That board is literally called politically incorrect. They hate everyone and thats what they want to do. Then you've got /b/, who's main inhabitants really don't care. Then you've got everyone else, which makes up the majority of 8chan. The loudest are almost never the majority and as such you cannot judge a community by the loudest they have.

Never have I seen a site where people complain about cultural degeneration than seemingly proceed to avidly post child porn, incest and effective beastiality (they have two furry boards in the top 25- enough said). You'd think there would at least be a lot more infighting, but I haven't seen much which makes me believe it's the same people posting on different boards.

Give anybody the power of full anonymity and they will abuse it to a degree likes of which has never been seen before the internet. However, they at least use it for what they want to do instead of a need to cause chaos. They use it to shit talk eachother, mess with the kids on Tumblr, post porn, talk about their waifus, and they also use it to dox actual criminals and send all that information to police. Its Blue and Orange morality. They do what they please, not what they feel they have to do. If they feel like being dicks, they'll be dicks. If they feel like raising thousands of dollars for starving kids in Africa, they'll raise thousands of dollars for starving kids in Africa. Otherwise they just shitpost. But honestly, isn't that every really large community? Even in the real world there are some examples of this (riots and all that.)
