they're solid. Sound could cause a car to fall apart by having it do just that: fall apart. The vibrations losen and seperate the pieces. Plaster on walls is flaky so it works different but the same idea is there. Hope I'm making sense, and I can explain more if I need to, but I felt I should clarify some of the stuff your power shouldn't be able to do.
